Dear Friends,
I come to you regarding an urgent, time-sensitive matter that requires any and all help you can provide at this time! My friend, Retired Lt. Cmdr. Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, who had the heart, courage and integrity to expose the criminal deeds of our usurper-in-chief, Barack Hussein Obama, over three years ago when he filed his first of three criminal treason complaints. Walt suffered terrible local retaliation when he attempted to bring this urgent matter to a grand jury in his home state of Tennessee. He was appalled to discover that the RICO, corrupt network has tentacles stretching even into our local counties!
He now needs our help.
Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick has been the object of obstruction of justice at both the county and federal level, had three unlawful arrests on trumped-up charges and three torturous imprisonments in solitary confinement for months at a time in a cement box that was kept cold, noisy and lit all the time and which smelled like sewage and caused him severe medical harms.
During his last imprisonment, his house was ransacked and robbed of over $7,000 and he lost his place to live because of damages caused by the local officers’ searches. In addition, his bank account came under attack from the IRS who unlawfully levied his bank account and his Navy pension without a warrant of distraint, leaving him financially devastated and in financial hardship.
Walt is in danger of having his car ‘repoed,’ losing his current apartment and being made homeless.
This great warrior is injured and greatly needs our help. He suffered violent retaliation and backlash attempting to expose the most dangerous criminal subversive network our nation has ever faced and they are now attempting to use their criminal network to totally rob and destroy this good man. They are defrauding the people of the United States and attempting to install a rival dictatorship government which is not lawfully founded in our Constitution. These people are deadly serious and their plans are well-advanced. We need to fight them on every front and to support those who have already engaged in the fight!
It is not our code, the code of the American people, to abandon our warriors on the field when they are injured.
Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick is a financially injured and medically healing, wounded warrior and a friend who needs our help.
He needs immediate help to survive – help with utilities, living expenses and rent, and long-term assistance in creating a fund to support the continued battle in the courts. Lawsuits cost both time and money but we need to finally bring the lawsuit to the proper court to expose this gross miscarriage of justice and the perpetrators’ criminal network as soon as possible, before it is too late.
I am asking you to send financial help at this time in the form of money orders, in whatever amount you can afford, made payable to: Walter Fitzpatrick III. Our goal is to raise S200,000 to pay for expenses, lawsuit production costs, private investigators, forensic auditors, notary costs, legal help costs and to help Walt survive during this process.

Any and all help that can be given will be greatly appreciated, as this is our way of keeping the torch of liberty from being snuffed out from our and our children’s generations. I cannot stress enough how important this battle is for the life and safety of our republic. Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick has endured torturous incarcerations and has faced death threats in order to expose these violent, highly dangerous, corrupt criminals and their secret subversive network. It is time for all of us to step up, too!

Good to hear another Navy Veteran is standing up for the disgusting acts against Walt, an outstanding Officer and Naval Academy Grad. The refusal of the press/media to be involved with this is beyond discussion. FOX news has abandoned any contact with this but seeing Hiraldo Rivera doing stories on rediculous themes and nonsense as a flip flop mike jock is more than revealing about the current “media”. While they all make millions on “news” people like Walt and Darren, brothers in arms, are assaulted by “public servant thugs” in a failing “Trust Law” system. It’s own greed and corruption being the tool of it’s downfall and we are being dragged along with it. There must be some way to get this donation information out to people that are Patriots and Veterans that aren’t on the Bari Shabazz team of destruction and pillage. Since they have been able to destroy the economy, it is harder to get people to donate since money is tight but we have to help Walt any way that we can. This is about following the men who tried to stand up for our freedom and the men and woman that died in service to help keep America alive. We are seeing self serving people running wild in the government and using our system to empower themselves more each day and the people are powerless to do anything about it. The Domocrats have already started “voter fraud” again for the next round, Princess Pelosi forged Obama in for the first round, do you think they can’t pull it off again with a BILLION dollars again this time? Where do you think they got the money from to do all this? Ever wonder where all the money went that was stolen and disappeared from all these companies or the “Funeral Home” in Lousiana where millions were flowing into that no one knew about?
Thank you for trying to help Walt. This should be a call to all Veterans to see the sign that our “government” has abandoned us and that it is time to stand up for the Constitution and stop the intimidation.
