WHY A DIFFERENT STANDARD?

(May 5, 2012) — We, the People, must make the government and the Fourth Estate fear telling a falsehood more than they fear telling the truth. We, by giving our consent to be honestly and justly governed, do so only on the conditions that our Freedoms and Liberties are not infringed upon. Since January 20, 2009, the United States entered the political world of Third World countries when a Constitutionally ineligible unvetted candidate was put in the office of President by a well-planned-and-executed deception on the American people. The corruption was all-encompassing, starting with the press failing to report on Obama’s nonexistent birth certificate, to every state blindly including an unvetted candidate on its ballot, to counting the votes to achieve only one possible outcome, thanks to ACORN and other traitorous individuals and groups.
It would be foolish to believe that the election of 2008 and subsequent elections were conducted beyond reproach. The people who we’ve entrusted to uphold the laws which our elected officials passed have dismally failed to do the job for which they were hired, yet they have not been censored, fired, or incarcerated. The Department of Justice lets the bad guys walk, when all the evidence, including video, says otherwise. Our federal law enforcement officers are inept, incapable, and in denial: the Number One on The Most Wanted List SHOULD BE the de facto president Obama, followed by the rest of his cabinet.
We are at the crossroads. Obama’s name on the ballot means that the Federal Reserve Bank will continue to steal from us all; politicians and others, such as officers of the court, will continue to answer to a different standard than the rest of us, where if we were caught accepting bribes, kickbacks, payoffs, and hush money, we would be fined and serve jail time. But not them, oh, no; they receive career advancement and an accompanying pay raise.
The truth of the matter is that governments do not produce jobs; rather, they offer a welfare payment for a service rendered. Private industry produces goods for consumer consumption, where supply and demand determine the market value of any item. Competition is vicious in a free marketplace, where companies must weigh many factors in the manufacturing of a product. Socialism, by its inherent flaws, will produce a Yugo paper towel just as ineffectively as a car or a refrigerator, substandard goods produced by an inadequately-educated and trained workforce.
Another side of Socialism is education, where the standards are lowered to allow even the laziest and dumbest to achieve the proper credentials to be judges, politicians, and prime ministers.
We, the People, should foreclose on the Capitol, the White House, and on the Supreme Court. Why not? They have bankrupted our country and yet they still show up for “work” so the one-sided press can kiss their egos.
When all is said and done, it depends on how much you think freedom is worth for future generations. It’s that simple.
Sorry everyone but I, Steven Pattison, one of the People inhabiting within the Union state of Kansas am unable to find any documentation that the lawfully created de jure government that is still with us but to my knowledge has no lawfully elected or appointed Officials has filed for bankruptcy.
There is a lot of talk about the current ‘in fact government’ being de facto and bankrupted but this current government was created without delegated authority within the de jure government meaning that the de jure government still owns everything that was created within the de jure governments, state and Federal. Whatever the de facto government does it is still acting under Sedition which makes their actions de facto.
The negative is hard to prove therefore just show me the bankruptcy documentation and provide what court that they were filed in. Please provide anything that would document the belief that any part of our country is in bankruptcy! Just because someone talked about the de facto being bankrupted doesn’t meant it really happened.

To urge such a reexamination is not to be “anti-American”. It might be anti-Empire, as part of the positive and healthy goal of a Constitutional Common Law Republic and therefore is not an action of SEDITION, because it is not a revolt against a legitimate authority – Erskine, Princ. Laws Scotl. b. 4, t. 4, s, 14; Dig. Lib. 49, t. 16, l. 3, §19.

Thank you for the comment, it’s always good to know at least somebody is reading what I write, but I don’t believe I mentioned “bankruptcy”, although I’m glad you did.
As I’m sure you’re aware, when I wrote “We, the People, should foreclose on the Capitol, the White House, and on the Supreme Court”, I meant that in a felicitous manner, meaning that the politicians, the ineligible de facto president, and the judges are MORALLY BANKRUPT, if you get my gist.
Being “anti-American” is supporting the destruction of our Republic, supporting the Federal Reserve Bank, supporting the erroneous belief that Islam is but a religion, and supporting the lie in the White House, a person who has yet to show his Birth Certificate, has used multiple names and Social Security numbers, is using a stolen Social Security number now, today, isn’t even a US citizen, is a Muslim and therefore our enemy, and supporting the goons in the government such as the FBI, ICE, TSA and all the other alphabet soup agencies that have failed to support and defend the Constitution.
Furthermore, those who support Obama, BY DEFINITION, are ant-Constitution and, therefore, anti-American, and SHOULD BE YOUR ARCH ENEMY.
