CITIZEN PUSHES NEW PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL ABOUT OBAMA’S ELIGIBILITY

May 23, 2011

Herman Cain announced his candidacy for the U.S. Presidency on Saturday, May 21, 2011 in Atlanta, GA

Dear Mr. Cain,

Now that you have declared yourself to be a Republican candidate in the 2012 presidential race, I think you need to hear from someone who has voted for her last RINO.  According to one of your recent articles and a video.  (“I was for it before I was against it”), it looks like you have already shown yourself to be just another RINO.  Darn, and I was starting to get excited about your candidacy.  There are some things I really liked about you, too, especially about proclaiming yourself a Christian.  But then, there was Jimmy Carter…and we all know what a mess he was!

Mr. Cain, you may be counting on grabbing the top spot on the Republican ticket, because people may see you as the antidote to the fraud occupying our White House.  Well, it’s a long way to the 2012 elections, and we who are for limited government, upholding the spirit and letter of the Constitution, right-to-life, tax reform, auditing the Federal Reserve, et al, in short, the real Tea Party initiatives will be loathe to vote for someone who is just another RINO.  I think those who have been crying “wolf” on this matter; i.e., we have to vote for a (read that: any) Republican in order to beat Obama may find that cry of alarm falling on deaf ears.

While I cannot speak for others, I will speak for myself.  As a registered Republican (until I change it) but an Independent voter, I have drawn a line in the sand.  No more will I cast a vote in fear of what would happen if I don’t vote the straight Republican ticket.  No more will I be intimidated or beguiled by the fear mongers, who are just trying to steal my vote.  No more will I listen to those who say we have a two-party system of only Republicans and Democrats.  No more will I question whether the Tea Party can replace the Republican Party.  It may or may not happen this time around, but we need to stay in the fight until we get our voice back.

The Republicans (RINOs) are not the antidote to the Democrats; they are merely a light version of them.  We need a party that is diametrically opposed to the socialist/communist garbage that has become deeply ingrained in the Democratic Party and is now being gleefully shoved down our throats by the faux regime in Washington.  No more will I be lulled into complacency about politics.  Politics will make or break a country, and under the corruption and deception of the current regime, we barely have the country we had just 20 years ago.  No more will I capitulate to expediency.  I will cast my vote for the man or woman who has all the right credentials. You see, Mr. Cain, it is not the Party anymore; it is the People who count, and We The People are now awake and the 2012 landscape may just look a whole lot different because of it.

If you think you will be elected President because of Barack Obama’s wreaking havoc on this country, don’t count your chickens just yet.  No doubt I am not the only person who will refuse to cast a vote for a RINO just so Obama does not win.  You know what?  If We The People cannot put one of our own in office, maybe we don’t deserve what our Founding Fathers gave us.  But no mistake about it; if Obama gets re-elected, it will be because of the RINOs, because they could not or would not heed the voters.  If the Republican Party continues to look down its nose at the Tea Party and our platform, you won’t get our votes, and we’ll just have to let the chips fall where they may.  And maybe that is what needs to happen.  For things to go from bad to worse because the Republican Party lost its way and lost our country.

Well, Mr. Cain, the only way you could even begin to look attractive to millions of us Tea Party folks is to bust wide open the corruption and deception that has been woven around Barack Obama.  I’m sure you are a smart man and no doubt you have information about the duplicity and outright crimes Obama has allegedly been accused of.  I say “alleged” only because he has yet to be charged and indicted.  The evidence is overwhelming and compelling.  And, I sent you just a portion of the allegations against Obama yesterday, so you have no excuse of ignorance.

We need someone who is absolutely fearless, has a love of our country, supports and defends our Constitution and the Tea Party platform to tear down the veil of secrecy that is choking the life blood of this country.  I had hoped it would be you, but with all due respect Mr. Cain, it doesn’t look like you are a viable candidate to take this country back from the brink of destruction.   So, it was a short ride, but better to know a candidate out the gate than further down the track.  You can’t undo the positions you have already taken.   For me, I already know more about Herman Cain than I need to.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Gotto

OK, I’m not a Cain supporter, but this from a poster at The Blaze was funny:

Herman Cain 2012… at least he knows what year it is! ™

If we don’t support Cain we will be labeled racists. If we do, we get stuck with a RINO and nothing changes. Is this coincidence?
We need to all put our support behind Ron Paul if we want real change. Maybe you don’t agree with him on every issue, but atleast he is honest.

From the comments here, it looks like we have a “house divided against itself”. Those who are getting out of the shell game that we have been led to believe would get us justice and the rule of law, and those with the “battered wife” syndrome. The BWS folks may just believe deep down that “if I stay, I can make things better…he didn’t really mean to hurt me…and besides I am afraid to leave, and who knows what could happen if I leave…?”

Those willing to stop being complicit with the traitors to our Constitution and values, will say, “I’m outta here, disgusting abuser; you just beat me up for last time!”

I can’t tell if this went through for your moderation:

Mrs. Rondeau,

I clicked a key before I had completed by reply to ‘yo’ and ‘kingskid.’

This below is my completed reply and I hope you will post it instead of the incomplete one.

Thank you!

RJ

“To ‘yo’ and to ‘kingskid,’

We have limited choices at the ballot box. Most of those choices are capsuled in the following:

(1) stay home:

(2) vote for a losing third party candidate, insuring obama’s re-election for four more years;

(3) vote for the Republican nominee to get obama out of the White House; or,

(4) vote for obama . . .

What are you two going to do on election day 2012?

Our Constitution will survive another RINO if that’s what happens, it CANNOT survive another four years of obama.”

RJ

I think most, if not all, of the respondents to this article and who frequent this web site have the same goal — DEFEAT OBAMA!!

If we are not able to convince authorities to haul obama out of the White House in handcuffs, we must defeat him at the polls in 2012. And to do that we must ALL VOTE. Everyone who stays home in 2012 out of self-righteousness and as a protest against the ultimate Republican nominee casts a vote FOR obama. And everyone that buries his/her head deserves what he, or she, gets.

In the interim, we must be citizen activists, in word and in deed, to support the candidate of our choice.

We must educate ourselves as to the positions of the candidates, and choose the candidate that most closely represents our individual core values, morals and ethics — and for whom we are willing to actively campaign — knowing full well that even our favorite candidate will NOT be perfect in our eyes; BUT WILL BE EXPONENTIALLY SUPERIOR TO OBAMA.

EVERY POTENTIAL REPUBLICAN NOMINEE IS EXPONENTIALLY SUPERIOR TO OBAMA!!!!

Once the Republican party has chosen a nominee — even if it is NOT OUR PERSONAL CHOICE — we must rally behind that choice with our hearts and souls, and our words and deeds, or we will not accomplish the ultimate goal of defeating obama.

Third party candidates can never win and will destroy the chances of defeating obama. So to make a statement by voting for a third party candidate, for example, even though on genuine personal principles, is just one more vote for obama.

Our country is at the precipice of destruction, and I am not willing to sell the country into oblivion to make a losing statement and try to pick up the shattered pieces later. At this juncture I will be satisfied, if I must be, with simply fumigating the White House. With that accomplished, I believe we will have stood by our most honorable principles and values, and we can begin to recover.

IF WE DON’T DEFEAT OBAMA IN 2012, THERE IS NO RECOVERY POSSIBLE EVEN FOR GENERATIONS TO COME!! WITHOUT DEFEATING OBAMA IN 2012, WE WILL TRULY HAVE DENOUNCED AND ABANDONED OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE COUNTRY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS GRANTED US — UNDER GOD!

The problem with your position is you are making an assumption that has not borne any evidence to date; i.e, that ANY Republican is better than Obama. What? Where is the supporting and defending of our Constitution by all those “Tea Party” candidates we elected to Congress? The silence coming out of those traitorous halls is deafening! Politicians continue to make fools of the American people because we have shown ourselves to be so naive and trusting that it is incredibly easy to beguile us. Well, as harsh and frightening it may sound, we may just need to lose this country before we can ever hope for it to rise up as a phoenix out of the ashes and dungheap of the socialist agenda.

If we defeat Obama in 2012 and elect just a lighter version of him, Republican or Democrat, what then?

Everything else being equal, a Constitutionally eligible RINO (aka Progressive; aka socialist) POTUS is better than a usurping Islamo-Marxist for no other reason that s/he’s eligible per Article II of the US Constitution and the usurper is not. If I’m wrong about that, then the Obots’ accusations that the “birthers” don’t really believe or care about the Constitution but, instead, use the eligibility issue because they/we hate Barky so much that they/we will say or do anything to have him removed must be true.

I could not possibly disagree with you more.

You say that if we don’t defeat obama, we will abandon the constitution. Just how do you think we are going to save the constitution by voting for someone that has abandoned it? Would you think about that for a minute?

This tactic of trying to get us to vote for a complete and utter sellout by telling us it is the “most important election ever” is a game that has been use on us forever and produces the same thing every time. A sellout to the constitution.

Telling us “we’ll get what we deserve” if we don’t vote for a rino in the election is just too much. Guess what. If you vote for a rino who has sold out the constitution and us and the country, you’ll get what you deserve, too.

There is only one way to restore law and order and the constitution. Vote for it. Not for someone who scoffs at it.

Well said, RJ.

This bears repeating:
“Everyone who stays home in 2012 out of self-righteousness and as a protest against the ultimate Republican nominee casts a vote FOR obama.”

I propose we make our ballot statements of dissatisfaction with and disapproval of the GOP’s picks by voting for TEA Party or third party candidates for Congress in 2012 and 2014. If the Republican party doesn’t learn its lesson from the outcomes of the 2012 and 2014 elections, then we do it again in 2016 with our votes for POTUS and our votes for reps. If we reelect Barky in 2012, the rot may spread so wide and root so deeply that voting in 2014 and 2016 may not make any difference whatsoever.

Hmm, it seems you’ve contradicted yourself somewhat auntie, you said this earlier.

“I’ve never seen Mittens in a turban. If the only difference between Barky and RINO in question is that the RINO won’t feed Israel to the wolves of Islam, push for the immigration of Hamas, Hezbollah and other Muslims at the cost of US taxpayers, and promote Sharia law in the US, then the RINO gets my vote. That is, assuming the RINO is eligible to serve as POTUS as per Article II of the US Constitution.”

Glad to see you’ve had a change of heart so quickly, LOL!

@yo: “…there is literally no other way to restore things other than to begin voting for the right people and starting a movement to get back to the rule of law and the constitution. It will probably require losing an election. Or two. ..”

I’m right there with you. This is the first time that I have felt willing to lose an election rather than settle for anything less than the rule of law, conservative values, and our Constitution. Actually, having turned around and faced that tiger on my tail, is a relief! The angst has been replaced by resolve. Come hell or high water, no more compromising on my vote, on my values, or on the foundation upon which this country was built. The tiger is obama, the NWO, the dirty socialists, the traitors in Congress and the judiciary and many, many others. I have turned around and am staring them in the eyes. No more running; I will engage the enemy in any way that I can. For starters, getting behind a candidate who meets true Tea Party standards. And like Yo, I have resolved that I will stand firm even if we lose an election or two. It may take that, and if that is the only way to get back to our Constitution, then so be it! That position is not a passive one; there will be a lot of working behind the scenes, a lot of organizing, a lot of voting out the incumbents. We appear to have people on this site who would serve our country admirably! It’s time the Reps and Dems both got a huge wake-up call.

Chew on this: Carl Swensson (http://www.riseupforamerica.com/) is considering running for POTUS, but first he needs to determine if he is a NBC, as his father was an immigrant. So we will wait and see how that goes. Go, Carl–you are a great patriot! Lastly, what gives me great pleasure is knowing that, regardless of whether we get our country back or not, there is a God in Heaven, and He will have the last word on every man’s life.

While I agree with most of Kathleen’s letter, I do not agree that we shouldn’t vote. I will NEVER be guilty of supporting the “status quo” and keep the illegal muslim in office. And yes I agree that the current list of GOP candidates are RINOs at best, there is still time for candidates to announce their intent to run. We need to PRAY that someone with integrity and against the current regime will come out at the last minute! I will never support the current administration and their intent to destroy America and I would hope that none here would either.

Southern Lady, nowhere did I state we shouldn’t vote. Among other things, I said, “I will cast my vote for the man or woman who has all the right credentials…” If there is no viable candidate on the ballots, we can write in John Adams, Betty Boop, George Washington, or anyone else we want. We already have scores of Benedict Arnolds in office. My point was and is: I will no more vote for any candidate who fails to meet the standards I articulated in my article. Each person will have to make the voting decision for him/herself.

@Kathleen Gotto,

I was also at the meet and greet in Des Moines with Herman Cain. I like you am not voting for a RINO.

That being said, I feel Herman Cain is an honest man and not a typical politician. I could be proven wrong, and you are correct in it’s a long time to election, however, at this point there is no one out there except the “Good Old Boys” club participants.

As we all are aware, there is no one on earth without baggage, so our quest for the perfect candidate I feel is one of futility. At this point, after talking personally with Mr. Cain, and listening to him layout a plan to stop runaway spending, getting people back to work, controlling our border on the south, no longer letting Muslims run free demanding Sharia law, and lastly the statement concerning Pakistan: ” Why would we continue to give our money to countries that don’t like us?” has led me to believe that even with baggage considered, he is a far more viable candidate than any of the Good Old Boys who have their hat in the ring.

I will again agree with you on the length of time until we elect the next President, but will say that in my opinion, he by far is the best offered. I would encourage everyone to attend a meet and greet with this man before drawing their conclusion.

The only declared anti-establishment, anti-RINO, so far is Ron Paul and possibly Gary Johnson. I don’t know as much about Johnson as RP, I think either of them would make a fine President IMHO. While Cain would certainly be better than what we have now, I think that Mrs. Gotto’s assessment is spot on. I also think that with the decepticon in training Mitch Daniels out of the race. The GOP establishment is going to push their decepticon in chief, Mitt for brains Romney. That’s who your GOP candidate will be, it’s already been decided.

If the criteria we are using is whether the candidate is willing to make an issue of Barry’s obvious Constitutional ineligibility …..or not, Ron Paul fails the test big-time, as do all the others.

He also, IMO, has no chance of winning, but he could run third party and help the usurper win four more years to finish us off.

Has Ron Paul said that he’s not going to make it an issue? It’s of no consequence to me either way, there’s plenty of policy issues to hammer Dear Leader Chairman Maobama on. If your opinion is the same as the rest of the American sheeple, then we deserve another 4 years of tyranny. Like I said, Romney will be your GOP candidate, does anybody see much difference between him and Maobama, I sure don’t.

So let me see if I’ve got you right, you’re going to vote for the lesser of two socialists just because one has never worn a turban. All I can say is, WOW, the American Sheeple are alive and well for sure. Let me ask you this, what’s to say that whoever the eventual GOP nominee wouldn’t do all of the things you are accusing Chairman Maobama of? I bet you were a dubbya flag waver as well. We got one of the biggest assaults on our 4th Amendment rights with the Patriot Act under Bush. I could go on and on with all of this as far back as you want to go because I’ve actually taken the founders RED Pill. I’ve read and studied the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and REAL American History, not the garbage they teach you in the Government run school cocoon. We’re all good little socialists now folks, just keep on voting and towing the party line. Both parties are in on it all, I can’t believe there’s not enough intelligent life in this country to see it. It’s just a rearrangement of the USS Titanic deck chairs that’s sinking in sea of red ink. You can vote for whoever you want, but I”ll not be voting for the lesser of 2 evils anymore. Thomas Jefferson is credited with saying “The government you elect is government you deserve.” H.L. Mencken said the same thing, but better: “People deserve the government they get, and they deserve to get it good and hard.”

IF aka Obama has taught America one thing, that thing IS — Pay NO attention to anything a politician SAYS — s/he’ll say ANYthing to get elected! Look at their past history and SEE THE WORKS that they have done! “By their works, ye shall know them”. St. Paul. Note: he said WORKS and NOT “words”!

Voting for one of two evils ONLY gives on the lesser of the two EVILS. I don’t know anyone who would go to the polling booth if they knew in advance that they would have to give up either an arm or a leg as the only choices on exiting the polling place. It’s better to NOT vote for either — unless you do not mind loosing one of your limbs. NOW the BEST we CAN DO is to VOTE OUT EVERY INCUMBENT

Congresscritters have as of this date, betrayed their Oath of Office by not challenging the usurper who has clearly — on several occasions, explained that his father was NOT an American citizen — which makes him illegal AND free from impeachment. Barack Sr., was a Subject of the Protectorate fo Britain now known as Kenya. That’s IT! Where he was born only adds to the basis for defining his ineligibility. The FACT that he is not eligible is well known at all levels of our government and the FACT that NOT ONE congress critter has challenged the eligibiliyt by authoring legislation calling for investigation, indicates, to me, that ALL of Congress are co-conspirators in the fraud!

Herman Cain is more dangerous than Obama because he is a NBC. How would we get rid of him? He was head of the Federal Reserve of Kansas City no less. The Federal Reserve is THE ENEMY. The Fed Res is a foreign owned bank that runs our country. Watch the video. THE SECRET OF OZ to learn how dangerous the federal reserve is. I believe the federal reserve is the central point of the destruction of America.

This video won first place BEST DOCUMENTARY OF 2012.

Watch it to save your country and understand what is happening to WE THE PEOPLE. The Federal Reserve represents the NEW WORLD ORDER.

Herman Cain is the ENEMY of WE THE PEOPLE.

Head of the Kansas City Federal Reserve none the less. Holy Chit. Tom Mix. Let’s get out of town!

Obama told you he was born a Brit.

Cain told you he was head of the Federal Reserve.

Open your eyes.

The contract for the Federal Reserve runs out December 2012. They are on time to destroy USA. Watch out for the total financial collapse of the USA before December 2012. They will move in to pick up the scraps.

I doubt WE THE PEOPLE own any gold in fort knox any more. long since the Federal Reserve has owned the gold. The Federal Reserve is owning the entire USA. It is buying our debt. Called Quantitative Easing.

If there is anyone to stick a knife into the back of WE THE PEOPLE it is someone who is former head of the Kansas City Federal Reserve.

I have nothing against Herman Cain as a person. What I have against him is that he is a former head of the Federal Reserve and he supports the Federal Reserve. He has said so. And of course he will support the Fed Reserve. Watch out or he will be the next president paid for by the federal reserve just like Obama was paid for.

Money Buys America. Who has the money. Why the foreigners the Banksters who own the Federal Reserve. The ones we gave a trillion dollars to to bail them out. how do we know they needed bailing out. nice little bingo tip a trillion dollars of taxpayer money given to the banks for free. screw the Fed Reserve. they are the enemy.

WE THE PEOPLE have a very serious problem here in the United States of America. In fact it’s a Constitutional Crisis!

I say, as others too, we have an illegal usurper of a president living in the people’s White House. Others say that he is legal! That is two opposing points of view for which there is no conclusion at this time.

The crisis is that the powers that be are the ones that say the usurper is legal, while WE THE PEOPLE who think Constitutional Law is being violated are being banned, by the powers that be, from having any say in the matter!

And the corruption goes on in America! And WE THE PEOPLE have no voice! WE THE PEOPLE are just tax paying fools to these criminals!

Now WE THE PEOPLE have new criminals who want to be a president for the year 2012. But that it just it. They are all criminals! All the candidates are Constitutional Criminals because they know that there is a Constitutional Crisis in America and they refuse to acknowledge it! They refuse to acknowledge the crime it self and they refuse to acknowledge that WE THE PEOPLE are being banned from putting this matter on any table for a civil discussion of the merits and demerits of this crime!

I have said in the past that WE THE PEOPLE should demand that there will be no more presidential elections until this Constitutional Crisis of the violation of Article 2 Section 1is resolved. And until presidential want to be candidates begin to freely acknowledge by speaking up in public about this violation of Article 2 Section 1……all candidates should be automatically considered NOT WORTHY TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT!

Mrs. Gotto….thank you so much for writing this letter….I have just started researching Cain and on first glance was a little scared that Cain had found an excellent opportunity to weave himself into becoming the leading Republican Candidate and there were too many people coming out for Cain loud and strong yet they would not state why….I really believe lots of those people were actually biased by the racial issue.
obumer has made that issue so complex from the start of his first Campaign which he is an expert at doing. I hope Independents and Republicans are not going to fall for that old trick….Voters…PLEASE … PLEASE forget all this Racial crap and stick to the issues and the potential Nominee’s past record. look it up yourself, and don’t believe everything you read….there is going to be more reverse philosophy developed and used by the obumer Camp this go around it is going to make our heads spin if we don’t stick to the facts and Issues….I am even going to swear off of watching all Cable News shows this time…I have already stopped watching them….all of them are trying to fill our heads with lies and mis-representations and our bellies with Kool Ade

Kathleen Gotto’s thoughts as she expressed in this article are so close to mine, it’s rather spooky. I could plagiarize the entire article and sign my name to it and be quite comfortable with what “I” said.

In the beginning I was quite impressed with Mr. Cain, but his apologetic for the Fed and the stimulus did it for me.

@yo

I agree that we should start voting for the right people rather than the lesser of two evils. I am very pessimistic in this regard, however. It’s as if we would be scooping water from the ocean with a thimble and expect the level to go down.

The great majority of the people have accepted the status quo to the extent that they are not motivated to think outside the box and really ask themselves the tough questions. Do most people even know what questions to ask? They might be willing to accept variations on a theme, when it is the theme itself that should be changed.

To use the time-worn metaphor, we will continue to rearrange the deck chairs on the TItanic until…

I attended a standing-room-only Herman Cain meet & greet last Monday in Des Moines. The first question asked by a friend was about the Federal Reserve. Mr. Cain emphatically stated that he fully supports the Federal Reserve being audited, and went on to say that spending is the problem. I’ve included a link written by my friend after the event. I will be happy to relay any questions to Mr. Cain and his staff. http://bobbi85710.wordpress.com/2011/05/16/des-moines-iowa-meet-and-greet-with-herman-cain/

The problem with Cain is his answers are short brief and to the point. There is no reading between the lines and no ands, ifs or buts. He is close friends with Neal Boortz the arrogant one, who is (if you listen to his radio show) constantly filling Cains head with Boortz’s views. No to Cain for me, as he couldn’t answer a callers question about the fair tax at all. So he isn’t even versed on that.

And sure go ahead and audit the fed–he worked there years ago–and I am sure most BOOKS will be hidden from view if on the books at all.

Cain is a likable guy but not for me.

Well Said. You have voiced many thoughts that are on the minds of many Americans. We need a hero, someone who will stand up for us and demand the truth about Obama regardless of their political ambitions. Cain could be that person – but he won’t do it. Trump was working in collusion with Obama on the phony BC. We need voices to bring this whole issue to finality. Congress won’t do it. We Want The Truth.

Kathleen, every Republican needs to get a letter like yours. Great Job.

I’ve heard through the grapevine that Cain is against auditing the FED. Add Obama to it and I’d say he’s lost my vote.

Sad to say the list of potential candidates is becoming shorter and full of the pathetic MSM picks. At present, they’re claiming Romney to be the frontrunner. I hope they find someone better than that!

of course cain is a phony and just another rino. he is a companion of the phony radio talk show host neil boortz. we need to make it absolutely clear that we will not support any phony co – conspirator . i would rather see obama go back in rather than any of those phonies. cain needs to hear this loud and clear and so does romney pawlenty or any others.
