My response to Mr. Elliott was as follows:
Dear Mr. Elliott:
It would be important to let you know I was formely in Grassfire Nation and some Tea Party groups, however all many in these type groups tried to silence me, & groups trying to unseat Obama. Since America has an illegal communist muslim usurper infiltrating our White House, this is “the” most dangerous issue America has ever faced.
You can’t flip a house on a fallen Republic being dismantled by an illegal alien. Although we must be vigil during elections, I am now hearing from reliable sources that Obama will see to it the “fix” is in on this election for 2012. A Chavez like regime of thugs will see to it he terrorizes America for another 4 years, & it will not matter what we do to stop him, except successfully unseating him.
There has been much talk about impeaching him, however to be impeached you must be a legal President to begin with. He will have to be unseated.
The silence from not only your group, but all of the Tea Party groups, has been shocking to say the least. And then to ignore the brave and courageous Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who has sacrified everything to protect & defend America, as required by all military personel under the Constitution was the last straw. This surfaced other problems with Patriot Movements, who were not trying to save this great American Patriot.
Our country has no more time for this nonsense, and the cheerleader with pom poms mentality. This will not save America, unseating Obama will.
Anything else is like putting a fresh coat of paint on a dirty surface. It just will not stick.
Therefore I must decline your invitation to once again join Grassfire Nation because this is not your ultimate goal, nor the Tea Parties.

Obama`s hiding of his records is all the proof anybody needs that he is not eligible. Case closed. What gives him the right to hide his records? If he has the right ,then all Americans should tell the IRS, the S/S, the Banks , the SCHOOLS, the POLICE, the STATES, etc. that our records are none of their damn business, and they should still have to give us what we want. Like a bank account, without a s/s number, or a drivers license, without showing any ID, or any thing that has to have a ID.How about medical records to go to school? I hate to harp on this issue, and I’m not sure this thread is all that active anymore, but if someone is in contact with ms. Dawald, could they please ask her to answer the two simple questions which have gone as yet unanswered, the answers to which I believe will prove illustrative of the central core of this editorial and resulting debate. they’re important:
Ms. Dawald,
1. When your website was called Resistnet, did you or did your moderators, et al, not repeatedly state that participants planning to attend least some of your functions were specifically ***disallowed**** from bringing or otherwise displaying ‘birther” signs and messages at those functions? Were there any functions that you helped organize in which such signs were encouraged?
2. Has your site ever officially condemned, even as political TV critics at least, Glenn Beck for mocking the Birthers, which he did for awhile relentlessly and, yes, even with glee? It seems to me that you cannot be silent on the issue and be anything other than a passive advocate of Beck’s mocking position. IMO, there is no neutral inactivity in this political/culture war.

Here ‘the darla’ is, again.
Caught out in the light of truth it is always darla’s instinct to denounce a truthful observation as ‘offensive’ (to her) and ‘inaccurate’ (according to darla’s template).
I am put in mind, by the darla’s outburst, of an Email I received some months back (I still have it, so don’t call it ‘inaccurate’ ma’am) wherein the darla pandered thousands of her site members for donations to keep that Ning site open.
Maximum cost for said site ran about 39 dollars a month, but the darla never admitted that or even gave an amount…
And if several hundred people gave one to three dollars each, or if everyone gave something close to just a dollar…the question that rises is: where did the darla spend the surplus?
The site name ‘Resistnet’ seems to come to mind as being associated…
These things said; just on the surface there seems to be quite a lot of dishonesty in the darla, ranging from her politics to her pandering, and her persecution of those who out her as well as Jan has.
And while the darla managed to stand against the truth, for a time, with her support choir on Resistnet, (weren’t those the days, ma’am, when you could say: ‘your comment is offensive’, or, ‘you don’t make any sense’, or, ‘your comment is inaccurate’…and a whole host of loons would pounce on the object of your displeasure?) I just don’t see her doing so hot these days, in the face of the truth.
‘Tis my opinion that the darla is probably a fraud in more than one way, and that she has pretty much run her course on the internet.

The Tea Party Patriots will allow discussion on their Google Groups (search for them on Google Groups), I post there often. Meckler, etc., the upper echelon of TPP, never acknowledges, but the posts are allowed. I just now posted a reference to this article!!
Reply Tea Party Patriots is not one of the TP groups referenced. They have allowed comments on the subject of O’s ineligible status and about LTC Lakin, but Resist.net who now strangely has changed their name to this Patriot Action Network, treated me the same way so Dawald is inaccurate in her statements with this group. They have silenced many of us, and we have all dropped out.
This quick name change from Resist net to PatriotActionNetwork is suspect as Resist.net was not that old to begin with. Why all of a sudden the name change, and if they are claiming to be the official social network of Grassfire.com, are they illegally trading members private email addresses etc. There is nothing from the emails I get from Grassfire that mentions this new bunch calling themselves PatriotActionNetwork. This could possibly pose a legal problem if members do not want their emails exchanged without their permission.
Jan, the author of this letter was responding directly to Grassfire, for which Elliott did not reply. This is bad business. The letter was to him directly, as the email was from him and Grassfire. No mention of this other bunch?
Nothing in this letter eludes to Tea Party Patriots as they are entirely a different group, and I do not get from this letter there is any reference to TPP.
What I do get is that Dawald has jumped in with inaccurate statements. Resist.net blocked many from discussing the ineligiblity of Obama and I still have their warnings to me, and they removed my comments about it yet there was not anything offensive or bad language etc. Just addressing the question all Americans should be able to ask. Obama where is your B.C. and for this Dawald is offended? Revealing don’t you think?

Mrs. Rondeau replies: Yes, the email invitation which Jan received is a fact, not a proposition. People must be able to differentiate between facts and opinions. If Ms. Dawald disagrees with Jan’s response to the invitation, that is one thing. But the email solicitation is what it is.
It would also be important to note the letter was to Mr. Elliott, so what is Dawald doing?
Why is the response from her instead of directly to Mr. Elliott to whom it is addressed?

Also, i have found a disturbing pattern, but a solution built in: whenever I feel my posts are being censored by activist yahoo moderators, i post, “yahoo is censoring posts based on their own political biases. If so, the moderators should be fired immediately.”
Bingo. Suddenly everything i write gets on the board. Since I stated counting, this has happened 17 times in the last 2-3 weeks. It works. start posting and when your stuff doesn’t get up, see how quickly things turn around when you write that.
And yes, we must start filling this comments sections – flooding and overwhelming them. Really, let’s make this the internet version of a tea party in the middle of town, only about the Obama citizenship issue. We can overwhelm them easily if even a fraction of us take it seriously.

Another idea is to write to your local TV and radio news stations…get a packet of info together for the various reporters and anchors. Educate them! Put the seeds of doubt in their minds about Obama. Write to management too!
Some of us tried educating the media 2-3 years ago. it was hopeless, and Beck sealed our doom when he went giggly on the subject. Chris Matthews has opened it back up for us, but the media already knows it all. My own opinion is that it’s up to places like this and people like us on every mainstream comment section to grind the issue home. the other thing to do, IMO, is really salvo the newly elected tea party House reps demanding action or replacement in the next election cycle – that we have long memories and won’t forget.
The media is split apparently into 2 camps: those who support obama, and those who do not but are terrified of the unknown consequences of dealing with a usurper. Both want this issue to go away. but as we know, constitutionally, it cannot.
We need to do what the tea party people have done. We need to take it to the street. we’re succeeding already, with the help of governor Abercrombie, as Chris Matthews change of heart shows, and that’s fantastic. but the job isn’t done yet.
If you want to get media packages together, God Bless, but my own feeling is educating them is useless. We have to make a incredibly loud, non-violent noise on the internet and at functions until no one can ignore us. THEN, like with Matthews, we’ll break this story open into the mainstream.
Shouldn’t we be working on local levels as well. I have considered writing letters to local police chiefs, mayors and now we have many new governors.

I AGREE! The first and most important issue in 2011 is to remove the ineligible person sitting in the President’s chair. Everything else is secondary.

I beg to disagree. Impeachment is the proper procedure provided by the Constitution.
If you say impeachment is not necessary, so only someone (a court, Congress, etc.) needs to declare an acting president “illegal” to remove him, that would create a backdoor to removing any president without the procedure prescribed by the Constitution. And that would be unconstitutional.
(Just imagine, any court could have simply declared G.W. Bush an “illegal president” and thrown him in jail without the proper procedure? That would have been a coup d’état.)
Contrary to what many think, impeachment does not, in itself, constitute an admission the impeached person is legally occupying the office.

As I’ve said, if just “anyone” can make that decision, who prevents that “someone” from making that decision with another President?
There have got to be rules and procedures, and the Constitution has laid out a clear procedure for removing a person holding the office of President (regardless of legitimacy).
What you are advocating is that the FBI or the military can, at any time and at their own discretion, declare any President “a usurper/traitor” and remove him and get away with it. That would not apply just to Obama, but to any other President. Don’t you see that?
That is against the clear wording of the Constitution.
The 20th Amendment specifically provides for dealing with a president-elect who is found to be unqualified. Since Obama does not satisfy the MANDATE of Article II, Section 1, he is not and cannot be president; he is still only a president-elect and therefore subject to the 20th Amendment. All Congress has to do is to declare him unqualified and name an acting president.
Impeachment process is only for NBC’s , not illegal aliens. I have spoken with several lawyers versed extensively in the laws of the U.S. Constitution.
Obama will have to be unseated. He is not an NBC, but an illegal alien according to the laws
under the Constitution.

I unsubscribed many, many times and kept getting emails anyway. So apparently it is that difficult.
I noticed a moment in time when Patriot Action/Resistnet/Grassfire’s attitude changed; when Glenn Beck denounced we so-called “birthers”. IMO, suddenly, their enthusiasm for the subject evaporated. More to the point, IMO, anyone critical of Beck was severely chastised by the mods under the various admonishments of being a troll, rude, what-have-you. The moment you speak ill of Beck, suddenly every little misstep ignored by the mods for others becomes an impeachable offense by you, IMO.
There also appears, IMO, to be a sort of self-serving interest there, like the people who gladhand at fundraiser pancake breakfasts to have their picture taken with the secretary of the friend of the country treasurer’s brother. Only my opinion, of course.
Nothing can be done reasonably as long as Obama hides his citizenship records. This is so obvious now it’s really insane, like breathing in the poisonous smoke instead of putting out the fire. The situation hangs like an iron cloud over every speech Obama makes, everything he signs, every subject to which he offers his name; anything he does in an official capacity is suspect and rightly so. No one goes to the lengths to which he goes to hide, as his supports try to frame it, nothing.
Obama’s behavior is either sadistic (toward those who worry about the issue), paranoid ( if he has nothing to hide) or guilty (if he has something to hide). At this point there are no fourth options.
Instead of posting endlessly on places like Patriot’s Action/Resistnet/grassfire, which is, in my opinion, in practice the same as people shouting at each other in a vacuum, get onto the comments sections of every news report you can (Yahoo has comments sections for all the AP stories, for example) and steer the discussion like an arrow right back to the citizenship issue. Don’t worry about being off-topic: it’s impossible; Obama’s eligibility to serve is at the center of ANY political story, because if he is ineligible, then it undermines the story itself, and that is definitely ON-topic.
As TV’s liberal Chris Matthews has shown, the media is straining like a weak, water-soaked plank under the unbearable weight of this issue. They can’t take this much longer, and we’re right. A final, larger, sustained push, with the new GOP House leadership dutifully apprised, should open this up, finally.
Spend your time on those comments news sections, if you’re a message board posting type. There you are speaking to the real world and influencing people uneducated on the subject or on the fence, not preaching to the lazy choir who message to vent, and then once satisfied, leave others to do the heavy lifting.
That is completely inaccurate. We have posted a lot of info on his eligibility and videos. Most Tea Party groups won’t even let you discuss it…we actually had a heading for it in our forum.
We don’t ask people to spend time preaching to the choir we have always asked you to get to get out and share the truth with everyone…get involved in your community, spread the word.
Folks here would rather sit and bash other conservatives than to recognize that we are all on the same team…shame on you folks…

Mrs. Rondeau replies: Ms. Dawald apparently did not note that the article citing the Patriot Action Network is an opinion piece, not a news story. The Post & Email is focused on reporting hard news and publishing citizen editorials, and we take no position on the opinions expressed in the latter.

If the citizenship issue was indeed of the degree of concern to Patriots Action as you seem to suggest, in my opinion, you would join in formally complaining against Glenn Beck for mocking the “birthers”. Silence is not golden when it comes to unsettling issues about Obama and those who, themselves, try to silence the issues; there is no such thing as a neutral inaction in this battle. Any group is either with the citizenship truthers (‘birthers”) or they are not. Remaining silent about Beck is not a neutral inactivity. Remaining silent, IMO, is passive support of his mocking position.
Anyway, I return to my previous point; the tea party is what has essentially saved the country, but their weak-kneed avoidance of the citizenship issue is troubling in the very extreme. Still, people can take their otherwise terrific example and head for the comments section of every news story – taking to the ‘internet street’, so to speak – and flood those comments sections with citizenship issue stories for the coming weeks and months, every day, until the issue busts wide open. No matter how you slice it, at this stage of the game, it must be a win-win; if Obama is ineligible, then the result is obvious. if his records are clean, why the game-playing? Sadism? Paranoia? We should know. The only way to lose the political battle on this now is to stay silent.
So please, get out there on those comments sections of news articles and steer it all toward the citizenship issue. When Chris Matthews joins in an uneasy truce with the birthers in demanding the records, going so far as to carefully explain why the COLB was insufficient evidence, then you know that the question is wide-open and “safe’ for debate!
Nor has Dawald answer why she has answered Jan’s response instead of Steve Elliott, who the letter was directly to. And on that letter from Elliott it only mentioned in the url address

But she wants anyone on here to be ashamed for getting involved trying to help America.
She is assumptive in her comments, and out of line once again. We say to you Dawald
shame on you, and shame on you for answering someone else’s letter.
When you are solicited by these groups the first thing to check for is to see if they are asking for donations and if the are ignore them! They in MHO are out to just make a quick buck by taking advantage of a dire situation in America! I will give my money to the person or group who first initiates a legal course of action (like a class action petition for the redress of grievances that addresses Obama and his not being a Natural Born Citizen) and then seeks funds for the cause and without establishing some sort of quota, but that hasn’t happened yet. Wonder Why?

With all due respect, I expect a little more from a president than “stand up against the usurper”. After all, with this qualification, anybody here on P&E could be president. Why not Walt? Why not Mario? Why not Sharon?

If you do not understand what is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN…let me educate you. The opposite of NATURAL is ALIEN. If there is any aspect of a birth that is ALIEN, then it is not a natural born birth.
In the matter of Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO) his daddy was AN ALIEN! Mr. Obama Sr was a foreign national of Britain, and later a citizen of KENYA. Since he was alien, this made Mr. Soetoro Jr part alien…therefore unqualified to be president…PERIOD!
Where do you list this Constitutional crisis on your list? You ignore it like all of the rest of the braindead Republicans. You wonder why I refuse to contribute to your Marxist Republican group? This is why. I will not offer my money to groups that care not for the Constitution.

It would appear that it was a form letter/answer because Mr. Elliott failed to address your issue which I agree is the one that most needs to be addressed in this country. Unfortunately, there is a great conspiracy afoot….for what reason it is not yet completely clear to me.
How could our entire government, our courts and the media look the other way. Every member in Congress KNOWS full well that we have a USURPER in the White House…but they do nothing. What do they expect to get from this treasonous cover-up? What future do their children and grandchildren have in a country where personal liberties are diminished and freedoms destroyed? And their failure to speak out on behalf of LTC Lakin is reprehensible! Are you listening Michele Bachmann? Sarah Palin what say you? Mitt Romney? Tim Pawlenty? Mitch Daniels? Newt Gingrich? Rush Limbaugh how about making a national issue?Could you please say something? Call a press conference! Republican “leadership” stop kissing Obama’s ass! Investigate NOW! Cowards all of them.
The problem is that we have millions and millions and millions of people who are clueless…either apathetic, stupid or ignorant.
