DICTATOR OBAMA

(Jun. 20, 2010) — No matter the political agenda of any American citizen, one reality should send shivers down every American’s spine. The Obama regime has made it known that according to their form of “justice,” NO soldier or citizen has “legal standing” to question anything about Obama, his eligibility, his many corrupt friends, his anti-American policies or his full-court press to destroy all things American.
Barack Hussein Obama remains a complete mystery. His birth, college, travel, passport records and entire personal history remain under lock and key unlike any president before him. His policies have proven destructive to the US economy and US sovereignty and security as well as both states’ and individual rights.
The Obama regime is operating like a pure dictatorship at odds with the vast majority of American citizens. Regardless of which peaceful course of redress the people attempt, they have repeatedly been informed that they have “NO STANDING” to ask any questions.
Lt. Colonel Terrence Lakin
LTC Lakin is not a private fresh out of boot camp who lost his nerve for the field of battle and refused to comply with deployment orders. He is a senior officer who stands charged with upholding his oath:
I – do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter, so help me God.
As reported by Family Security Matters, LTC Lakin’s numerous awards and decorations include the Army Flight Surgeon Badge, Combat Medical Badge, the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, the National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Service Star, the Armed Forces Expedition Medal, the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon sixth award and the NATO service medal. He has served previously in Honduras, Bosnia, Korea, and Afghanistan.
Until very recently, his senior command described him as “an extremely talented, highly knowledgeable senior Army clinician with significant field and consultant experience…”
Like all military officers, Lakin is obligated under his oath to question his command when he suspects that the orders being given are in any way “unlawful.” Unlawful orders would most certainly include orders given by an “unlawful” Commander-in-Chief.
Yet LTC Lakin risks court martial for attempting to uphold his officer’s oath, and he is indeed guilty of attempting to uphold his oath. He is prepared to present what he believes to be clear and convincing evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a “lawful” Commander-in-Chief. An increasing number of soldiers and citizens agree, but it is LTC Lakin who faces charges, not the illegal Command.
LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III
Most Americans know only this definition of the word “riot”:
a noisy, violent public disorder caused by a group or crowd of persons, as by a crowd protesting against another group, a government policy, etc., in the streets;
But the thuggish, Obama-run justice system prefers to use this definition of “riot” as a means to silence all voices of dissent:
a disturbance of the public peace by three or more persons;
This definition provides very broad powers to law enforcement anytime three or more persons gather in public for any purpose. Under this definition, any public assembly of three or more individuals can be accused of participating in or inciting a “riot.”
Such was the case on April 1, 2010, when LCDR Fitzpatrick attempted to effect a citizen’s arrest of local officials whom he accuses of corruption and obstruction in Monroe County, TN.
When a small group of supporters showed up to videotape the citizen’s arrest in Monroe County, Fitzpatrick found himself arrested and charged with “committing actual RIOT” – resisting arrest (better described as resisting assault) – interrupting an [illegal] meeting, and disorderly conduct.
Fortunately, videotape of the incident is available on YouTube which clearly demonstrates that these charges are false. LCDR Fitzpatrick sought peaceful redress via a criminal complaint filed with the Monroe County Grand Jury more than a year earlier. Tennessee law supports the actions of Mr. Fitzpatrick, but evidence of local corruption brought to light through his efforts has made him the target of judicial vengeance in his local community.
LCDR Fitzpatrick has since been arrested a second time on June 8, 2010, a retaliation from the Monroe County Grand Jury which has added two felony charges to the previous misdemeanors dated April 1.
Taking a page right out of Obama’s Southern Poverty Law Center book on “domestic terrorism,” the Monroe County Grand Jury is now claiming that Fitzpatrick is acting against illegal Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway on the basis of “race” in violation of civil rights laws.
Of course, unlike his accusers, Fitzpatrick has spent decades defending the United States in uniform, working alongside soldiers of all races and religions in the common defense of the American way of life. Further, Pettway is far from the only individual whom Fitzpatrick has accused of criminal wrongdoing, although he is the only “black” individual listed in Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint. All others are white.
LCDR Fitzpatrick has uncovered numerous violations of Tennessee law in the existing justice system operating in Monroe County. He possesses very compelling evidence to support his accusations of corruption and obstruction in Monroe County.
On the basis of recently uncovered evidence concerning Jury Foreman Gary Pettway and Foreperson Angela Davis, Fitzpatrick is openly accusing the Monroe County justice system of “jury rigging” in addition to his past charges of corruption and obstruction.
This entire ongoing circus is the direct result of Fitzpatrick’s efforts to present evidence against Barack Hussein Obama in a courtroom allegedly intended for just such a purpose. He is scheduled to face his accused (and accusers) in Monroe County court on June 28, 2010.

Former FOX News military analyst Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely (Ret.) is openly calling for the immediate resignation of Barack Hussein Obama and all of his co-conspirators in his regime and Congress:
Being a representative republic, not a democracy, “rising up” means something other than revolution by means of arms. The people must “rise up” from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations. We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power…resignation, natural death, elections, and impeachment.
“We the People” have had enough. The Obama Administration and identifiable Members of Congress are now on a death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office.”
“We, the People” cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen’s interests above self-interest by resigning immediately. Therefore the “people” must decide. A civil uprising is brewing. We now must call for the immediate resignation of Barry Soetero (AKA Barack Hussein Obama)…based on Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption, Dishonesty, and Violation of the US Oath of Office and the Constitution.

Career military officers face jail sentences for their efforts to stand by their oaths.
These are not young soldiers who have had a change of heart about serving in a forward combat position. These are decorated career officers who have more than earned the right to ask who Barack Hussein Obama really is and why he seems bent upon destroying the greatest nation ever known to mankind.
Whether you like Obama’s political leap into global socialism or not, no decent American citizen or soldier can afford to tolerate the idea that these brave men have “no standing” to demand a “lawful” command. We the People cannot afford to let these men fall victim to a corrupt government intent upon imprisoning them for attempting to uphold their oaths.
This isn’t about any single individual, including Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro, or whatever name or social security number he is operating under this month.
This is about the US Constitution and American justice.
Every American citizen, but especially those who have served in uniform have not only the right, but the responsibility to demand answers to questions from which Obama has been running since 2004.
Candidate for US Senate Barack Obama was quite proud to refer to himself as “Kenyan-born.” But presidential candidate Barack Obama has since insisted that he is American-born and meets the constitutional eligibility requirements for the office of Commander-in-Chief. One of the two stories is not true…
A growing number of decorated officers are stepping forward to demand answers that Obama is ill-prepared to give. I personally believe that there is no actual birth certificate from Hawaii and that this is the reason he has spent more than $2 million in legal fees to avoid making that birth certificate public. I also believe that he cannot meet Article II, Section 1 requirements for the Oval Office no matter where he was born.
As a writer who has done extensive research on Barack Obama and the subject of “natural born Citizen,” I am completely convinced that these military heroes and others like them are right to question the legitimacy of their command. There can be no legitimate orders from an illegitimate Commander-in-Chief. Every order would be illegal.
God help us if the American people fail to stand with these men who demand answers to their very legitimate questions. If we allow the corrupt justice system to jail these men, then that system will be free to jail any individual who dares to question elected officials in support of the Law of this Land.
If the people allow these men to fall prey to this corrupt government, they will stand alone against this government in the end.
The time for true patriots to stand and be counted has arrived.
Obama MUST answer these charges or NO citizen will be free.
Who Would You Trust More Running America The Next Two Years—Obama Or A Quasi Civilian/U.S. Military Government?

Obama’s support of the DISCLOSE Act confirmed what many Americans already believed; that Obama and certain Democrats in Congress intend to strangle the flow of information. If Obama and his leftists associations get their way, our Children will be brainwashed by Obama’s one-sided propaganda at school, through Obama controlled Radio, TV and Obama media policies that restrict the free flow of information. Historically when communists attempt or take over a country, one of their first steps was to control the media and all forms of public communications to control Civilian populations. When Russia took over Hungary, it immediately took control of the Radio stations to thwart Citizen resistance and to psychologically control the People. Considering the Obama administration’s obsession with controlling all media, one might ask, are some of the same persons inside and outside U.S. Government working with the Obama administration to push the Disclose Act and other censorship regulations, involved in causes that promulgate overthrow of the United States? While some in the Obama Government say they support dismantling capitalism, brick by brick, does their endgame call for destruction of the United States? If it does, what should Americans do to stop it? Does the Obama administration’s proposed censorship of free speech e.g., the Disclose Act threaten National Security? In other countries where members of political parties and ideological extremists attempted or succeeded in this kind of forced censorship, forbidding Citizens to receive information, they have been arrested for treason among other crimes. The Obama administration appears intended to curtail Americans’ right to know, restrict American’s right to communicate via the Internet and the Obama administration admits they want to pay writers in newspapers and other media to covertly propagandize their point of view. Is this not treason? Top CZAR Cass Sunstein prepared a 2008 paper that proposed spying on Americans, infiltrating groups and organizations to obstruct Free Speech, disrupt the exchange of ideas and disseminate false information to neutralize Americans that might question government.

The majority of Americans oppose military governments. But increasingly during the last six months, more Americans quietly state they would trust the U.S. Military running U.S. Government temporarily over extremists in Obam’s government; that they would support a quasi Civilian/military form of government temporarily provided their civil and constitutional rights were protected and importantly, all leftists extremists in U.S. Government were deposed. This recent change of attitude by Americans might be explained by the fact they can relate to their U.S. Military and find nothing in common with Obama and his extreme leftist associations and supporters. Increasingly Americans appear to fear the Obama government more than the idea of having the U.S. Military temporarily run U.S. Government. Additionally Obama’s refusal to secure America’s Mexican border might have contributed to Americans identifying with a quasi/U.S. military government over an Obama government that won’t protect Border States from foreign invaders. The number of Marxists in the U.S. is small, but having them control any part of our government is repugnant to most Americans that believe it not in the best interest of our economy, national defense and National Security. Considering the direction America is going economically, more Americans are afraid that if things collapse, Obama might use the U.S. Military against U.S. Citizens; that should things collapse a quasi Civilian/U.S. Military government not the Obama administration should run America. This is mentioned only to note there is a strong wind blowing across America, that is howling enough Obama.
The Patriot uprising of 2010-2012 is beginning. I can see where this Government is going. It’s going to the same death camps which FEMA directs. Google Agenda 21. They will corral the Gulf Coast people (a conservative population) and attempt genocide. This oil rig was professionally blown. The Gulf will be completely destroyed as a fishery for 3 generations. Mrs. Rondeau replies: You might have heard that oral argument has been canceled in the case, but it is by no means dead, as far as I know.
I respectfully disagree with the opinion he can’t be impeached because he’s ineligible in the first place. OF COURSE he is ineligible, but since they refuse to deal with that and want to act like he really is the POTUS then he CAN be impeached as POTUS.
I have written to my congressman reminding him again, that on June 10, 2008 the House tried to impeach George W, Bush, because it’s my understanding impeachment has to start on the floor of the United States House of Representatives. Well Bush was nothing compared to Obama.
I wrote in part;
“I wish I could meet with you in person and hear your explanation of WHY I have NOT read in the paper that (XXXhisname) has introduced a list of high crimes and misdemeanors as articles of impeachment against Barack Obama. How far does he have to go running our country into the ground before you finally do something?
Sir, there is a Facebook page entitled “Impeach Barack Obama” with 14, 047 members, that’s 14,000 people that openly put their name out there, and that’s just one place on the internet, where the public [we the people] are calling for his impeachment. Me? I choose to write my Representative. But are you listening? “
As always, JB, you’re right on the money. We MUST stand behind these patriotic American heros. Obama the Usurper MUST be held accountable for his treasonous, unconstitutional actions. He MUST be forced to provide proof as to whether or not he is constitutionally eligible to hold the office of POTUS. Further, he MUST be held accountable for the crimes he’s committed since usurping the Presidency.
Whereas the most powerful man on the planet (and backed by billionaires) may be able to one day “produce” a piece of paper showing a Hawaiian birth, Obama will never be able to provide proof that Obama Senior was a US citizen. It is a fact that Obama Senior was never a US citizen, and that fact alone makes Obama Junior not a natural born citizen and Constitutionally ineligible to be President. This is the fact that LTC Lakin and his lawyers should take to court, for it is the argument that Obama and his lawyers cannot refute.
If this explodes before the Conservatives and Libertarians retake Congress in November, the successor to Obama will be a progressive Democrat, and I don’t think any of us want someone who would then be a legal POTUS to rubber stamp Obama’s insane and socialist legislation and executive orders.
If, on the other hand, the whole 2008 election can be ruled null and void because of corruption and unlawful POTUS/VP ticket, and Biden is excluded from taking over as POTUS, then succession falls to congress. Right now Pelosi is the #2 man in line (behind Biden), but that can change in November.
We need to seriously consider the line of succession and make certain the replacement POTUS is a constitutional American in blood and in spirit.
From here on out, cooler heads need to prevail.
Not to worry, Pelosi will be out too, as she is as deep into the cover-up as she can get.

I understand your sentiments, but you are mixing politics with the defense of the Constitution. Obama’s occupancy of the Presidency is a blatant and serious violation of the Constitution, and so he must be removed, legally. Biden, despite his odious politics, is a natural born citizen and Constitutionally eligible to be President. His succession to the Presidency would be a victory for the defense of the Constitution.
Also, my understanding is that the Constituion calls for a special election to be held, and so Biden (if not complicit) would serve for a short period of time.
Time to go, Barry-O! It will also be necessary to take all those who criminally enabled you as well. Mrs. Rondeau replies: The 56 Framers of the Constitution died destitute, their families run off their farms or killed, for the sake of freedom. Had they not done what they did, we would not be able to do what we are doing now. There are things more important than money, namely honor, principle and the U.S. Constitution.

Chief Justice John Roberts knew this man was ineligible for the office when he swore him in. The Supreme Court has ALL of the evidence, submitted by numerous legal proceedings, and still will not hear, or make a ruling. ALL of Congress has all the facts, but are afraid of doing anything that might put them out of a cush job and pension. God help us, I think this will take civil action, and pray that NORCOM will not fire on us, but JOIN us, to cleanse D.C.
One theory I’ve read is that SCOTUS refuses to get involved with the bc issue, because they took such a beating for being the decider in the Florida-election fiasco between Bush and Gore. They don’t want to be “the bad guy” again and kick Obama out. The other theory, of course, is that SCOTUS is complicit.

Indeed. And what perplexes me is that they could ask the below legitimate question of Constitutional law (which has nothing to do with the birth certificate or where Obama was born) from a completely neutral and unbiased position. But why will they not?
How can the status at birth of a natural born citizen of the United States of America be governed by the laws of Great Britain?
What happened is that BO is black. People are so deathly afraid of being labeled a racist that they have let and will let this fraud do whatever he wants, with no push-back. And his handlers knew this when they chose a black man to take America down. They knew our guilt and political correctness would allow a black man to get away with anything. I, for one, have no problem standing up with these American heroes. However, I don’t feel that Obama should be allowed to resign. He can’t be impeached because he’s not legitimate in the first place. He needs to be arrested and jailed for fraud and treason against this country and the American people. I’m sure there’s room in Gitmo for his co-conspirators and him, which would be most of those in Congress as well as all those positions he filled with his czars and other buddies of the radical left. God Bless Fitzpatrick, Lakin and Vallely and all those other military personnel who have previously questioned Obama’s illegitimate presidency. While we’re at it….can we take down those in the lamestream media who have covered for Obama and hid the true facts from the American people? How about getting rid of SEIU and ACORN too? :-)

I say that in this case the cause is overwhelmingly worthy and Constitutional justice will be served if WE THE PEOPLE just kicked down the front doors of the White House and grabbed this ILLEGAL scoundrel of a president by the scruff of his neck and throw his disgusting derriere out into the street where he actually belongs!
