FIRST TIME IN U.S. HISTORY THAT A SITTING PRESIDENT’S ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONED BY MEMBER OF CONGRESS

(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.
Now, what does this mean? This is probably the first time in 233 years of American history that a sitting member of the House of Representatives has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president….one full year into his term.
This forever changes the public discourse.
Even if the putative president ignores the challenge, he cannot hide from it, because by doing so he admits his guilt through silence. The question has to be asked near and far, why would a president who has promised greater transparency than any previous administration pay upwards of $2,000,000 of taxpayer money to hide documents that could resolve the matter once and for all time for the cost of $20.00. He has publicly admitted on more than one occasion that his father was NOT an American citizen. This alone disqualifies him from eligibility based on Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution, and consequently makes him a usurper. (cf. the 4 Supreme Court cases which define what a “natural born citizen” is.)
Representative Deal, understanding full well the magnitude and gravity of the situation and recognizing that it places our country in a national security crisis, has rightfully confronted the issue head-on. The ramifications are so serious that all laws signed by a putative president are null and void, and soldiers sent into war under his command can be tried as war criminals.
Representative Deal is not a “Birther”; rather, he is a “Truther”; one of the millions of others who have been seeking irrefutable proof for over a year and a half!
Not a single lawsuit to date has been decided on the merits of the case, with numerous cases yet to be resolved or dismissed.

When I worked for Dept of Soc.Svs for Aged, Disabled, Blind I had to verify on my own a client’s citizenship because they were often incapacitated to do so on their own. I could never use just those two means of documentation as proof as shown on FactCheck and if a client provided just those two means of proof (Cert.of Live Birth & newspaper announcements without even the names of the newspapers) it would raise a flag big time and I would wonder why this is all they had.
The biggest flag here to me is the fact that with all the blogging and social networks ablaze there is not one neighbor, doctor, nurse, person born in the same hospital even close to the days he was born coming forth to brag..”Hey I was born in the same hospital the same week as the POTUS”…
No blogger or commenter I have found expressing such knowledge of anything regarding him.The next day after Scott Brown was elected there were interviews with his long time school friends, his coaches, etc. .Never any such person has come forth from his childhood. Doesn’t someone remember a white woman married to a black man (almost unheard of in 1961). His parents would have stood out like a sore thumb. Don’t get me wrong I am glad that this has been overcome but it was a truth during those years anywhere in America. Even for those that believed at the time that it should be an accepted thing would still have rubber necked. I was so glad to see MLK’s dream come true …but truthfully Obama is no MLK ..far from it.
I want the insane spending to stop. I want China repaid. I want what is left of that Stimulous Money to go to find out why businesses are laying off people and to use that money to help businesses get incentives to hire people. As his only evidence that he meets the Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution’s requirement that a President be a natural born citizen, he produced a document called a “Certification of Live Birth,” which he posted on his website under the title: “Barack Obama’s Official Birth Certificate.”
At first blush, it is case closed. A closer examination of the facts, however, reveals that Mr. Obama failed to point out on his website that his posted “Official Birth Certificate,” as he called it, is actually a 2007 computer-generated, laser-printed summary document of his 1961 vital record(s) on file with the Hawaii State Department of Health. What we do not know, however, is what 1961 vital record the Certification of Live Birth is summarizing.

AP declared Obama “Kenyan-Born”
What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services. What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.
How so? Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at

The AP reporter stated the following:
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office. Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.
The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama: because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.

Fife did not say that the Global Elite picked Obama; he said that the KGB picked Obama. If they did, they got their man in the USA to ensure the continuance of Marxism world wide;and certainly Obama has repaid Russia with a withdrawl from Eastern Europe on several issues. I didn’t mean to imply that I doubted the veracity of your story. My point was, if Representative Deal thought it was worth writing this letter to Mr Obama, then why did he not publish the letter, so that everyone could read, exactly what was being asked of Mr Obama. If the letter isn’t published, by Mr Deal, then everyone has ‘plausible deniability’ for their own positions.

Mr. Charlton replies: There is a thing called discretion and respect; some folks give their interlocutor time to respond before blabbing that they attempted to get a response. Deal is that kind of man; a rarer virtue today, and one not understood by many.
The White House, however, as confirmed that they received the said letter by Deal, according to the Atlanta Journal, writing on Jan. 8th (Friday).
One more thing, we all need to boycott all secular news media and rely on independent radio for our news. We need to let the Rupert Murdock puppets know we don’t buy their scripted lies and leave them high and dry. Obama could have been born in the White House on the President’s desk, he STILL would not be eligible as his father wasn’t ever nor even attempted to become a US citizen. That makes Obama a dual citizen at birth thus disqualifying him to be President of the United States of America. Period.

Very well said. Note that even if Obama Senior had become a US citizen at a later date, Obama Junior would still not be eligible, as it is the citizenship status of the parents at the time of birth that matters.

I wonder if it would be advisable to go to court on the basis of the “filed, not accepted” revelation alone.
If Obama has not provided sufficient evidence to convince the Hawaii DOH to forward the registration materials to the State Registrar of Hawaii, then it would look to me like he has not proved he was born in Hawaii. If the evidence was not good enough for them, then it shouldn’t be good enough to qualify as a nbc under the constitutional provision for the office of president.

Why not just make him prove in court that the birth has been accepted by the state registrar?
I would say that we could file a freedom of info request of the hawaii doh, but as we all know beyond a shadow of doubt at this point, they won’t answer if it’s something that obama doesn’t want known.

For in that section it clearly states the difference between filing and registration, using the verbs for both actions, the latter “register” meaning accepting what has been filed…

I am convinced that information on Obama’s birth certificate was altered and it appears to me that the COLB represents one or more changes that were filed but not accepted. However, are we assuming that the change(s) are relevant to the issue of Presidential eligibility (birthplace and/or birthparents)?
If it turns out that he was born in Hawaii and his biological father (and mother) were both US citizens, then I still say that he is not eligible per the intent of the Founding Fathers, which was to have presidents with no foreign entanglements, such as foreign claims of citizenship at birth. It is a fact that Obama had a foreign (British/Kenyan) claim on his birth status, and this represents foreign influence and history that cannot be changed.
And if he is not found to be ineligible for the reasons I stated above, then he is guilty of fraud on a number of levels, and I think this could be a basis for impeachment. What do you think?
Obama if found not the Pres. could not just ignore it as he would no longer have the right to secret service protection. How long could he resist getting kicked out if all his protection disappeared.
That is something to think about. IF he is found to be guilty of fraud and lied about his citizenship status, which I totally believe to be true, he would lose his secret service protection. What happens to him ? He lied to the American people and made fools out of those who believed in him. That is not good. He would be so vulnerable. He may have to leave the country. Ya think? He is playing with fire. Notice he is never really out in the public with the people as it is.
