FIRST TIME IN U.S. HISTORY THAT A SITTING PRESIDENT’S ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONED BY MEMBER OF CONGRESS

Nathan Deal, U.S. Representative for Georgia, is running for Georgia Governor in 2010.
(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.
Now, what does this mean? This is probably the first time in 233 years of American history that a sitting member of the House of Representatives has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president….one full year into his term.

Even if the putative president ignores the challenge, he cannot hide from it, because by doing so he admits his guilt through silence. The question has to be asked near and far, why would a president who has promised greater transparency than any previous administration pay upwards of $2,000,000 of taxpayer money to hide documents that could resolve the matter once and for all time for the cost of $20.00. He has publicly admitted on more than one occasion that his father was NOT an American citizen. This alone disqualifies him from eligibility based on Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution, and consequently makes him a usurper. (cf. the 4 Supreme Court cases which define what a “natural born citizen” is.)
Representative Deal, understanding full well the magnitude and gravity of the situation and recognizing that it places our country in a national security crisis, has rightfully confronted the issue head-on. The ramifications are so serious that all laws signed by a putative president are null and void, and soldiers sent into war under his command can be tried as war criminals.
Representative Deal is not a “Birther”; rather, he is a “Truther”; one of the millions of others who have been seeking irrefutable proof for over a year and a half!
Not a single lawsuit to date has been decided on the merits of the case, with numerous cases yet to be resolved or dismissed.

When I worked for Dept of Soc.Svs for Aged, Disabled, Blind I had to verify on my own a client’s citizenship because they were often incapacitated to do so on their own. I could never use just those two means of documentation as proof as shown on FactCheck and if a client provided just those two means of proof (Cert.of Live Birth & newspaper announcements without even the names of the newspapers) it would raise a flag big time and I would wonder why this is all they had.
The biggest flag here to me is the fact that with all the blogging and social networks ablaze there is not one neighbor, doctor, nurse, person born in the same hospital even close to the days he was born coming forth to brag..”Hey I was born in the same hospital the same week as the POTUS”…
No blogger or commenter I have found expressing such knowledge of anything regarding him.The next day after Scott Brown was elected there were interviews with his long time school friends, his coaches, etc. .Never any such person has come forth from his childhood. Doesn’t someone remember a white woman married to a black man (almost unheard of in 1961). His parents would have stood out like a sore thumb. Don’t get me wrong I am glad that this has been overcome but it was a truth during those years anywhere in America. Even for those that believed at the time that it should be an accepted thing would still have rubber necked. I was so glad to see MLK’s dream come true …but truthfully Obama is no MLK ..far from it.
I want the insane spending to stop. I want China repaid. I want what is left of that Stimulous Money to go to find out why businesses are laying off people and to use that money to help businesses get incentives to hire people. If this birther (truther) thing is something that can get that Congress to STOP with the insanity…Declassifying CIA docs revealing our tactics to our enemies, reading of Miranda rights on the battlefield, giving terrorist civil rights and being tried in civil courts….PLEASE I PRAY THERE IS SOMEWAY TO GET THEM TO JUST STOP THE INSANITY.

Mr. Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961. As his only evidence that he meets the Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution’s requirement that a President be a natural born citizen, he produced a document called a “Certification of Live Birth,” which he posted on his website under the title: “Barack Obama’s Official Birth Certificate.”
At first blush, it is case closed. A closer examination of the facts, however, reveals that Mr. Obama failed to point out on his website that his posted “Official Birth Certificate,” as he called it, is actually a 2007 computer-generated, laser-printed summary document of his 1961 vital record(s) on file with the Hawaii State Department of Health. What we do not know, however, is what 1961 vital record the Certification of Live Birth is summarizing.

Here is the reason that Obama needs to substantially prove to the people that he has met the Constitution’s natural born citizen requirement to be President:
The President of the United States is one of the three branches of government. He is the Executive branch. The nation speaks to all people through one voice, the President’s. The President can make treaties, grant pardons, sign and veto legislation, appoint a Cabinet, as well as Supreme Court Justices. In addition to these duties, the President knows the nation’s most important and secure secrets, and as the Commander in Chief of the military, has the military’s nuclear launch codes at the ready, and who can arguably, either take steps to weaken the nation, or even destroy it. In the words of Vice President Dick Cheney, “The president of the United States now for 50 years is followed at all times, 24 hours a day, by a military aide carrying a football that contains the nuclear codes that he would use and be authorized to use in the event of a nuclear attack on the United States. He could launch the kind of devastating attack the world has never seen. He doesn’t have to check with anybody. He doesn’t have to call the Congress. He doesn’t have to check with the courts. AP declared Obama “Kenyan-Born”
What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services. What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.
How so? Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at

The AP reporter stated the following:
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office. Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.
The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama: because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.

Mr. Charlton replies: Tom Fife’s testimony is compelling, and he has had the integrity to come forward in public and confirm it. The above link however attempts to put a spin on Fife’s testimony. Fife did not say that the Global Elite picked Obama; he said that the KGB picked Obama. If they did, they got their man in the USA to ensure the continuance of Marxism world wide;and certainly Obama has repaid Russia with a withdrawl from Eastern Europe on several issues. But it seems just as probable that Saudi Arabia also promoted Obama and that he is serving several foreign interests.
If the hard evidence could be found, then he could be shown to be not only a usurper, but also a Foreign Agent and infiltrator. For that reason he might be guilty of treason on 2 counts.

I don’t understand. What proof could he provide other than an American father? That would mean the COLB is changed and he’s a total fraud still.
Of what benefit is providing proof? He’d just move from a usurper to a proven forger and jail, both should be the same outcome.
