(May 10, 2023) — The media is reporting that “Title 42 is being rescinded.” For all intents and purposes Title 42 is not being rescinded. Title 42 is part of the United States Code and can be repealed only by act of Congress. The following is the text of a section of Title 42 which the Trump administration utilized to expel certain persons or property from the United States based on a public health danger which presented from introducing people who were suffering from Covid into the United States. Sec. 265 of Title 42 allows for the expulsion of every person coming from any nation that is currently experiencing a contagious disease or other health issue that could affect public health in the United States.
Covid is not the sole disease that Title 42, Sec. 265 covers. There are hundreds of diseases that are covered under this act. Many foreign nations suffer from diseases prevalent in those countries. Prevention of the introduction of such heretofore absent diseases into the United States is in the interest of public health.
Title 42 of the United States Code, Chapter 6A, Subchapter 2, Part G, Sec. 265 reads:
“Suspensions of entries and imports from designated
places to to prevent spread of communicable diseases
Whenever the Surgeon General determines by reason
of the existence of any communicable disease in a for-
eign country there is serious danger of the introduction
of such disease into the United States and that this dan-
ger is so increased by the introduction of persons or pro-
perty from such country that a suspension of the right
to introduce such persons and property is required in the
interest of public health, the Surgeon General, in accord-
ance with regulations approved by the President, shall
have the power to prohibit, in whole or in part, the intro-
duction of such persons or property from such countries,
or places as he shall designate in order to avert such dan-

ger, and for such period of time as he may deem neces-
sary for such purpose”
Title 42, Sec. 265 is but one of the tools we have to protect Americans from undue exposure to diseases and other dangerous things (such as toxic plants, non-regional insects, contaminated foods, drugs such as Fentanyl, etc.) Only Congress can repeal Title 42. The President should not be diminishing the tools we have to control our very porous borders. Both the southern and northern borders are being used for entry into the United States. There have even been reports of crossings by boat from islands in the Russian Federation into Alaska.
President Biden has a plan. The plan was first stated by the usurper, traitor and spy, Barack Obama, that he was “going to fundamentally change America.” What better way to “fundamentally change America” than to introduce literally millions upon millions of unknown people from every part of the world who are not of our culture or beliefs?
Who are all these people? Are they all really fleeing tyranny? Many are prisoners from foreign nations that those nations want to free themselves of, from having to board them in their own prisons and society. Many of them are criminals, gang members, prisoners from foreign nations, people not in actual need of sanctuary and scammers.
We have always helped those who are really in need. That is a humanitarian act that Americans should be proud of. That said, the wholesale influx of anyone and everyone from everywhere on this planet is a grave injustice to each and every American. It has been well-documented that many people crossing our sovereign borders are men, and they are men in camouflage. Millions of illegal aliens are already in the United States. Is this a modern-day Trojan Horse operation under our very noses? I think it is.
I said years ago that our nation is under siege, and I truly believe that it is. I have, in the past, filed charges against Barack Obama for Treason.
Espionage, Fraud, Usurpation of the Presidency, inter alia: Joseph Biden is a criminal in his own right. Both Obama and Biden are complicit, as are Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris.
“We the People” must defend America. The powers that be are indeed selling the United States down the river. We must not tolerate this widespread assault on America’s sovereignty by the Joseph Biden crime family, the Obama Cabal, George Soros, the W.H.O., New World Order globalists which include both Bushes, the Clintons, Obama and Biden.
We are seeing district attorneys who don’t prosecute criminals, an FBI and CIA that have turned their authority against law-abiding citizens, the godless Democratic Party (once sued by the American Communist Party for stealing their platform) and many other very anti-American operatives of the type mentioned above. The list goes on.
Aren’t you sick and tired of being abused by our own government? Of not holding those who would harm us accountable? Obama, Pelosi, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Kamala Harris, to name a few (there are many others) should have been in prison years ago. The United States, at the hands of Joe Biden and his crime family, the Democrats, the Fake News media, several rogue high-ranking Intelligence agency officials and other malfeasant government officials, is being turned into a banana republic under our very noses. It’s time to stop this while we still have time to do so. Biden has been bribed by our enemies. That in my estimation is impeachable. That is Treason. Close the border now. Institute, for a reasonable period of time, a Moratorium on all immigration into the United States.

Robert L: Not to be a “smart a__,” but considering the Uniform Code of Military Justice and everything else that would be involved today (politically-biased weaponization of law enforcement, WOKE treatment of others especially of the same race and economic status, “overpopulation” of our planet which seems to be of particular interest to Pfizer and those who favor a New World Order, Satanism and evil winning out over Christianity and other recognized forms of religion, etc, etc), why don’t we honor Ashlii Babbitt giving her a proper burial with military honors and and maybe even a statue depicting her patriotism, and at the same time let Obama off the hook, take away his riches (multi-millions of dollars and real estate), fire his Secret Service protection that we’ve been paying for way too long, and deport him to Kenya for the rest of his natural life. Would that, under today’s less than optimum conditions, satisfy everyone? Actually, I think that Obama would be getting off way too easy, but what else can be done? “Equal justice” you know!

Barack Hussein Obama’s own telling of his life story makes it clear as clear can be that he is not of legacy American culture or beliefs.
I believe the premise upon which he adamantly and animatedly proclaimed “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America!” on October 31, 2008 is rooted in his 2001 denouncement of the U.S. Constitution during an interview on a Chicago radio station: “The U.S. Constitution is a charter of negative liberties; Says what the federal government can’t do to you, says what the state government can’t do to you, but doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.” In other words, Obama believes in Communist/Dictatorial/Socialist/Marxist “We the government…” Totalitarianism rather than the “We the people…” Constitutional Republic the Founders gave us.
Our self governing is not meant to DO anything but allow us to live free, enjoy liberty and PURSUE happiness. It is to have our individual lives unencumbered by the shackles of despots. It is to perform within stated parameters to provide for a “Republican form of government” to ensure that we are defended from our enemies and to ensure domestic tranquility, inter alia.
President Kennedy said the opposite of what Usurper and Fraud Obama said. Kennedy said “Ask NOT what your country can do for you. Ask what YOU can do for your country.
Americans WANT to be free in their “pursuit of happiness”. Free from the oppressive policies that despotic and tyrannical leaders will most assuredly envision and then enact should they ever attain unfettered power. The constitution was designed to fetter the government., to put controls on it.
That system has worked for almost 25o years. That system is under attack by the likes of Obama, Biden, Harris, Schumer, Soros, the media, the CIA, the DOJ and others. New World Order globalists all. Put them all out of their positions in our nations government. They are not adhering to their oaths of office.
Several of those mentioned aren’t legally IN office. We are no longer required to swear allegiance to a King or Queen as Brits recently did to Charles III, King of England. We the People ARE the sovereigns. Those who are legally elected to our nation’s government are working for us. Keep reminding them of this fact until it finally registers. It it doesn’t register then FIRE the malfeasant bums. Put THEM in the unemployment lines.

Excellent, Robert Laity. As I think you may have implied, the decline of our Constitutional Republic began sometime around 2008 (or, earlier). That, of course, was when the CIA’s Manchurian Candidate Barack HUSSEIN Obama came upon the national scene and officially began carrying out his part in the conspiracy to STEAL THE U.S. PRESIDENCY. That’s what I said: OBAMA (with the complicity of certain others such as the CIA, DNC, Deep State, New World Order fanatics, et al) STOLE THE PRESIDENCY BY COMMITTING THE GREATEST AND MOST DECEITFUL ACT OF ELECTION FRAUD IN HISTORY AGAINST A MOSTLY UNWITTING AND POWERLESS AMERICAN ELECTORATE. SOME (INCLUDING MYSELF) CALL IT TREASON. This was the beginning of the end for our once great country. It could have been stopped before things really got out of hand, but those who should have done the right thing, didn’t. Chief Justice John Roberts Jr (who swore Obama into office two or maybe three times) and others who were in-the-know in our federal government and news media are included in that category. Obama’s usurpation of the Presidency by fraud happened during a time in which this nation was engaged in war. That is not only treason that is also espionage. Obama and everyone else who acted to assist him in his treasonous act are all co-conspirators and are all subject to court martial under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Punishment, upon conviction, includes, among other measures, the death penalty.
