BUT HUFF AND FITZPATRICK WERE?

by LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret), ©2017

(Jun. 23, 2017) — [Editor’s Note:  The following is the third part of an interview conducted with the author on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. Parts 1 and 2 are here and here and respectively focused on the role of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III and differences between the way in which the FBI dealt with Navy veteran Darren Huff in 2010 and James T. Hodgkinson, who attempted to murder Republican members of Congress while they were practicing on a baseball field on June 14, 2017 for an annual charity game.

While Huff spent four years in federal prison for a crime he never committed based on a sworn but false FBI affidavit alleging that Huff planned to “take over the courthouse,” Hodgkinson, who Fitzpatrick contends provided ample warning of what he planned to do, was not apprehended by the FBI prior to the commission of his final crime.]

Hodgkinson was out there saying, “This is who I am; this is what I think; this is what I’m prepared to do,” and he never came on the FBI’s radar.  And the FBI has not, at this point, claimed that he was on their radar.  Yet they had Huff on their radar; they approached him the night before he went to Madisonville, and Darren allowed the interview.

The following day, they followed him across the state line into Madisonville and stopped him approximately 20 miles away from Madisonville, whereupon Darren said, “Yes, I have a gun with me; I told you last night I was going to have a weapon with me; I am permitted and licensed to have them.”  Law enforcers at the scene advised him to lock his firearms in his toolbox, which he did, and then Darren continued to Madisonville, where he never made it to the courthouse.

You have Bill Looman‘s and my sworn affidavits stating that Darren was never at the courthouse.

The FBI was in town the day before.  I talked to jail inmates who were called out on April 19, to erect pole cameras all over Madisonville.

Why was Darren Huff on the radar of the FBI as we’ve described but Hodgkinson was never approached?

The FBI allowed the shooting last week to happen.  The FBI wanted something to happen last week just the way it wanted something to happen in Madisonville, TN on April 20, 2010.  God in His grace didn’t allow anything bad to happen; He didn’t allow the FBI to get away with having people killed in the streets of Madisonville, TN on the 20th of April 2010.  I say that because the FBI allowed Darren to travel into Madisonville with guns accessible to him.  They wanted Darren to go in to his vehicle and recover those weapons so that they and others could shoot Darren dead and who knows who else.

Why wasn’t Hodgkinson approached?

The FBI approached Darren, and one of the reasons is that back in 2010, the FBI was in the process of constructing a fake “domestic terrorist” hoax.  The FBI wanted to make it look as if they were all over this and that afterward, they were responsible for preventing a bloodbath.  It was a preplanned event back in 2010.  That’s why they interviewed Darren Huff; it was all part of the hoax.

[Editor’s Note:  In March 2012, The Post & Email filed a FOIA request to the FBI for documents relating to the considerable law-enforcement presence in Madisonville, TN on April 20, 2010.  After acknowledging our request, the FBI stated that it possessed no responsive documents.

Upon appeal, the U.S. Justice Department contradicted the FBI stating that it possessed relevant documents but that it could not release them for “personal privacy” reasons.  Subsequent appeals short of a lawsuit were filed and denied.

On April 30, 2012, The Post & Email exclusively reported that Huff and Fitzpatrick were included in a government-funded “Sovereign Citizen” training program used by Tennessee law enforcers.]

Darren’s background at the time of the FBI interview on the evening of April 19, 2010 needs to be compared to Hodgkinson’s background on the 13th of June, 2017, the day before he shot and tried to assassinate members of Congress and their staff.

What was Hodgkinson’s background vs. Darren Huff’s background?

Darren Huff was an Oathkeeper.  He was a Navy veteran.  He was someone who promised to obey the Constitution and was trying to protect the Constitution.

Now take a look at Hodgkinson’s background.  Look at the contrast with Darren Huff’s background.  Darren Huff is a bright, shining penny; he’s a veteran, he’s a patriot, and look at what they did to him.  Then look at this other guy and all the things he did:  he had a long history of involvement with police, including battery.  His foster daughter committed suicide by self-immolation. Part of it must have been because of the way she was being treated by her foster father.

[Editor’s Note:  On June 20, USA Today reported of Hodgkinson:

“In April 2006, Hodgkinson was arrested for battery, domestic battery and discharging a firearm, after he allegedly physically assaulted his foster daughter and two of her friends, according to court records.

“Court records show during the incident he also allegedly cut the front passenger seatbelt of the female friend’s car in his apparent effort to drag his daughter out of the car. The charges were all later dismissed.”]

The point is:  take a look at Hodgkinson’s background vs. Darren Huff’s., and look at how the left tried to paint Darren Huff as some type of a monster like they did to me.

It goes back to the TIME Magazine article, “Locked and Loaded Patriots,” who are trying to defend the Constitution.  Do you see a TIME Magazine article being written about the Antifa group and people like James Hodgkinson coming out on the cover?

You’re not going to see that kind of news coverage.  And the Antifa group is going to places like Berkeley and putting locks into socks and then hitting people with them who were protesting against Antifa, standing against people who are seditionists and insurrectionists, people who are trying to overthrow our form of government.

They are trying to kill people who are standing up to defend our country.

Everything that had to do with Darren Huff Mueller made up, and everything that was real was ignored.

Hodgkinson knew exactly what he was doing; he knew where he was going; he planned for the actual attack; he had to be planning with somebody else…How did Hodgkinson know that there was going to be baseball practice on June 14, 2017 at that ball park?

He had to have known.  He was there at the YMCA surveilling the crime scene.  He was there talking to people.  They knew he was there; they looked at him a little suspiciously, and they took no action.

[Editor’s Note:  The Post & Email has submitted a FOIA request to the FBI for any documents it might have pertaining to Hodgkinson.]

Part 4 of this series will be published in the near future.

Because left wing democrats like Comey and the FBI don’t rat on their own brothers and sisters!
