“CRIMINAL IDENTITY FRAUD?”

(Nov. 11, 2014) — In his weekly Monday morning appearance on the Fox News Channel’s early show, Fox & Friends, businessman Donald Trump told co-anchors Kimberly Guilfoyle, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade that the man known as “Barack Hussein Obama” currently occupying the White House changed his name from the original of “Barry Soetoro.”
Trump did not cite a reason or date upon which the name change allegedly took place. He had been discussing the midterm elections and Obama’s reaction to them, which Obama stated was that he had not succeeded in “going out there and letting people know what it is that we’re trying to do and why this is the right direction.”
Trump responded to Obama’s replayed statements that “Some things can’t be sold” and “His product is bad.”
“If your name is ‘Barack Hussein Obama,’ you had to have liked politics to get into this office,” Obama had stated in an interview with CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
Trump’s response was “That wasn’t his name…he changed his name to ‘Barack Hussein Obama.’…His original name was a very different name.”
On his OFA website, Obama attempts to “sell” his supporters or would-be supporters on promoting Obamacare, climate change, “comprehensive immigration reform,” and to “Stand with Women.” Both before and after the midterm elections, Obama made it clear that he intends to “change” federal immigration law by executive order in violation of Article I of the U.S. Constitution, which gives only the Congress the power to make or alter federal law.
On January 21, 2009, Obama pledged that he would hold himself to “a new standard of openness” regarding the release of documents under the Freedom of Information Act. However, instead of responding promptly to FOIA requests, the Obama regime was exposed last year as having been reviewing requests deemed to involve “White House equities” by means of a “secret memo.” Dozens of journalists objected in a letter to the White House about its lack of “transparency.”
In 2009, Obama’s then-communications director, Anita Dunn, proudly stated that the campaign “controlled the media” during the 2008 presidential campaign.
In September 2011, the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse undertook an examination of an image posted on the White House website earlier that year purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate. Immediately denounced as a forgery, voters and Tea Party members in Maricopa County were concerned that their votes would be disenfranchised if the image indeed proved to be fraudulent and requested that their sheriff, Joe Arpaio, launch an investigation. Arpaio was skeptical of the claims but appointed the posse to launch an investigation to “clear the president.”
To its surprise, within 72 hours the posse found that the image was fraught with problems and likely did not have its origins in a real paper document. Further investigation confirmed that it is a “computer-generated forgery.”
Trump has long said that Obama was “hiding something” from the American people. In early 2011, he was a driving force calling for Obama to release his “long-form” birth certificate to prove his claimed birth in Hawaii, which no hospital there will confirm. The major media has failed to report on the Arpaio investigation or to vet Obama’s background over the last seven years.
Hawaii allows any resident of the state to report an alleged birth to the health department, which then issues a “short-form” birth certificate without requiring corroboration of the birth.
Trump and Arpaio are acquainted, with Trump expressing his admiration for Arpaio’s agreeing to investigate the long-form birth certificate image for the benefit of his constituents, and, by extension, the country. In March 2012, shortly after the first of two press conferences was held announcing the posse’s discoveries, Trump sent a handwritten note to Arpaio stating that “You’re the only one with the ‘guts’ to do this…”
Doocy, Guilfoyle and Kilmeade sat silent on Monday as Trump made the claim that Obama is using a name not given to him at birth and asked him no questions as to how he acquired the information.
Members of the 113th “lame-duck” Congress have been informed through distribution of “Sheriff’s Kits,” in-person visits, phone calls, letters, emails and faxes that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form were found to be fraudulent by the Cold Case Posse. Several months ago, one staffer surprisingly admitted to a reader of The Post & Email that “We know the birth certificate is a fake.”
Over the summer, Atty. Stephen Pidgeon of the North American Law Center (NALC) drafted Articles of Impeachment naming Obama in the commission of transgressions including “criminal identity fraud.” Pidgeon told The Post & Email in an interview that Obama’s past had undergone “an extraordinary level of scrubbing” before he ran for president. The first Article reads, in relevant part:
“Compelling prima facie evidence exists which demonstrates that Barack Hussein Obama has engaged in false personation and aggravated identity theft and in conspiracy to commit false personation and identity theft in the pursuit of high office and governmental power. No bona fide records of evidence presented by Barack Hussein Obama establishes his true identity, and voluminous evidence demonstrates that all of the documents presented by Barack Hussein Obama as proof of identity and eligibility for high office are forgeries, created for the sole purpose of deceiving the American people in his pursuit of political power. Additional prima facie evidence demonstrates that Barack Hussein Obama is using an alias, and has a different lawful identity, namely, Barack Hussein Obama, II, Barry Soetoro, or Barack Hussein Obama Soebarkah. Evidence exists that demonstrates Barack Hussein Obama is using Social Security numbers, none of which appear to have been issued in the state of Hawaii or that lawfully are attached to his legal identity; and that Barack Hussein Obama has concealed all of his bona fide birth, school, passport, residency, Selective Service and previous employment records in an effort to conceal his true identity.”
Carl Gallups, host of “Freedom Friday” and frequent communicator with Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo, has stated that it is possible that Obama is not a U.S. citizen.
The U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which indicates a higher standard than simply a “Citizen.” Since 2008, thousands, if not millions, of constituents have written to congressmen, electors, state representatives, attorneys general, judges, governors and the U.S. military’s Provost Marshal calling for an investigation into Obama’s background and qualifications, none of which was heeded.
Former U.S. Justice Department attorney Larry Klayman last month wrote to several immigration officials calling upon them to hold a formal hearing on Obama’s citizenship or lack thereof and commence deportation, if warranted. In September, Klayman termed Obama “a fraudulent Muslim usurper.”
Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly has defended Obama’s birth documentation as authentic, claiming that his “team” investigated the “short-form” image first posted at The Daily KOS on June 12, 2008 and found it authentic. However, Hawaii law precludes the release of birth or death records to anyone with “a direct and tangible interest in the record.”
It was not until May 2009 that then-White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs claimed that the White House had released the short-form image, which was not posted on the White House website at the time. In a press conference during which Gibbs attempted to ridicule the WND reporter asking the questions, Gibbs claimed that the short-form Certification of Live Birth was the only “birth certificate” available to Obama.
On April 27, 2011, the White House released, and Obama claimed as his own, an image purported to be his more detailed, “long-form” birth certificate held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH). The White House reported that the document was copied and made available to Obama’s personal attorney on the authority of now-deceased Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy.
Trump has said publicly that he believes that Obama was either a citizen of another country or presented himself as one when he applied to U.S. universities in order to receive foreign scholarships.
At an undisclosed time, Arpaio launched a second criminal investigation which reportedly has yielded “gut-wrenching” information believed to pertain to Obama and expected to be made public in the near future.
The White House website continues to say that “President Obama is committed to making this the most open and participatory administration in history.”

Notice how the so called Fox & friends (not really America’s friends)never asked how Trump could make such a statement that Hussein Obama has an alias or alias’s. They responded and looked as if they just swallowed a canary. They all said nothing one way or the other.
This goes to show and prove they know Hussein Obama is a usurping imposter. Their silence is their defense
and it is no defense, it’s tacit consent. Of course, Trump
is just as guilty as he remains silent on Sheriff Arpaio’s

Thanks so much for following up on this. The mere fact that Trump “floated” this on the most watched cable news channel indicates that many parties involved are going to slowly and deliberately increase the pressure by letting Obama and the Nation know bits and pieces of what they have.
