(May 29, 2014) — On Wednesday, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) founder Mike Volin announced that he will be a guest on the Peter Boyles show on KNUS beginning at 7:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday.
The topic will be Donald Trump’s remarks at a meeting held at the National Press Club on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, The Post & Email was made aware that the WOBC had sent Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen, a Sheriff’s Kit containing a full-length presentation by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo explaining how the posse determined beyond probable cause that the long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form bearing Obama’s name are “computer-generated forgeries.”
In early 2011, Trump had challenged Obama to release his “long-form” birth certificate after the only documentation made public was a short-form “Certification of Live Birth” which the Hawaii Department of Health refused to say was authentic.
Volin came on the show at 7:05 a.m. EDT and explained why he produced the Sheriff’s Kit: to “get out” the word on the forgeries to Congress, the media and private individuals.
On April 27, 2011, the White House released what it claimed was Obama’s long-form birth certificate on whitehouse.gov. After the news broke, Trump said publicly that he would “look at it” to check its authenticity, a question which he said on Tuesday is still valid.
At 7:09, Boyles said that the posting on the White House website is a scanned PDF not emanating from a paper document. When he asked Volin if that were correct, Volin responded, “I couldn’t have said it better.”
In October 2012, Trump made a public challenge to Obama to give $5,000,000 to a charity of his choice in exchange for releasing his passport and college applications. Trump suspects that Obama falsely stated his birthplace as Kenya so that he would be eligible for foreign aid.
Boyles then played the audio of Trump’s comments from Tuesday during which Trump recounted his charity offer, which eventually was raised to $50,000,000 prior to its expiration. Obama never responded to either offer, and the media never reported on the increased amount.
“That birth certificate’s a phony,” Volin said when Boyles remarked on the media blackout on Trump’s challenge to Obama. Volin said that the image was most likely released because of Trump’s public call to Obama to release a birth certificate. He thanked “Jeff Lichter” and “Gabe” for sending Trump a Sheriff’s Kit several months ago. “That’s probably why he stepped forward,” Volin said.
Boyles reiterated an idea he had about having a “symposium” about the forgeries to be hypothetically headed up by Trump. He asked Volin if he could “speak with Trump” about the proposal. “The iron is hot; I think it’s time to strike,” Boyles contended.
Volin responded that he would “work on that.” “I’m going to see what I can do,” he said.
Boyles said that later today, he will be speaking with Dr. Jerome Corsi, author of Where’s the Birth Certificate? which was published just after the White House released the “computer-generated forgery.”
Boyles correctly said that people who have doubted the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate have been ridiculed, to which Volin said that those who ridicule never refer to the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse’s investigation and findings.
Referring to Atty. Judith Corley, Boyles said he does not believe “that woman” made “a night flight” to retrieve Obama’s birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health as was reported in the major media. Then-director of the Hawaii Department of Health Loretta Fuddy reportedly made an exception in which Obama was issued two certified copies of the “long-form,” detailed birth certificate held in the department’s archives.
Two days after a video announced that “prosecutions are coming” in the case of the forgery, Fuddy reportedly died after the small plane in which she was traveling on official business was forced to make a water landing. The pilot sustained a concussion, but other injuries were minor and there were no other deaths.
Investigator Linda Jordan obtained a copy of the autopsy report from the Maui Police Department which was virtually completely redacted even though autopsies are not protected under Hawaii’s privacy laws.
When The Post & Email requested a copy of the autopsy report from the Maui Police Department in March, we were told that they were not authorized for release because of privacy laws, although the person with whom we spoke could not quote the applicable law.
Jordan and others found that Hawaii’s Office of Information Practices (OIP) had actually opined in 1991 that autopsy reports are not protected by law from release to the public. Jordan has appealed the release of the heavily-redacted report which provides no information as to Fuddy’s cause of death.
The Post & Email will be speaking with Lichter and “Gabe” later on Thursday about their respective roles in sending Trump a Sheriff’s Kit. In an interview in February with The Post & Email, Lichter recounted his face-to-face meeting with Trump in early April 2011 during which he paraphrased Trump as having said, “My sources in DC are telling me that a fake birth certificate is going to be issued very soon.”
Volin mentioned that he was in Washington, DC earlier this month and distributed about 85 more Sheriff’s Kits in addition to about 200 given out to members of Congress last November. He said he met with Rep. Cory Gardner of Colorado, who reportedly met with a private investigator earlier this year about the Obama forgery issue. Volin also reported that he spoke with several congressmen who are “on board” with publicizing the forgeries despite the mainstream media blackout on the matter.
Volin told Boyles that “Nancy Pelosi was key in getting him [Obama] in the door.”
Volin said that “after they got him inaugurated,” Obama began canceling constitutional protections and refusing to respond to FOIA requests, which is borne out by major media reports of IRS abuse and White House review of all FOIA requests touching on “White House equities.”
At 7:34 a.m., Boyles said that he has “a friend in Congress” who imparted to him that they “all know” that Obama’s “official story” is not true.
What’s the true story?” Boyles asked Volin, who responded, “I believe he was adopted…and I believe we’re going to find out who’s behind this.”
“What happens next?” Boyles asked.
Volin said that on Wednesday, he spoke with his contact at the Cold Case Posse and is assured that they are “waiting for the right time” to release new information heralded by Zullo several months ago. “Information is coming in on a daily basis,” Volin said.
“I can tell you that Barack Obama Sr. is not Barack Obama’s daddy,” Volin said unequivocally.
At 7:43, Boyles thanked Volin for appearing on the show.
