REACHING “THE HEART” OF THE PROBLEM

by Sharon Rondeau

Former Rep. Allen B. West has been an outspoken critic of the Obama regime on Benghazi, the Rules of Engagement, and treatment of soldiers, but he will not voice concern for the forgeries which have worked to keep Obama in office

(Oct. 20, 2013) — Former U.S. Rep. Allen B. West has written an article about a young soldier, 1st Lt. Clint Lorance, who was court-martialed, convicted of the murder of two Afghani terrorist scouts in the Kandahar region of Afghanistan, and imprisoned at Ft. Leavenworth for 20 years as punishment.

West deplored the new Rules of Engagement under Obama which often prevent soldiers in command from ordering their troops to fire or return fire on the enemy.

The Post & Email has extensively exposed the court-martial as an unconstitutional process in which undue command influence, racketeering, bribery, forgery and conspiracy can be used to ruin a service member’s career and imprison him unjustly for years.  We have reported on the cases of Michael Behenna, Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins, III and Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.  Fitzpatrick and Lakin have questioned Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility, citizenship status, and birth documentation.

In June, Hutchins’ conviction was overturned by the highest military appeals court based on his attorneys’ claim that his constitutional rights had been violated.  The military can pursue an appeal of the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Fitzpatrick has reported for 24 years that a conspiracy was leveled against him and his commanding officer, Capt. Michael Nordeen, by Adm. John Bitoff and his staff, resulting in damage to Nordeen’s career and the end of Fitzpatrick’s in 1994.  Fitzpatrick had been under orders to attend the Naval War College prior to the invention of the crimes alleged against him.  In 1990, a forgery of his signature was affixed to a Response to Letter of Reprimand Letter which Fitzpatrick never saw until years later, when he obtained it through a FOIA request.

There are still many documents which have not been released to Fitzpatrick.

Lakin was discharged dishonorably from the Army in 2011 after 18 years of service and forfeited all military pay and benefits.  He is now employed as a physician.  His book, Officer’s Oath, describes how he reached the decision to challenge Obama’s eligibility by “inviting his own court-martial” and his time in prison.  In February, an effort was announced to produce a movie based on Lakin’s book.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.”  Previous to his appointment as the first Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, John Jay had suggested to George Washington during the drafting of the Constitution that the presidency should “not devolve on any but a natural born Citizen” to preclude foreign allegiances.  Many scholars believe that the citizenship of the parents is a determining factor in that of the child, and several Supreme Court cases cite it as a basis for determining citizenship, including “natural born.”

Obama claims that his father was Kenyan, which was governed by Great Britain until December 1963.  Obama was purportedly born in 1961 and claimed to have dual citizenship with the U.S. and Kenya until his 21st birthday.

An investigation into Lakin’s court-martial requested by a now-deceased citizen and reader of The Post & Email did not materialize to public knowledge.

Fitzpatrick filed a treason complaint against Obama on March 17, 2009 which was never acted upon.  However, Fitzpatrick has been defamed, defrauded of property, and deprived of his freedom on five occasions by the Monroe County, TN criminal court for speaking out against not only Obama’s crimes, but also those committed by the local judiciary, which employed the same grand jury foreman for 28 years.  Fitzpatrick has exposed that many Monroe County residents live in fear of the police, county sheriff, and criminal court system, which controls the grand jury with compromised prosecutors and judges.

In February 2012, Fitzpatrick found that his military pension had been garnished by two-thirds without an explanation or official notification.  The only statement he received was a verbal one from his banking institution, which told him that the garnish would be in effect for two years, causing Fitzpatrick extreme financial hardship and an inability to meet his medical needs.

Fitzpatrick is currently writing a book about military corruption which contains new details about how his court-martial in 1990 was contrived and then guarded by dozens of other Navy officers up to the present day.

As a result of questions raised over Obama’s eligibility to serve as commander-in-chief, the late Stefan Cook lost his job and security clearance as a result of what he described to The Post & Email as “undue government pressure.”  Shortly after obtaining “better” employment, Cook fell ill and passed away in January 2012.

The Post & Email is awaiting an update on Behenna’s situation.

To the left of the article on Lorance is a photo of West with the caption, “Ask me a question.”  The Post & Email therefore submitted the following query:

West was present at the CPAC convention in March when he was approached by Mike Zullo, lead investigator of the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse, which has conducted a 25-month investigation into Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form and found them to be fraudulent.  Zullo and a witness, pastor and radio host Carl Gallups, described West as having viewed the evidence in Zullo’s possession but refused to join other “VIPs” who might publicly come forward to call for a congressional investigation.  West served one term in the U.S. House for the 18th District of Florida and was defeated in 2012 by Patrick Murphy, the results of which election have been the subject of a lawsuit by TruetheVote.

West said that he would not involve himself in the matter of the forgeries because he planned to possibly seek political office in the future.  In June, West called Obama “a usurper” on his Facebook page but did not elaborate further.

An outspoken critic of the manner in which the Obama regime handled the aftermath of the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11 in which four Americans were murdered, in July, West chided current members of the House for failing to sign a discharge petition to convene a special committee to investigate the incident.  West named anyone failing to sign the petition “complicit” in a “cover-up.”  He has not cited Congress nor the regime itself for the “cover-up” perpetrated against the American people as to why fraudulent documents are all that exist on Barack Hussein Obama.

Zullo told The Post & Email in an exclusive interview in May that “had Congress looked at this before…Benghazi might never have happened.”  In an interview with Gallups, he said that the forgery “strikes at the heart of everything that is being done to this constitutional republic.”

When asked, West was also silent on Lakin’s court-martial over Obama’s eligibility and lack of documentation.

  1. Col. West is a good man, I voted for him and watched the voter fraud ensue against him in Saint Lucie County, Florida. A law suit is still pending but no answers yet on the voter boxes that were taken out of the building at 2am for “recount” where about 4,000 votes came up missing in a Democratically controlled county. It was a sham and Gertrud Walker still has to answer for the hanky panky that went on. Meanwhile, rich kid/LEO puncher/Jail Bird Murphy still operates on a Government Paycheck we are paying for.

  2. The more I learn about West, the more convinced I become that he is not a true conservative. He is not part of the solution but rather part of the problem. That makes him just another RINO. Reminds me of another Republican that I respected and admired — until he endorsed ocommie for president. Gen. Colin Powell.

    1. You’re 100% Right-On.
West is nothing but a low-life coward, a disappointment.
Want proof? West is mentally incapable of saying, out loud, the words “Birth Certificate”. I wonder why that is? Is he protecting his “pieces of silver”, his pension?
Not a peep out of West when LTC Terry Lakin was carted off to Leavenworth, in handcuffs, no less, for just asking to see the CLOWN’S, the CHEAP SUIT’S, the de facto JOKE that’s in Public Housing Unit #1: Obama, aka Muslim Plant, Destroyer of America, real and honest-to-goodness Birth Certificate.
You’re right, West IS part of the problem.
We don’t need nor want any part of cowards, of traitors hiding behind the uniform of the United States Military.
Shame on West, he makes me sick.
In case I wasn’t any too clear, West REALLY makes me sick, sick, sick. I hope I’m clear on that point.
