A forgery of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III’s signature remains on file with the U.S. Navy despite numerous criminal complaints made by Fitzpatrick and multiple JAG officers’ involvement. The Navy refuses to respond to requests from The Post & Email for comment or rebuttal of Fitzpatrick’s charges against its officers, who maintain the forgery as authentic to this day.
