Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III earned commendations and honors beginning with his time at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis in 1975. He had received orders to attend the Naval War College in Newport, RI when he was informed that he had been accused of misusing ship’s funds. The records in question were never produced at the court-martial, and a forgery was placed into his file. He has been fighting to expose the Navy’s treachery against him since 1990, and an unknown number of officers, including those serving today, are involved in the cover-up.
