Dear Special Agent Gramiccioni,
This will serve to confirm that you and another Secret Service Agent came to my home on June 19, 2013 and that we discussed my complaints against Barack Obama, whom I allege has usurped the Presidency of the United States of America during “time of war,” and that we further discussed public comments that I have made about the matter in the exercise of my free speech rights and my right to petition the government for redress of grievances under the first Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
As I apprised you during your visit, I have previously submitted documents to Director Sullivan that evidences probable cause to believe that Barack Obama has committed election fraud and usurpation of the Presidency during time of war,which would make him a Spy under the UCMJ at Section 906 Article 106. I hope that we can work together to get to the bottom of this issue of grave national import. This would be the Second time in U.S. History that our Presidency has been usurped. Chester Arthur was also constitutionally disqualified to be President. He used to have his staff salute the Union Jack.
Having served on two properly convened “Citizen Presentment Juries” (See 5th Amendment) there is ample evidence to support the charges against Obama.
I look forward to providing the new director with my supporting evidence with the hope that She will see fit to address this issue and that she will work to ensure that Secret Service Agents are not risking their lives protecting a usurper and a fraud. We must “inspire” each other if we are to save our nation from tyrants. The safeguarding of the Constitution has been entrusted to us by the previous generations. We have rights, but with those rights come responsibility and duty. I take my duty seriously. Obama is a usurper and a fraud. Our nation is very vulnerable at this time. In Star Trek vernacular, “Our shields are down.” We must not allow our enemies to “Catch us with our pantaloons down.”
God bless you Mr. Laity. Thank you for fearlessly speaking truth to treason and for refusing to buckle to the increasingly crude thuggery that flows from the anti-American fraudulent forces currently occupying our White House (i.e., the man himself, his handlers, his backers and his minions).
And shame on those short-sighted/dimwitted federal agents for shirking their ultimate duty to uphold their oaths to defend our brilliant Constitution.
Truly defending our Constitution requires vigilant individuals with a clear understanding of our founders’ vision, with the bravery to risk their personal comforts (and perhaps their very lives) and with the integrity to do so with a cool-headed strict adherence to the rule of law.
I believe, you sir, are just such a man. You inspire me. :)
