Gov. Dannel Malloy (D) is suggesting similar initiatives to those which Obama detailed in 23 “executive actions” on January 16 with the purported goal of curbing gun violence. Obama’s home is in Chicago, one of the most dangerous cities in the nation, and Malloy’s state boasts two cities in the top ten most dangerous, New Haven and Hartford.
