Part 2 of Exclusive Interview with Carl Gallups on Arpaio Investigation

ARPAIO CONTINUING TO MAKE CONTACT WITH FEDERAL OFFICIALS

(Dec. 18, 2012) — In Part 1 of The Post & Email’s interview with Pastor Carl Gallups, who has been reporting on the progress of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office/Cold Case Posse investigation into Obama’s long-form birth certificate, Gallups told us that Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Lead Investigator Mike Zullo are pursuing federal intervention after concluding that the image presented to the public on April 27, 2011 is “definitely fraudulent.”

Gallups, a former law enforcement official himself, stated that in order to bring charges, Arpaio and Zullo would have to have found that a crime relative to the alleged forgery had been committed within their jurisdiction of Maricopa County, AZ.

“Sheriff Arpaio, Lt. Zullo and the team are working feverishly with federal contacts who will take this forward,” Gallups had said.  At the second press conference on July 17, 2012, Arpaio had called upon Congress to investigate his findings.  In an earlier press conference on March 1, 2012, Arpaio and Zullo had stated that probable cause existed that Obama’s Selective Service registration card and long-form birth certificate are fraudulent.

The Post & Email mentioned to Gallups that an investigator with whom we are in contact had said that with the resources available to the FBI, it should have taken FBI investigators only “five minutes” to determine that the birth certificate image was a forgery if they had examined it.  Gallups responded by reminding us that Gen. Paul E. Vallely (Ret.) “went on a national radio circuit and said that he knew for a fact in his official position that the FBI was involved and that certain key members of Congress knew that fraud was involved, but that ‘right now they are afraid of black backlash.’  He said that for several months, and then all of a sudden he seemed to disappear from the face of the earth and stopped giving interviews.  But according to his official inside contacts, he said that he was aware that the FBI knows this.  So in answer to your question, “Why didn’t the FBI know this?” – Well, apparently they do know it and are choosing not to act on it because I guess they’re afraid of nationwide civil unrest if the FBI went in and handcuffed the sitting president.”

The Post & Email commented, “There have been reports that the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear cases challenging Obama’s eligibility because of fear of “riots in the streets,” to which Gallups responded, “What about riots in the streets if it was found that he was a foreign usurper who brought this country down and nothing was done by people who swore to protect and defend this country and this Constitution?”

We then said, “There are 535 members of Congress who have the ability to vet him,” to which Gallups replied, “The proof of that is Senate Resolution 511 when they investigated John McCain.  Not only that, but according to Amendment 20, Section 3, they have a responsibility to vet the qualifications of the people elected by the Electoral College.”

“They could then launch an investigation into the allegations of fraud regarding the birth certificate and other matters,” we said, to which Gallups responded, “There’s a lot that could still happen constitutionally.”

Gallups has a radio presence on 1330 WEBY AM, a 25,000-watt station which broadcasts live to four Gulf Coast states, streams live over the internet and provides podcasts.  It can also be heard with SmartPhone applications.  “I’ve been in talk radio for ten years, but my program, ‘Freedom Friday with Carl Gallups,’ is about two and a half years old and has a large national and international audience,” Gallups told us.  He stated that he often discusses the Obama eligibility question, although as a Christian pastor, he emphasizes Biblical teachings and connections on the show.  “But the eligibility issue is front and center because I’m one of the few who have the national voice and is actually speaking to the facts of the case.  I am also uniquely qualified in that I have criminal investigative experience and some inside contacts,” Gallups said.

Arpaio and Zullo are reportedly “aggressively pursuing” federal connections to move their investigation forward.  Gallups said that Arpaio and Zullo are “convinced” that the birth certificate is a forgery.  “If that’s so, there are only a couple of reasons why it would be a forgery.  So they’re going full steam ahead,” he told us.  “What they are hamstrung by now is jurisdictional matters.  They can investigate it all they want and keep pumping out the information, but unless a crime occurred in Maricopa County, their ability to make an arrest would be limited.  But they’re unlimited as far as seeking cooperation from federal authorities.”

When The Post & Email asked Mr. Gallups if he had further information about that which was included in the December 7 video, he said that he did not, but that if something were to happen, then “probably we will all know about it.”

On November 9, 2012, a 16-page affidavit was signed by Zullo alleging multiple problems with Obama’s long-form and short-form birth certificates.  One week later, a WorldNetDaily article written by Lord Christopher Monckton of Brenchley, who is a mathematician, claimed that the chances of Obama’s long-form birth certificate’s legitimacy are miniscule.  Monckton also wrote, “I am gathering proof that various senior officers of state have been told of the Obama corruption and have failed to do their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution.  The investigators are closing in. When prosecutions begin (and it is “when,” not “if”), those who failed to honor their oaths of office will be in the crowded dock alongside Obama as accessories after the fact of forgery, fraud and – let us not mince words – high treason.”

Monckton had issued a June 2012 report entitled “Is the President the President?” discussing the Obama eligibility issue.

Gallups also opined that “If we were in the real world instead of down the rabbit hole in Alice in Wonderland where we are now, the FBI and Congress would have been all over this a year and a half ago after Arpaio came forward with all of this.  He is a former 30-year federal lawman and an elected sheriff five times.  With a six-man investigation team, forensics labs, digital document experts, trips to Hawaii, a year-long investigation and his comings forward and saying in a professional news conference, ‘100%, this document is forged…’  In the real world, the media would have been all over it; Congress would have been all over it; the FBI would have been all over it.”

When we asked Gallups why he thought no one had acted, he said, “There are only a couple of logical possibilities, and I think it’s a mixture of several.  One of the possibilities is that people are just terrified of the possible consequences; that they are afraid of black backlash.  The other is that some of the people who could make a difference have been threatened.  Lt. Zullo has said that he has affidavits from high-ranking people in the media who have sworn that they have been threatened.  The other possibility is that you have a lot of people in this country who are in the tank for Obama and what he represents and they don’t care where he came from.  So I think it’s a combination of all three of those things.  Of course, there’s a spiritual element to it, as far as I’m concerned – a demonic element.  I have never identified Obama as The Antichrist, but I have said many times that he certainly embodies this spirit of antichrist that will grow worse and worse in the last days until it’s finally embodied in a person.  The Bible says that in the last days, truth will be thrown to the wind and the people will believe lies…He just embodies that spirit.  Everything Obama says, people lap up, whether he lies or not.  People are afraid of him, his power, his agenda; the media is afraid of him; Congress, even the Supreme Court is afraid of him.”

During the interview, Gallups referred to when Rep. Michele Bachmann and five other congressmen wrote a letter raising questions about Muslim Brotherhood connections with the White House.  “The first people who castigated them were John Boehner, Marco Rubio, and John McCain – supposedly champions of conservatism – for doing their job.  That’s just evil,” Gallups said.

When we asked Pastor Gallups if Carl Gallups and PPSimmons are synonymous, he replied that he is one of the original founders of the PPSimmons YouTube Channel.  “Right now we have eight people working the PPSimmons properties, and by “properties,” I mean that we have a big YouTube channel with 27,000,000 views and 24,000 subscribers.  We have PPSimmons Facebook, and then my book, The Magic Man in the Sky, which has become an Amazon #1 bestseller.  All of those are properties of PPSimmons.  The whole concept was founded by two or three of us; I did a lot of work on putting it together,” he said.  “PPSimmons began as a pseudonym but became an acronym for ‘Proclaiming the precious salvation of Jesus in many ways and many nations, thus obliterating our nemesis, Satan.”
