“THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING AGAIN”

(Sep. 17, 2012) — A hearing was held at 10:30 a.m. CDT today by the Illinois State Board of Elections regarding a ballot objection filed by Michael Jackson and two other objectors to the candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama for 2012.
The Board of Elections has posted that the objections have been “overruled.”
Jackson had argued in his brief filed last Thursday that Obama does not meet the constitutional requirement of “natural born Citizen” because one of his parents was never a U.S. citizen. Many scholars believe that the definition contained in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution means a person born on U.S. soil to two U.S.-citizen parents.
Unlike the hearing for his first objection filed last winter, Jackson said he was allowed to speak once. “They combined the three objections again, and everything happened so fast, then they consulted with their attorney, and they proceeded to say that I had filed a previous objection, it was ruled upon, and that I didn’t state my interest, which was wrong; I did,” Jackson said. “I am a registered voter, and this is my vote,” he added.
Jackson told us that while he was speaking, “One objector got up and left.”
William McGuffrage, chairman of the Election Board, told Jackson that his objection was not based on any “law.” The Illinois Board of Elections is relying on the birth certificate image presented to the public on April 27, 2011 but which has been declared a forgery by the Cold Case Posse working out of the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office. Various experts have also stated that it is an unequivocal forgery.
Obama’s Selective Service registration card was found to be fraudulent by the Posse, and at least two private investigators have stated that the Social Security number Obama is using is the outcome of fraud. Some claim that Obama is using a “synthetic identity.”
“The examiner is supposed to be representing the people,” Jackson said. “McGuffrage was in such a hurry to get it out of there; they tried to vote it out of there right away.” The hearing lasted between five and ten minutes, and all of the members of the commission voted “aye” to maintain Obama’s name on the ballot.
A court employee commented to Jackson afterward that the hearing had been, paraphrased, “a bunch of baloney sausage.”
Obama’s attorneys had submitted a Motion to Strike and Dismiss the Objector’s Petition with which the Board agreed, stating that Jackson’s interpretation of “what constitutes a ‘natural born citizen'” was “incorrect.”

Local State Laws, Regulations, policies and procedures are being used across the country to “avoid” supporting, protecting, defending and OBEYING the COTUS.
The very same Laws, Regulations, policies and procedures that derive their legitimacy from the COTUS ignore the statutory “exclusionary prerequisite imperative requirement provision” of A2S1C5 on the assertions of the “lack of Standing” of a member of “We the People” and / or the “lack of Jurisdiction” by the “peoples Representatives” to inquire the “meaning and intent” of the COTUS on the issue.
Through the ‘looking-glass’ and down the “rabbit-hole’, the COTUS made insignificant by ‘force under the color of law’, the only smile to be seen are on the faces of the ‘socialist-cats’.
In the state of Illinois it is not “Of The People, By The People, For The People”…..It is “Pay-To-Play”!!!!!

This is getting really juicy! Although it is terribly upsetting and frustrating, we have people going out on the limb to VOUCH for OBAMA. Now they will be called to task! There were those who swore that the Earth was FLAT too! That has long been dismissed as baseless. Obama’s BC and Birth Narrative will be equally panned..just give it time! The Cauldron is brewing….!
McGuffrage apparently never heard of the LAW called the constitution! What can you expect from IL, land of the corrupt, bribed and vile, ruled by the dumbest minds available for purchase! Land of Lincoln my arse.
Obama’s attorneys should have to prove that Jackson’s definition of NBC ( born in the country of citizen parents) is incorrect. Prove it you louts. They can’t. They can’t even prove prove Obama is a plain citizen because there is no untampered evidence he was born in Hawaii.
Seems to me that the Election committee was a “bunch of baloney sausage.” These people are very sad and I don’t mean feeling wise. I can only hope that they spend their lives in abject misery.
They ought to be impeaching these worthless traitors – what a disgrace this McGuffrage joker is.
