Senator Jim Davis represents North Carolina’s 50th District and is an orthodontist by profession. The Post & Email called Sen. Davis’s office and asked for comment on his position regarding Obama’s eligibility to serve as president. The aide asked us to forward the email exchange between Mr. Maroney and Sen. Davis, which we did. We were promised a statement on it from Davis which will be published as soon as it is received.
