The U.S. Army has Failed one of its Own

The following letter was sent 12/22/10 to Major Matthew Kemkes, Army defense counsel for LTC Terry Lakin

Dear Major Kemkes,

I urge you, as defense counsel, to SEEK THE MAXIMUM CLEMENCY POSSIBLE AND APPROPRIATE TO LTC TERRENCE LAKIN, now serving the prison sentence directed at his recent court-martial.

The Army tragically failed LTC during a period of approximately two years when it avoided answering his simple and important question – is the Commander-in-Chief legally and Constitutionally eligible to command the U.S. Armed Forces?

LTC Lakin swore an oath to “… support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic …” THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE ATTEMPTED TO DO!

Please carefully consider the following:

The Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth (COLB) foisted upon a confused American public by Mr. Obama neither identifies nor bears a signature of the attending doctor and it does not even name the birth hospital. That internet image has already been changed 4 times and it does not give the date ‘Accepted’ as it should, but only the date ‘Filed’. Recent, specialized computer analysis of the ‘original’ COLB displayed on DailyKOS shows that there is no indication of a Serial Number present on the layer beneath the black ‘redact panel’, indicating forgery of the document.

Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii as he claims. The certified copy of the referenced Kenyan birth certificate was obtained directly from the birth hospital on February 19, 2009 by Lucas Daniel Smith. Mr. Smith’s fascinating story about how he obtained the birth certificate copy is included as part of the document titled, “Letter to Congress, July 4, 2010”, which is also available for free download at the same website. Identical letters, except for the designated recipient, were individually notarized, addressed and sent to every U.S. Senator and Member of Congress via USPS Certified Mail.

LTC Lakin had every right to respectfully question the credentials of Mr. Obama to hold the office to which he was elected. He deserves the maximum allowed clemency!
