IS THE GOVERNMENT AFRAID OF MORE NATIONAL EXPOSURE ABOUT OBAMA’S ALLEGED INELIGIBILITY?

(Mar. 7, 2011) — Ms. Theresa Cao, an update of whose case was reported on March 5, 2011, has told The Post & Email that shortly before a scheduled meeting with her defense attorney this morning, the attorney received a call from the government prosecutor handling the case offering a deal which would result in a plea of “not guilty.”
The deal, intended for first-time offenders and thereby dubbed “FTO,” would stipulate 40 hours of community service and 6-9 months’ probation but carry a plea of “not guilty.” All charges would be dismissed. If Cao accepts the arrangement, she would not be able to present the evidence she has been compiling for her defense.
Cao reported that at about 9:00 a.m. today, her public defender, Ms. April Downs, received the call from the prosecutor’s office offering the FTO, and Ms. Cao’s meeting was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Of this development, Cao commented, “The timing is uncanny.”
The Post & Email spoke with April Downs at approximately 11:30 today before we were aware of the government’s offer. When we asked her if she and her client had a particular strategy in mind, she answered that several options had been discussed which included First Amendment rights and either a challenge or “some other disposition.” She said that any “agreement” did not necessarily equate to a plea deal and could involve community service.
We asked Ms. Downs if she had been aware of the questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility for office before taking on Ms. Cao’s case, and she replied, “Yes.” However, she stated that that constitutes a political viewpoint which is not part of the case. We asked if others who have previously verbalized some type of protest from the House or Senate gallery have been prosecuted, and she said, “Yes. Some of them have been convicted. Cindy Sheehan was arrested and convicted.” Ms. Downs stated that any defense would not focus on the specific words that were uttered by Cao, but rather, on Ms. Cao’s First Amendment right to say it.
Cao’s trial is scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, at 9:30 a.m. in Superior Court in Washington, DC. Ms. Cao has asked that people attend to act as witnesses. In speaking with The Post & Email today, she likened her situation to that of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who was tried and convicted in December 2010, after which he was sentenced to six months at Ft. Leavenworth federal penitentiary for questioning whether or not Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as President of the United States.
Ms. Cao said the defense exhibits she has been preparing include background information contained in the Magna Carta, Emerich de Vattel’s “The Law of Nations,” the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and evidence from the trial of Lt. Col. Lakin. She stated that “There has been a disconnect between LTC’s case and mine. It’s all about ‘We the People’ and the U.S Constitution versus the government.”
A website, foundation and radio program have been established to publicize Lakin’s case and raise money for his family.
Ms. Cao’s exclamation of “Except Obama! Except Obama! Help us, Jesus!” made national headlines on January 6 following the reading of the U.S. Constitution by the newly-seated 112th Congress’s House of Representatives. Ms. Cao has been labeled many pejoratives, including that of an “agitator.” However, when a member of “Code Pink” was arrested for heckling during the Iraqi Prime Minister’s address to Congress in July 2006, pejorative terms were not used to describe her. In fact, Cindy Sheehan’s right to protest was defended by a writer for Infowars. The day following her arrest for displaying a poster with an anti-Iraq war sentiment during President George W. Bush’s State of the Union address, her charge of “unlawful conduct” was dropped. At the time, Sheehan was not a first-time offender.
Who prosecuted the Congressman who shouted “YOU LIE” at Obamas State of The Union address in Jan 09? I don’t recall reading or hearing anything about his trial for that

Theresa you need no person in the court with you. That would be to say your salvation is in people. That would be worshiping false idols. All you need is yourself and the One True God who is always with you. LtCol Lakin made this mistake. Looking for people to be with him. He wanted and expected a crowd of people. None are needed. God is all powerful and can handle the case with you.
Now maybe God feels that you have done enough and might bow out. Or maybe he has something to say. I am sure he will have something to say.
As you prepare your evidence for court, you will come to realize that it is nothing. And you can not depend on the evidence for that also is a false idol. Only the One True God can bring you through this. And you have no idea what he wants and he will only speak in the NOW moment when it is time to speak in the court. Until then it is best for you to live in the Place of Not Knowing. That is because the place of not knowing will bring you to surrender to god who is the only one who knows.
There is definitely a spiritual reason that you spoke out in Congress.
As you go into court keep telling yourself that this is not about Obama. It is not about the court. It is all about you and your spiritual awakening. For you are the One Son of God in ONEness with Yeshua.

I totally agree with tru patriot. Don’t let us down Theresa. You do indeed have a unique opportunity to speak for all American patriots, including LTC Lakin who has been silenced since his ordeal. It’s a chance of a lifetime, regardless of the minor consequences you might have to endure. Don’t let the serpentine usurper get away with another one. We won’t forget you or those perverts who attack your rights, and the Truth might just win this one?

Part of the charges is disrupting Congress Session. However, I checked with Congressman Goodlatte (R VA) and it is questionable, per the schedule, that Congress was in Session on several counts. Listening and Reading the Constitution was voluntary and there was not the usual record. Goodlatte was asked to read the Constitution for the first time ever, to anyone’s memory, by his constitutes.

At the urging of Congressman Bob Goodlatte, the House Republican Leadership released House Rules for the 112th Congress that recommit the Congress to the text of the U.S. Constitution. As proof of this commitment to hold true to the fundamental principles upon which this country was founded, the new Rules for the 112th Congress include Congressman Goodlatte’s recommendation that the U.S. Constitution will be read aloud on the House Floor during the first week of the 112th Congress.
Congressman Goodlatte will lead the reading of the U.S. Constitution, which will start at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2011. The reading is expected to take between one and two hours and is open to all Members of Congress who are interested in participating. Members will read the Constitution and amendments on a first come first serve basis.

I hope she challenges the “this is a political question.” I would respond…is this a political question, as Obama and his backers want us to think, or is this a legal question, as the facts would seem to support. If a political candidate is not eligible for his position, is it a political question or a legal question. It would seem to be a legal question occurring in the field of politics, and the perpetrator would like to deflect investigation by labeling his questioners as political. If somebody is trying to hold a political office illegally, and scamming the voting public, this would not be a political question, but a legal question occurring in the arena of politics. Since it is in the arena of politics, and political parties have perpetrated the crime, it can only be settled in a court of law, not by the politicians, as they are clearly biased. While the tactic of Obama and his followers to deflect citizens by calling it a political question, the fact of the matter is that Obama has failed the eligibility requirements by having a foreign father, and he has also failed to prove place of birth and citizenship, which are secondary to his foreign father.
I hope Teresa takes on “this is a political question” and forces this into the debate, to destroy this tactic, and move the eligibility question into a court of law, rather than a football for the politicians, who are all at risk by participating in covering up an illegal candidate.
Unfortunately, the judge in Ms. Cao’s trial would more than likely not allow any evidence related to the eligibility issue. Most of our judges are as corrupt as the legislature and the acting president. I’ve reconciled myself to the fact that no one with integrity will be able to present a case against Obama and this massive fraud. The only hope seems to be in the states passing legislation that will require full proof of elibility.

Before speaking each time in the coourt room to the judge or whoever, You pause a moment and turn to god. Tell god you know not what to say. Ask god to speak to the court through you. Then feel love. And with no thoughts in your head allow yourself to speak not knowing what you are going to say. The Holy Spirit will speak to the court. You can listen to yourself speaking as the listener not as the speaker. Stay very calm and humble. know nothing. Allow everything.
Peace be unto you. Have courage. Yeshua did it and he will guide you in your trial. As you are speaking be as nothing. Have no desires of the outcome. Allow the Holy Spirit to have the stage and the outcome. You will be a watcher of what is taking place as if it were not you. for you will be as nothing. God is Everything.
Government corruption and their usual, typical double standard is an ugly thing, which needs to be punished. Our current government is not worthy of the people they are supposed to serve; not even close. We don’t even have enough jails for all of them. HOWEVER – THEIR DAY IS COMING. We can start another fund to bring this brave patriot a support system for the fight in a corrupt legal system. What we need to do at this point is set a date and hit the Capitol and every DNC state headquarters with pickets demanding barry soetero verify his past including school records. At the same time, keep diligent to find outlets of media and attorneys that know his dual citizenship already disqualifies him for POTUS.
Oh please, please, Theresa, don’t fall for it! It’s an Obama trap! They know you have the goods on them, and they want to shut you up offering this uncanny deal!
