CITIZEN REMINDS “JOURNALIST” BILL O’REILLY THAT HIS JOB IS TO ASK QUESTIONS

Dear Mr. O’Reilly,
This will be dismissed by you as you have in the past, but I just had to write after your demonstration of dismissal of the doubt of the now more than 50% of the American people.
First, we are not “birthers” as you and others want the rest of the world to believe. Unlike you, we want to know the truth. We do not accept an announcement or two that could be placed by anyone or a COLB (wonder if you know what that is?) as proof that a candidate is a natural born Citizen, as stated in Article II, Section I, paragraph 5 of the U. S. Constitution, qualified to be President of my country.
Your pontification with Megyn Kelly the other night leads me and others to suspect that you are as much a part of what is wrong with America as the 100+ years of progressive rule. You should pay more attention to Glenn Beck, who always says, “Question with impunity.” Your lack of integrity is apparent on this subject.
As so-called journalists, maybe the question you and others should be asking is “Why has Obama spent millions of dollars on hiding his past when he could have resolved the issue with a simple authorization to release his records, even his official birth certificate, which really is not the issue, as his father was a citizen of Kenya under British rule? Wasn’t he also adopted by an Indonesian citizen, and where is the documentation of repatriation if he was born in the United States? Or do you retain American citizenship when you become a citizen of another country? I don’t know that this is what happens in that situation.
Maybe you should be asking how he obtained the funds to attend the most prestigious schools in America? Another question which “We the People” or “birthers,” as you like to call us, do not yet have an answer for is, “How did he travel to a country (Pakistan) when it was not a country American Citizens could legally travel to?” Maybe it is of no concern to you why Obama has several social security numbers in an age of increasing identity fraud?
Finally, why does this so-called President allow a decorated military officer to lose everything obtained over an 18-year career for asking the question of his Commander-in-Chief (Are you constitutionally qualified to be POTUS?) and be incarcerated in Ft. Leavenworth? Like the founders of this great nation, Lt. Col. Lakin did more to “Protect and Preserve” the Constitution than any politician or judge since.
For you, Mr. O’Reilly, I agree this e-mail is not pithy but verbose with too many questions, which you may consider beneath you to answer or already answered (in my opinion, they have not been). I just wanted you to hear from someone whom you, in your bombastic and dictatorial way, like to denigrate; one who watches your program but will be watching a lot less. I think the list of people like me is growing the more you continue to make statements as you did the other night which only point out how little journalistic integrity you have retained in your climb to stardom.
A great question I would like to hear you answer is, “Who is it you are referring to when you state at the end of your show, ‘We’re looking out for you’”? You state you were once a teacher, but I wonder if you were not more of an Indoctrinator and Dictator who made your students afraid to disagree with you.

If Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, why is it that NO Hospital in Hawaii will admit that Obama was born there???????? Being the first black Prez, and no one will admit that he was born there. It is the job of a newscaster to report news and the journalist to ask questions. Bill O is neither. He is a paid personality who is hired to give an opinion. The idea is that just like a campus professor; people will be attracted to the personality enough to adopt their reasoning or mantra without question. Naturally in the world of sales, which is exactly what these people engage in, sex sells and it is put to use too. There are few real journalists and few real educated people who have opinions based in facts gathered. They are not sales people and do leave you feeling quite uncomfortable as they do not coddle, pander or please, they educate. To debate honestly on air would require Bill O have people sit across from him he really is at odds with. No TV personality hired to sway the masses will ever sit across from a real debater. NEVER If any would like a shot at showing their colors just sit down with Michael Savage for an hour. Now that would be an opinion hour I’d watch. I would also like to see congress have a weekly session on air with Judge Napolitano just to show the public they are up to the job we hire them for. Oh, the improvements to media that could be made if there were any real intent to provide a public service.

English common law which is touted as the source to define ‘natural born’ has been misrepresented in the courts and subsequently by those who with blind faith, have followed the mistaken reading of the particular English common law case.
That case was Calvin’s case in which a child born In England to an alien father visiting England as a friend, would be born an English ‘natural born subject’. (NBS)
So it has been opined that therefore a child born in US to an alien is a ‘natural born Citizen’.
Sure the child born in England to a friendly alien is an English NBS, but in England the alien is considered a ‘subject’ (aka a ‘citizen’ in US terms)
But in US, an alien is not considered a ‘Citizen’, the alien must apply and be granted citizenship by due process.
So basically to be an English NBS, one had to be born in England to a ‘subject’ (aka an alien visiting as a friend)
The status of the father mattered.
Ergo: it took TWO qualities to be met to be an English NBS, and they were ‘nature’ or ‘procreation and birthright’

This was NEVER mentioned in the courts, either deliberately omitted when citing English common law, or by error in reading what Lord Coke actually said in Calvin’s case.
Fact:
even in English common law, it takes of the parents and of the soil, to make a ‘natural born subject’ of England and it takes the same to make a ‘natural born Citizen’.
i.e. Sanguinis and soli.
This omission of “by procreation and birthright” has lead to error, and the error has festered over time and been parroted by majority of legal community as if it is true that it is only of the soil (soli) that matters.
But it is NOT TRUE …………. it takes BOTH the citizenship status of the father and born in the land of the father’s citizenship to make a ‘natural born’.

That is correct. The English Common Law term “subject” refers to anyone who is under the actual jurisdiction of the king. So aliens (except diplomats and foreign troops) are subjects as long as they’re on British soil. The child of such an alien, if born within the kingdom, is evidently under the king’s jurisdiction at birth and thus a natural-born subject.
In the US, “citizen” means more than just “subject to the jurisdiction”, obviously. So you are right that it is at least not obvious, if not far-fetched, to simply transfer “subject” to “citizen” and assume that “natural born citizen” and “natural born subject” are analogous.
The Obots try to gloss over this issue where they simply replace “subject” with “citizen” and claim that everything is to be interpreted for “citizen” as it was for “subject”.

That’s not quite correct; as you state yourself before:

So one parent would suffice. See also de Vattel who writes “il faut être né d’un père citoyen” (“one needs to be born of a citizen father”).
In all fairness, since today there is no more legal inequality between men and women, today we must look at the mother as being equally entitled to bestowing her status upon the child.
That is the point where I disagree with others around here who claim that you need *two* citizen parents.
Not that this matters in Soetoro’s case where neither birth on US soil nor birth by a citizen mother have been proven at all.

All of the Questions about elegibilty, and life history should and must be answered. Consider this, what will be in his Library in Chicago or Hawaii when he completes his term? How will he present all of the hidden documents and lies. Will the media just rewrite his past? I hate to think how all those who drink the kool aid will feel when it all comes out.
