Chairman Mullen: Let’s call a spade a spade

“I cannot excuse his lack of judgment with respect to the Rolling Stone article or a command climate he evidently permitted that was at best disrespectful of civilian authority.  We do not have that luxury, those of us in uniform. We do not have the right, nor should we ever assume the prerogative, to cast doubt upon the ability or mock the motives of our civilian leaders, elected or appointed.”

Military personnel are and must remain a neutral instrument of the government, he said. Servicemembers must be accountable to and respectful of civilian leaders “no matter which party holds sway or which person holds a given office,” Mullen said.

Military leaders must step down when they lose the trust and confidence of civilian leaders, the chairman said.

At this point, you, Mr. Chairman, can either reflect the politically-correct attitude of a member of the treasonous conspiracy, or you are now ready to face reality and your responsibility to honor your obligation to the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution to which you swore a sacred oath to defend.  You did not swear an oath to protect a usurper pretending to act as our legal president.

So which is it, Chairman Mullen, SIR?

As I see it, Chairman Mullen,  here is where we are….

Since there is no legal Commander-in-Chief, we the people of these United States call on you to honor your sacred “oath of office,” an oath you took with direct loyalty to the Constitution, and remove the rogue, out-of-control dictatorship.

Your oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, demands you have no other recourse but to act in defense of the Constitution.  You are commanded by the people of the United States under the Constitutional Guarantees which established this government of the United States.  You are obligated to protect our U.S. Constitution and our way of life.

Our current domestic enemies, in their treachery, have demonstrated conclusively their intent to destroy the united States of America.  They are employing systematic processes to destroy economic stability and attempting a destabilization of the citizens by using propaganda techniques to divide and alienate groups as classes.  They have created classes and enhanced differences to create dissent between races.  They have failed to enforce the rule of law.  They have created legislation which is clearly designed to damage and destroy entire segments of the American society.  They routinely create crisis and then create harmful  legislation which deprives Americans of the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution they violate.

The list goes on and the current trend continues to attack and undermine each and every inalienable right endowed by our Creator. One by one our liberties are being eliminated.  This is not politics, sir.  This is civil war.

In accordance with our founding documents we have attempted to peacefully address these abuses.  We have tried many times, too many times to list here.  In each case our right to be heard has been denied!

We have called on the Supreme Court

We have convened grand juries and filed presentments

We have convened grand juries and filed indictments

Now I am calling upon you.  Rather than counting yourself among those who effected this coup, you can honor your oath and take Obama into custody.  Your generals know what and who Obama is.  Are you so immersed in political correctness and protecting your own flank that you do not?
