DOCUMENT CONTAINS BOLDEST STATEMENT YET CLAIMING THAT OBAMA IS KENYAN-BORN

(Apr. 21, 2010) — The March 25, 2010 “Hansard,” or Minutes of the Kenyan Parliament, has again disappeared from its website. The document contained a clear and unequivocal statement that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya and is consequently not a “native American.”
However, Hansards from March 24 and 30, 2010 are still available and presumably all others from this year. This is the second time this document has been removed from the Parliament’s website.
The same document was unavailable for several hours on April 16 and then restored as previously reported, until today.
The text of the statement made by Kenya’s Minister of Lands, James Orengo, appears in the middle of page 31 of the March 25 Hansard and reads as follows:
If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?” (emphasis added by The Post & Email)
The Parliament’s website was updated on April 15, when the governing body announced its adjournment for two months. At that time, all Hansards from 2008 were removed, which included the November 5, 2008 Hansard in which many statements referring to Obama’s purported Kenyan origins were recorded.
A reader of The Post & Email found a link to the March 25, 2010 Hansard which still contains the statement on page 31 that Obama was not born in the United States, but in Kenya.
As of today (April 22, 2010), this link will still fetch the correct PDF file for the March 25 hansard (at least it works for me):

I saved the entire 69 pages this time, also have all 69 pages printed out.
It appears that the link is there now, but when you select it, it goes to FEBRUARY 25, not March. So are they going to pretend that they’re not suppressing it–it’s just a case of an error in the link?

It looks like the Hansard for March 25th, 2010 has, once again, been removed. I searched the text of the Hansard for 3/24 and 3/30, but none of them contain the original text. Something tells me the records will continue to reappear only to disappear again.
Wow. Just… wow. Did they say that stuff accidentally, thinking no one would hear? Or… dare I say it… was it planted? I don’t think it was. The fact that they said it, then adjourned for two months, tells me they shot off their mouths, realized it, and bolted. Makes me grin to imagine the “Oh, fudge” looks on their faces when they realized it. Also makes me grin to know that even Kenya admits ‘Bummer is a fraud. Sounded to me like they were too excited over his presidency to realize what they were saying.
Here is a post from an Obot at World Net Daily. It was posted in response to the video of Justice Thomas saying the Supreme Court was “evading” the eligibility issue. I think he is full of BS, but I wanted you guys to see this. According to this Obot is no surch thing as a “natural born citizen” per the U.S. Constitution and anchor babies or anyone else is good to go for president.
This is what we are up against…comment anyone?

Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
* Anyone born inside the United States (Obama if born in Hawaii)
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (Obama if born in Kenya)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born.
Thomas and the other SCOTUS justices are well aware of this code of law.

If what that obot posted was true, there would have been no need for the senate to look into john maccain’s nbc status. It would have been obvious that he was an nbc if that poster’s points were true.

Bill, I had bookmarked that site at least a year ago and had used it as a reference many times. That list of citizens was added only recently; I noticed it there about six weeks ago. It wasn’t there when I’d last visited it before then. At that time, the “site last updated” at the bottom of the each page was a January 2010 date and my guess is that’s when it was added.
Further, I read the “about” of the site owner and he has the education and credentials to know better. I suspect he knows it’s BS but doesn’t care because the money he received is more important to him.
The Obot incorrectly equates “a citizen of the US at birth” with “natural born citizen”. A natural born citizen is a citizen of the US at birth, but not all citizens of the US at birth are natural born citizens.
If all citizens of the US at birth were natural born citizens, then Title 8 Section 1401 would say so — but it does not. The definition of natural born citizen is a person born in the US to two citizen parents, which is a person not subject to any foreign power at birth.
A naturalized citizen is ineligible to be President because he/she was subject to a foreign power at birth. A dual citizen at birth was also subject to a foreign power at birth, and is therefore also ineligible. Obama was a dual citizen at birth by descent from his father, who was a British/Kenyan citizen.

All of these codify the status of a NATIVE BORN CITIZEN via the Fourteenth Amendment. They define the status of a Native Citizen vs. the status of a Naturalized Citizen. NONE of these codifications define a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN (NBC). Why? Because the term NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is not a definition of citizenship status. It is an element of national security.
The Founders had just finished spilling their blood to free themselves of being subjects to a foreign power. They wanted to make sure the Commander in Chief of the Military did not have conflicting loyalties, therefore, they included NATURAL BORN CITIZEN to the qualifications of President. The Founders used the definition found in de Vatel’s “The Law of Nations”. In “The Law of Nations” a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is defined as one who is born on the soil of two citizen parents. By natural law, the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN has no other loyalties other than the very soil (nation) they were born in, and no other inheritance than that found in their citizen parents. Thus no other country could lay claim to them. Once again, NBC is an element of national security, not citizenship status.
This definition of de Vatel has been cited in no less than FIVE SUPREME COURT CASES to codify what a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is.
The Post & Email has done an excellent job in following all the major court battles. They can guide you to web-sites that will further clarify what an NBC is. Sites like Mario Apuzzo and Leo Donofrio.
Even if Obama was born in Hawaii like he says, by his own admissions he is not an NBC. His father was a British Subject, and so was BHO at birth. That makes him a dual citizen. He can never qualify as an NBC.

Here is one other interesting tidbit:

I am a few years older than Obama and I barely remember I Spy. Obama couldn’t possibly have watched the show and had that observation in its first run when he was about 5 years old, and it has not had much of a syndication run since. That sounds much more like a comment Bill Ayers would have made.
Although it seems more and more unlikely with each new bit of evidence uncovered, even if Obama were indeed born in Hawaii, he was born equally a citizen of the UK and the USA (this is the claim made on Obama’s own website). Then, even if allowing Obama sycophants’ absurd loose standards for natural born Citizenship, Obama, being born a dual citizen, must at once be equally a natural born Citizen of both these countries (UK and USA).
However, even allowing for this absurd assumption, it strains all logic and credibility to assert that the Founders, who had just fought a bloody war of independence to cut the ties of influence and control from Great Britain, intended that a natural born citizen of Great Britain ever could become President. The Constitution’s NBC clause was added expressly to prevent this very occurrence, the very situation we are suffering under today with dual-citizen-born putative President Obama.
Obama has trashed the Constitution and committed premeditated criminal fraud upon We the People. He is a usurper plain and simple. May justice soon be fully served upon him. (And may his legitimate successor uphold this justice and grant him no pardon.)
Obama is merely a puppet of the New World Order thugs, who do not give one rip about the Constitution. In fact, they must do everything in their power to perpetuate Obama despite the fact that everyone knows he’s a fraud and ineligible, because if he is removed, it reverses everything towards their fascist slave state that they’ve dreamed of.

If they are not privy to the actual data on the real vital statistics of Obama, they are definitely aware that it is debatable, and quite possibly, the elected President can’t legally prove that he is a natural born citizen.
This is where law is a shame. The Supreme Court may be using ideas such as mootness and standing just so they don’t have to worry about political backlash (something that has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LAW or Constitution) from enforcing article 2. I can understand it from a practicality point BUT if you swear to uphold the Constitution and the elected man swears to do the same, his violation of it seems really very contrary to what the Constitution stands for.
Someone needs the smoking gun because the whole Obama entity is shading, just beginning with his birth, which he’ll tell no one about (maybe for good, self preserving, reason)

Does he imply “all courts” or just SCOTUS?
When Justice Thomas said “We’re evading that one” maybe he is talking about the SCOTUS,but if you had a case in front a lower court asking them to define what is a Natural Born Citizen is,the lower court will see that SCOTUS will even talk about it so why should they, you can say all the courts are playing hot potato will this issue,i call them all cowards for not standing up for the U.S Constitution. In the video Justice Thomas was laughing like it was so funny to him,but i don’t find it funny at all…

The call went out then and only two (2) Oath Keepers showed up. Is this the kind of showing you guys, ahem, I’m also a member, are accustomed to?

Sad, the whole world knows Odumbo was born in Kenya, except for Congress and the Senate. This is the biggest conspiracy on the American people of all time and yet the liberals wouldn’t believe Odumbo even if HE told them he was born in Kenya! What has happened to THINKING ON YOUR OWN?

If you are going to be using quotes at the meeting that are from the Kenyan Paliament, don’t forget to use all of those from Nov.5th 2008, one day after our presidential election. Kenyan Parliament members were celebrating getting a Kenyan elected president of America, and there are some real eye openers there that we need to get out to as many people as possible.

I sure appreciate the diligence of Sharon and the PE team. It beats the absolute ignorant statements made by O’Reilly last night with Megyn Kelly. They covered the Lt. Col. Larkin case and actually cynically depicted the hero as a loon. The handful of brave souls that took an oath to uphold the Constitution now stand on that oath in action, risking their job, income, and honor. I don’t take the “birther” name lightly; I rather prefer its patriotic distinction. It sure beats USURPER.
Birther – A core group of people who are devoted to the support and defense of the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic; who will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; who will take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion.
If the MSM, RINOS, CINOS, Liberals, Progressives and Statists want to label such a group of people as “birther”… then yeah, that patriotic distinction would surely beat the label of “USURPER”.
I grew used to “birther,” and have even grown fond of it lately. So, call me a “birther.” It doesn’t bother me at all. :)

It is because they did away with exclusion.
Has America done away with the only exclusion found in the Constitution of the United States which protects the federal government from falling under the influence of one, who bears allegiance to a foreign sovereign, attaining the office of President and Commander-in-Chief of America’s Armed Forces?
If so, we all need to redact the following qualification for the office of President from our personal copies of the Constitution:
No person except a natural born Citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President.
Either redact it with a black marker or carefully cut out that qualification from your copy of the Constitution. Then, you can admire the hole in your copy of the Constitution, where the exclusion upon those who bear allegiance to a foreign sovereign from becoming President, once was.
Without that exclusion, anyone of age 35 or older, who has also been a resident of the United States for 14 years, would be eligible to serve as President of the United States.
Arnold Schwarzenegger for President, any one?
If America has done away with the only exclusion in the Constitution that protects the federal government from usurpation by a president who bears allegiance to a foreign sovereign, then why not facetiously allow Arnold Schwarzenegger to run for President?
At least Arnold does possess a great love of America, unlike the sitting usurper.
We either support and defend the only qualification for the office of President which protects the federal government from suffering the usurpation experienced when one who bears allegiance to a foreign sovereign attains that office, or we will lose that qualification for the office of President.

Great point. There obviously are forces intent on gouging out the natural born eligibility requirement from our Constitution. There are equally, or more determined, forces to keep that eligibility requirement front and center. We will not be silenced!
I’m not sure, Durus, if by “exclusion” he wasn’t speaking of the Constitution or any of our laws, but just simply meant that white America doesn’t treat blacks and foreign borns as outsiders. Still, I’m not sure that he wasn’t speaking of that particular clause in the Constitution. If he was speaking of the Constitution, I’m positive that he believes it’s been excluded or nullified because that’s what Obamao told him.
On page 29 of the 25 Mar 2010 Hansard:

A further search of that document on “America” yields some additional opinions on their view of America, such as on page 56:

I too wish Kenya the best. The life there for most has been and still is hard. I wish them the best in everything they do, and may their new Constitution serve them well, and be respected.
I also hope they will not be intimidated by Obama or his minions into saying anything about the birthplace of the putative president of America, Barack Hussine Obama Jr., that is not absolutely true.

“…, become the President of America?” removes any/all doubt whatsoever as to who the Kenyan Parliment means…Barack Hussein Obama Jr., aka Barack Hussein Obama Jr., aka Barry Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.
Some Obots arguing that it was retorical question. But given all of the other references from Kenya we have seen which seem to indicate Obama was born there, I think I would disagree. I firmly believe they were referring to Barack Obama Jr. in this statement.
Obama Jr.’s father could have never had the opportunity to become President of America, so of course they are referring to Obama Jr., the sitting unconstitutionally illegal putative president/usurper of America.

Sounds like the Kenyan Paliament is heading for the hills while this dies down.
Good to know the statement is still there however, hard to spin that statement as, “oh, we meant the presidents father.”
