Obama’s Visa Policies Increase Islamic Immigration to the U.S.A.

DIVERSITY AND RELIGIOUS VISAS INCREASE FROM ISLAMIC TERROR-SPONSORING NATIONS

(Jan. 9, 2010) — If the hellish Islamic terrorist attack of 9-11-2001 taught us anything, it should have taught us that handing out visas to Islamic immigrants is dangerous to our health.  Pamela Geller has been studying that lesson at her website Atlas Shrugs, and it appears that Barack Obama did not learn the lesson very well.

On January 8, Ms. Geller posted “Atlas Exclusive:  Diversity and Religious Visas Continue to Increase from Islamic Terror Sponsoring Nations,”in which she documents the Obama administration’s loosening of visa regulations for immigrants with Islamic backgrounds.  First, Muslim-fathered, Muslim-educated Obama relaxed the rules for religious visas:

Obama wasted no time in opening up the visa regulations when he took office last year, beginning with “religious visas.” Before, whoever wanted to enter as a supposed ‘missionary’ needed to demonstrate his/her affiliation with a religious institution for at least two years. Obama changed it to almost no proof at all.

It is predominately Muslims who use the “religious visa”. And that number is quite high. Many countries such as Pakistan or territories such as Palestine use this type of visa, because it has been harder for them to get a regular visa (though that is no longer true for the Palestinians). But because most Muslims can’t really provide or do not want to provide the information of a specific mosque they’ve attended or they’ve “preached” at, they complained — and now DOS has granted their wish of waiving the 2-year proof requirement.

Bottom line, this [is] yet another type of visa they are using, and this change helps them enormously.

Next come “diversity” visas.  The experience of Europe might suggest that calculated, cultivated multi-culturalism is an invitation to cultural suicide, but leftist Democrats seem determined to de-Americanize America to prove how tolerant we are.  Pam Geller spells out how diversity visas are used to further the left’s multi-cultural agenda:

Another type of visa that is dangerous and is an IV (Immigrant Visa), is what is called a “Diversity” visa — a class of immigrants known as “diversity immigrants.” Diversity Visas (DV) each fiscal year are made available to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. The annual DV program makes visas available to persons meeting the simple eligibility requirements. A computer-generated, random lottery drawing chooses selectees for diversity visas. The visas are distributed among six geographic regions, with a greater number of visas going to regions with lower rates of immigration.

Just to give you an idea of the impact of these changes on regions rife with jihad, look at the numbers.

And don’t be fooled by Europe’s number — diversity means we are importing Europe’s Pakistanis, Moroccans, Algerians, etc., and we know how well they have integrated into those societies.

New numbers [for 2010] show a dramatic increase. And remember Egypt includes Gaza and Ethiopia includes Somalis …that’s how they hide those numbers.

FOX News has also wised up to the diversity scam.  Joseph Abrams provides an overview in his Jan. 7 article at FOXNews.com entitled “Thousands From Terror-Sponsoring Nations Entering U.S. on ‘Diversity Visas’”:

The State Department is planning to welcome thousands of immigrants from terror-watch list countries into the United States this year through a “diversity visa” lottery — a giant legal loophole some lawmakers say is a “serious national security threat” that has gone unchecked for years.

Ostensibly designed to increase ethnic diversity among immigrants, the program invites in thousands of poorly educated laborers with few job skills — and that’s only the beginning of its problems, according to lawmakers and government investigations.

“There are a lot of holes in this program in terms of security and in terms of fraud,” said Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., who has written legislation aimed at killing the lottery.

Now, in the wake of the botched Christmas Day terror attack that emerged from Nigeria and Yemen, members of Congress are worried the system could be vulnerable to radicals looking to “play” the visa lottery as a means of reaching the U.S.

On January 9, Alec Rawls published a related article entitled “All 3 Major Domestic Terror Attacks of 2009 Were Directly Enabled by Obama’s Reverse-Profiling Orders, Exempting Muslims from Scrutiny ” at the Oil for Immigration website http://www.oilforimmigration.org/.   Rawls begins by quoting an anonymous State Department employee as saying that under the Obama administration “we are encouraged to not create the appearance that we are profiling or targeting Muslims.”  He then applies that information to the attempted Muslim massacre over Detroit on Christmas Day:  “If this statement is accurate, it makes Obama directly responsible for Abdulmutallab’s success in spiriting a bomb aboard Flight 253, and the statement is easily believable, given STRATFOR’s report last June about intelligence agencies being ordered to stop investigating Black Muslims.”  Rawls continues thus:

This was just before 23 year old Black Muslim convert Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad shot two soldiers at an Army recruiting station in Little Rock. The FBI had opened an investigation of Muhammad after he returned from Yemen with a phony Yemeni passport, yet he was apparently off the radar screen when he murdered one soldier and critically wounded another. Obama’s “back off” order may well have contributed to Muhammad having a free hand.

In the Fort Hood case, our intelligence agencies intercepted Major Nidal Hasan’s discussions with top al Qaeda recruiter Anwar al-Awlaki about killing American soldiers, then they stopped investigating on the grounds that mere discussion is protected free speech. . . . The Hasan case was dropped at roughly the same time as the order to back off of Black Muslims (sometime in mid-09) suggesting that the order not to investigate Muslims might have extended to Muslims in general.

The inescapable inference is that Barack Obama has repeatedly failed to place the protection of U.S. citizens above his natural sympathy for Muslims around the world.  That is understandable, since (1) Barry Soetero/Barack Obama’s family is mostly or all Muslim on his father’s side and on his stepfather’s side, (2) he himself was educated as a Muslim as a youth, (3) some say he is still a Muslim, and (4) it is possible that he is not even a citizen of the U.S. anyway, much less a natural born citizen reported here at The Post & Email as required by the U.S. Constitution.   So what could we expect from a president who never ever in his life possessed undivided loyalty to the United States?
