PUBLIC OUTRAGED OVER TERROR TRIAL, PUSH ON HEALTH-CARE, AND NEW PERPETUAL BAILOUT BILL

by John Charlton

rasmussen-approval_index_december_13_2009(Dec. 13, 2009) — The Post & Email must issue an apology to its readers for our piece on a possible Orange Revolution by July of 2011, because recent actions by the Obama regime are hastening the decline of his support even faster than we previously estimated.

Today’s Rasmussen’s Daily Presidential Tracking Poll was published, and the results show the second daily decline, putting Obama’s rating at an all time low, of -19 points.

Among the events believed to contributing to the rapid decline is Sean Hannity’s advocacy of the decision to move the terror trial to New York City as being grounds for a charge of treason against Obama, for aiding and abetting the enemy; Michele Bachman’s warnings that the new bill introduced by Barney Frank will make bailouts perpetual, and transform our economy from a capitalistic system to a socialist one; and the continuing push by the White House to get the Health Care Bill passed as soon as possible.

The recent flurry of talk about Obama being guilty of treason was ignited by Dick Cheney’s comments to Keith Obermann.

Rasmussen’s official press release on the Poll’s results states the following:

The 23% who Strongly Approve matches the lowest level of enthusiasm yet recorded. Just 41% of Democrats Strongly Approve while 69% of Republicans Strongly Disapprove. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, 21% Strongly Approve and 49% Strongly Disapprove.

Among those who consider the economy to be the most important issue, just 26% Strongly Approve of the President’s performance while 39% Strongly Disapprove.

Among those who consider fiscal policy issues the most important, just 1% Strongly Approve and 81% Strongly Disapprove.

The President’s Approval Index rating is -2 among voters under 30 and -29 among senior citizens. From an income perspective, the President’s ratings are weakest among those who earn $40,000 to $100,000 annually.

While abrupt daily moves are almost never repeated continually, if Obama’s presidential approval rating continued to fall this fast, it would hit zero before New Years Day.

The result that should worry the Obama regime and Congress most of all is the fiscal policy issue result, wherein Rasmussen found that only 1% strongly support Obama, but 81% strongly disapprove.  When a result like that spreads to other issues, you will have an Orange Revolution.

Therefore, The Post & Email is revising its estimate, and now opines that if the Health Care Bill and the new Perpetual Bailout Bill go through, and the terror trial remains in NYC, that an Orange Revolution might well break out by July of 2010.

  1. It is time for American Revolution II. I have been storing ammunition since 2008. Does everyone understand “locked and loaded”? We need to develop the same hurry-hurry attitude as the traitors who are destroying our country.

  2. Obama’s agenda is becoming clear even to the tone deaf:
Socialist Agenda (Lenin basically said socialism was ‘marxism-lite’)
    Censorship
    Weakened Military
    End of US Exceptionalism
Consolidation of ALL power under Executive branch = DICTATORSHIP
Ultimate control over your life, health, wealth and destiny starting with total control of your healthcare.
