The Post & Email offers its donors a unique opportunity to use the electronic medium to publicize their personal political opinions.

For those who donate $1.00 or more to support our e-Newspaper, we offer the purely discretionary gratuity of publishing their electronic image (600 x 400 pixels), or Political Placard,* on our Front Page, and archiving it in our Political Placards category on permanent file.

The Political Placards will appear in the Photo Gallery sliding bar, just below the middle of the page.  They can be downloaded and distributed free by our readers.

This is a way for Donors to make a statement and communicate their political thoughts, opinions and grievances in a unique manner, to other readers of the e-Newspaper.

Political Placards are images in JPG, GIF or PNG formats, no larger than 75 k, and measuring 600 x 400 pixels, which express opinions which are acceptable political discourse.  We will not publish images which are prurient, incite to criminal behavior, insult the readers of The Post & Email, are racist, chauvinistic, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, or otherwise offensive to morals.

Those submissions which are judged to be inappropriate will be refunded; those which are purient or judged to be spam, or intended to offend the staff of this e-Newspaper or its readers, will not be published, and a fine of $1.00 will be imposed — thus no refund will be offered.

Political Placards is a purely discretionary gratuity offered our donors: as such there is no implied contract and we reserve the right to publish or not publish any submission for howsoever long we deem appropriate.

Submissions are considered to be made in view of granting rights to the general public to disseminate and copy the image.

Those who make a donation and choose to submit a placard are by that very fact admitting to have read this policy statement and accepted its terms.
