Fox News Host: Media “Not Allowed to Participate in Cover-Ups”

WHEN WILL THEY REPORT THE OBAMA FORGERIES?

(Oct. 13, 2017) — On Thursday night, Fox News’s Tucker Carlson said at the opening of his show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” that the president of NBC News should be “fired” for having withheld reporting on multiple allegations of sexual harassment and abuse against Hollywood film producer and Democrat donor Harvey Weinstein.

The Weinstein story has dominated major media headlines over the last week since The New York Times and Ronan Farrow for The New Yorker broke the explosive story which caused Weinstein to be terminated from his own company, high-profile Democrats to reject his past donations, and for the Trump Justice Department to reportedly open a criminal investigation against him.

Local police in London, UK and New York City are also reportedly investigating specific claims of abuse.

According to The Times, one-third of the all-male Board of Directors of The Weinstein Company resigned after the revelations became public amidst the backdrop of Weinstein’s seeking professional help for what is alleged to be a decades-long pattern of exploitation and assault of women who had reason to interact with Weinstein on a professional level.

On Tuesday, Farrow, who reportedly works for NBC on a “non-exclusive” basis, offered the results of his ten-month investigation to the network first, with NBC deciding not to air it.

In his monologue, Carlson opined that NBC News CEO Noah Oppenheim should have aired the story but instead chose to remain silent about it.  “…Many powerful people knew what Harvey Weinstein was doing and not only ignored his crimes, but actively took his side against his many victims,” Carlson said.  “It’s a long list, but at the very top of that list is NBC News.  NBC had this story months ago; their former anchor, Ronan Farrow, conclusively exposed more than a dozen allegations against Weinstein…but the network killed that investigation.  Now NBC News President Noah Oppenheim says that the company had good reason for doing that, but did the company have good reason?”

Carlson then brought on by satellite Fox News journalist Trace Gallagher with more details, including that Farrow and Oppenheim seemed to relate different accounts as to how the story was researched and when it was reportedly “publishable.”

“NBC is lying,” Carlson said, then aired a segment of an interview between Farrow and MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow from earlier this week. Carlson then commented, “…So why did a purported news organization kill a blockbuster news story?  Well, presumably, we will find out at some point; this is a scandal, and the truth has a way of emerging from those in the end.  One possible explanation is Noah Oppenheim.  In addition to being the head of NBC News, Oppenheim is a Hollywood screenwriter with deep ties to the movie business and to the Democratic Party establishment…”

Other left-leaning “news” outlets have pointed out that NBC appeared loathe to publicize the story after it broke.

On Monday, NBC reported that The Weinstein Company was struggling to keep its financial and operational foothold in Hollywood.  On Friday, co-founder Bob Weinstein denied reports that the company had declared itself for sale or could close in the near future.

“Noah Oppenheim ought to resign immediately, and if he doesn’t, he ought to be fired immediately by NBC’s parent company, Comcast.  These executives are not allowed to tell lies; they’re not allowed to participate in cover-ups.  They ought to answer straightforward questions straightforwardly. When they don’t, you know they’re corrupt, and that’s exactly what NBC News is,” Carlson further said in his Thursday night broadcast.

Carlson opened Friday’s show by stating that Oppenheim “intervened” to prevent the Weinstein story from airing and even went so far as to “kill” the story by refusing to provide a camera crew to Farrow to conduct interviews with alleged victims.

What Carlson did not say is that since March 1, 2012, every mainstream media outlet, including Fox News, has “participated in a cover-up” of epic proportions by refusing to air news of the reported forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate and Selective Service registration form released by a criminal investigator working under the authority of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).

The lead investigator of the MCSO’s then-“Cold Case Posse,” former New Jersey detective Mike Zullo, ultimately gave three press conferences over the course of five years, the first of which was held on March 1, 2012 and revealed that probable cause existed that the “long-form” image uploaded to the White House website on April 27, 2011 is a “computer-generated forgery.”

At the same time, Zullo announced that Obana’s purported Selective Service registration form was also found to be fraudulent.

The Obama White House did not address those claims.

With the exception of a local Arizona television station, broadcast media failed to report or investigate the findings on their own to confirm or refute them.

When then-MCSO Sheriff Joseph Arpaio was interviewed by CNN anchor Jake Tapper in July 2015, Tapper took the defensive position that Obama was “born in Hawaii” to push back against Arpaio’s insistence that Obama’s documentation is fraudulent.  As he had in the past, Arpaio stated that the investigation did not focus on Obama’s birthplace.

In seeking the interview elsewhere, the reference to the CNN report remains, while the video of the actual conversation between Arpaio and Tapper is disabled.

Over the 5+-year investigation which concluded last December, major media maintained a “blackout” on the issues of national security, forgery, fraud, and the noticeable absence of a congressional or FBI investigation into the forgery of documents said to belong to a sitting president.  A component of the media’s strategy in “killing” the Obama forgery report was to  ridicule, marginalize, and denounce anyone who dared to ask questions about the inconsistencies in Obama’s background and the declared forgery of his only publicly-proffered documentation.

On September 29, Arpaio spoke at a Fresno, CA Republican fundraiser during which he was aggressively questioned about the birth certificate investigation. During his lengthy back-and-forth with the former sheriff, the Valley Public Radio reporter made inaccurate assertions and frequently interrupting Arpaio as he answered each query.

Even then, some in the media incorrectly reported that Arpaio opened the topic of the investigation.

The media is undoubtedly aware that Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen,” which has historically been interpreted to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.”  During Obama’s first presidential campaign, a number of credible news articles widely available on the internet stated that Obama was born in either Indonesia or Kenya.

Varying versions of his life narrative has also been proffered without reconciliation.

After the December presser, the Associated Press and other outlets minimized, or did not report at all, the significance of two outside forensic analysts having separately reached the same conclusion as Zullo regarding the lack of authenticity of the birth certificate image.

In speaking about the investigation, Zullo has noted that Obama is “the only American president that has aliases.”

Last Friday, Arpaio promised to continue to publicize the birth certificate forgery as he weighs the possibility of seeking new political office.

On Friday’s edition of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” host Sean Hannity said, as he has on many occasions since the 2008 during the presidential campaign, “Journalism is dead.”

On the evening of March 1, 2012, however, Mike Zullo’s scheduled interview with Hannity was canceled just hours before he was due to appear on the show to expound on the Obama birth certificate findings announced earlier that day.
