3 MORE NEEDED FOR PUBLIC VISIBILITY

(Jan. 27, 2017) — At 2:39 PM EST on Friday, a petition asking Congress and the Trump administration to issue a pardon for former Lt. Col. Terry Lakin shows 147 signatures.
Any whitehouse.gov petition must register 150 signatures in order to be featured on the public page and become searchable on the Internet.
Based on comments, website traffic, tweets and emails from individuals stating that they signed the petition over the course of the week since it was launched, it is suspected that the signatures actually total in the thousands but have been shrouded by a technical issue.
Earlier on Friday, The Post & Email reported, via an interview with Terry Lakin Action Fund Trustee Marco Ciavolino, that last month he put a request for a pardon for Lakin in writing to one of then-President Elect Donald Trump’s legal advisors.
In 2010, Lakin, then a 17-year US Army flight surgeon, was court-martialed for requesting documentation which would prove that Barack Hussein Obama was constitutionally eligible to serve as president and his commander-in-chief.
None was forthcoming from the White House, and Lakin was refused access to Obama’s original birth certificate reportedly held by Hawaii officials on the grounds that something it contained “could be an embarrassment to the president.”
Lakin spent five months in Fort Leavenworth prison, after which he was given a dishonorable discharge from the Army. Pay and benefits were removed as soon as the sentence began.
Ciavolino told us that although in private medical practice currently, Lakin’s desire is to rejoin the Army and serve at a Veterans Administration hospital or even on the White House medical staff.
The Post & Email will shortly be publishing information Ciavolino has acquired on the technical issues which exist not only affecting whitehouse.gov petitions, but also a specific service normally available to all members of Congress.

So, it seems, to secure 100,000/23 days = 4,348 signatures per day until 2-20-17 this petition MUST immediately become front-and-center to all active and retired VETERANS, since that particular audience relates 100% to veterans’ issues.
This petition needs to be in-the-face of PENTAGON, VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, US ARMY, US NAVY, US AIR FORCE, US MARINES, US COAST GUARD, WEST POINT, ANNAPOLIS ET AL AND THEIR VETERAN NEWSPAPERS.
Can General Paul Vallely and CDR Kerchner get this petition in the faces of said military centers TODAY?
If this sit-on-your-ass fingertip-accessible petition can not muster 100,000 signatures in 30 days, out of some 21,800,000 American veterans, then WE the KNOWLEDGE-PATRIOTS (“birthers”) need to do a better job at SELLING FACTS to veterans and Donald Trump et al.

Bull, Bull, Bull, a technical issue? Really? NOT !!! I am a very basic person and somewhat
“average”. I give a large and long “benefit – of – the – doubt” as well as lots of “lee – way”
and also being somewhat gullible, but I can’t believe that Lakin received so little numbers
for the petition.
Lakin’s story and issue is too hot to deal with. Indeed, it is a “can of worms” which would “spot
light” Obama’s fraud too. So what, let the chips fall where they will.
In addition to logging on to the Lakin’s petition, I hope all will pass this request to sign the
it to others. And contact your US Congressmen and Senator …

The Lakin petition now is past the 150 signer mark and is visible to the public on the “We the People” main page. Congratulations to all. Let’s keep the numbers growing.
It appears that the Lakin petition does have public visibility now and is showing 153 signatures. However depending how you access the website it may not show at all and it may also have a conflicting signature count. Not sure what to make of this process!!!! It appears to be quite a mess. What I do know is that hundreds if not thousands have attempted to sign or have signed and their efforts have not been reflected in the count.
This is ridiculous and maddening. Now I do not see the Lakin petition on the public petition page. It was there 10 mins ago!
We are at now 152 (after 6 days!) and the Lakin petition is now available to be viewed on the “public” page with other petitions that have reached the 150 signature threshold. With that said there can be no doubt that the counter is not tabulating everyone who has actually signed. A decision will be made next week whether to continue to pursue this effort on whitehouse.gov or a new petition will be created by the Terry Lakin Action Fund with an aggressive marketing campaign to make up for lost time and perhaps lost signatures. Regardless we will make this effort a success!
Can’t imagine why thousands of Lakin signatures are not showing up. Every questioning Birther, and follower of the Arpaio investigations, and conferences of the last 8 years should have signed by now. Something seems….amiss.
