NO EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY PRESENTED; FORGERIES UNADDRESSED

by Sharon Rondeau

obamas-long-form-birth-certificate(Dec. 13, 2016) — On Tuesday’s edition of “Your World with Neil Cavuto,” former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and a Democrat strategist said that a number of presidential electors calling for a “briefing” on alleged Russian hacking allegations before casting their votes as members of the Electoral College on Monday are justified.

In recent days, U.S. “intelligence agencies” have been said to have suggested that “the Russians” interfered in the November 8 election in which Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump won over Democrat Hillary Clinton by an electoral vote count of 306 to 232.

“The Russians” were also blamed for “hacking” which ultimately exposed the emails of some Democrat National Committee (DNC) executives; Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta; and many of his associates in the months prior to the election.

The emails, published by the open-government organization Wikileaks, showed a high degree of coordination between the Clinton campaign and members of the mainstream media and Clinton’s communication director, Jennifer Palmieri, encouraging a colleague to tell the media “a big, elaborate lie.”

Last month, Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein announced that she would challenge the 2016 electoral results declared in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, three states which since 1988 have awarded the majority of their votes to Democrat presidential candidates.

At Stein’s insistence and expense, the state of Wisconsin conducted a full recount of its election results and found that Trump gained a net 131 votes over Clinton, Stein and other presidential contenders.  Michigan’s recount was halted by court order, while a different set of circumstances prevented a recount in Pennsylvania.

According to news reports, the total number of electors “demanding” an intelligence briefing about the alleged Russian hacking is now 29.  The first ten were reportedly organized by a California elector who is the daughter of U.S. House minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

On December 2, Pelosi herself called for “an investigation” into claims of “Russian involvement in hacking.”

The FBI has indicated that no evidence exists to support the CIA’s reported allegations that there was Russian interference in the U.S. elections last month.  On Monday, however, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell approved a congressional investigation into the claims that Russia “hacked” the election.

Some states have laws requiring presidential electors to vote for the candidate who was popularly-elected by the citizens of that state.  The number of electors from each state is determined by the most recent census.

According to The Denver Channel, two Colorado electors who filed a lawsuit challenging state laws requiring them to vote for the popular winner said “that they would work with other electors from across the country to make someone other than Trump president.”  In Colorado, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote and the state’s nine electoral votes.

On Monday, a federal judge issued a responsive ruling that electors cannot disregard state laws requiring electors to vote according to the will of the voters.

Constitutionally, the electors are required to meet in their respective state capitols to officially “elect” the president and vice-president, this year on December 19.

Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946, to two U.S.-citizen parents.  His father, Fred Trump, was born in Queens, NY, while his mother, a native of Scotland, had become a naturalized U.S. citizen in 1942.

Following the 2008 presidential election, many electors received letters from voters asking them to request more information on the background of Barack Hussein Obama, who had been elected on a wave of “hope and change” but about whom very little was known.  Although having served four terms as an Illinois state senator and less than one full term as a U.S. Senator, little to no evidence appeared to exist supporting Obama’s claim of a birth in Hawaii.  At the same time, a number of reports said that he was born in Kenya or Indonesia, respectively.

Concerned about Obama’s eligibility given the Constitution’s requirement that the president be a “natural born Citizen,” many Americans looked to the electors as one of two final stopgaps to ensure that the qualification was upheld, the last being Congress upon its convening in early January to count and approve the electoral votes cast in state capitals.

Not one elector stepped forward to request or “demand” a “briefing” as to Obama’s eligibility, despite the unanswered questions about his origins.  Lawsuits challenging his eligibility were dismissed, and the electors cast their votes to elect the “first black president.”

In 2012, ballot challenges requesting proof that Obama met the constitutional requirements to serve as president were uniformly repelled by administrative law judges.

No member of Congress challenged the electoral vote count in either January 2009 or January 2013 after Obama was elected to a second term.

In addition to questions about Obama’s birthplace, he claims a foreign-citizen father who never naturalized as a U.S. citizen.  Some scholars, constitutional attorneys and analysts believe that the “natural born Citizen” clause found in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution means “born in the United States to citizen parents.”

In 2008, Nancy Pelosi signed two different sets of presidential nomination forms required by the states to place Obama and vice-presidential candidate Joe Biden’s names on the ballot.  While the first set contained wording showing that Obama and Biden had been nominated by the DNC, the other set, which went to the state of Hawaii, stated that both men were “legally qualified” to fill the positions they sought, undoubtedly to satisfy the state law which required such wording to be included.

Following pressure from then-businessman and reality television star Donald J. Trump, in April 2011, the White House released what it said was a certified copy of a scan of Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).  However, the image was almost immediately declared a poor forgery by graphics professionals.

More extensive examination by a team of volunteer criminal investigators from Maricopa County, AZ over a six-month period culminated in a March 1, 2012 press conference in which lead investigator Mike Zullo and the Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio stated that there was probable cause to believe that the image was a forgery.

Also examined during that time and found to be fraudulent was Obama’s Selective Service registration form.

With rare exceptions, all men present in the U.S. between the ages of 18 and 25 are required to register for the Selective Service in order to apply for student loans or to obtain any position in the federal government.

Following the March 1 presser, the media showed little to no curiosity as to the Cold Case Posse’s conclusions.  After a second press conference was given on July 17, 2012 revealing more details, many in the press showed contempt for the investigation, and none conducted their own independent probes.

As a result of the information they had collected, Arpaio, terming the birth certificate forgery a “national security” concern, called for Congress to launch its own investigation to discover who, how and why forgeries of the sitting president’s documents had been created and presented to an unsuspecting public as authentic.

Zullo has said that the posting of the long-form birth certificate was done “with the intent to deceive.”

obamas-colbA short-form birth certificate bearing Obama’s name has appeared in several color schemes and does not appear to bear a registrar’s stamp or raised seal.

Between the first and second press conferences, Selective Service System Director Lawrence Romo, an Obama appointee, refused to allow Arpaio access to Obama’s original SSS registration form.

The media, for its part, excoriated the messengers and ridiculed anyone daring to question Obama’s contradictory life narrative with the term “birther.”

On Thursday, December 15 at 6:00 p.m. EST, Zullo and Arpaio will give a third and final press conference to reveal the conclusions from the remaining 4+ years of the investigation.  The presser will be live-streamed by a number of outlets.

On Friday, Zullo will be a guest on the Hagmann & Hagmann Report along with radio host Carl Gallups, who has followed the investigation closely and was sworn in as a special deputy by Arpaio this past March.

In the past, Zullo has told Gallups that the information the posse has gathered is “gut-wrenching.”

The recorded record showed that at the precise point at which VP Cheney was required to ask if there were any objections, Nancy Pelosi started to applaud distracting Cheney from asking the question. Several electors later stated that they HAD objections to Obama. Now, Nancy’s daughter is involved in second generation subterfuge. What traitors, the Pelosis.

Congress has proven over and over again that they have no intention to uphold their sworn oath to the Constitution. To expect any change at this point is only to confirm Einstein’s definition of insanity.

On the COLB the certificate number was blackened out, thus making it voided.
On the “so called” Birth Certificate the certificate number is higher than the
Nordic twins. They were born were born after Obama. Tooooooo many
other problems to note making the BC a fraud…

My saying is, “reveal the seal, close the deal”.

Let’s expect great info coming from Arpaio, I doubt we’ll be disappointed.
Bring your own soda and popcorn. And expect a great show.
