“DEPLORABLE DOJ”

by Sharon Rondeau

(Oct. 27, 2016) — An advertisement posted on YouTube on Thursday by the campaign of Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio depicts Arpaio asking why the U.S. Department of Justice is pursuing a criminal contempt charge against him when Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton was not prosecuted for sending classified information over her private, unsecured server while she was Secretary of State under Barack Hussein Obama.

The ad is titled “Deplorable DOJ,” which is perhaps in a twist on Clinton’s term for Donald Trump supporters made at a New York City fundraiser in early September.

The DOJ made the announcement on Tuesday.

“They’ve been after me since Day One for doing my job,” Arpaio said, noting that the DOJ announced it would pursue the charge “on the day early voting started” in Arizona.

“Stand with me in doing what’s right,” Arpaio says to his audience at the end of the ad.

Arpaio has served six terms as Maricopa County sheriff and is seeking a seventh on November 8.  He was formerly an agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and served a four-year term in the U.S. Army.

Arpaio faces Democrat Paul Penzone on Election Day.

When I served in the Marines / (military), I was aware of
two types of orders. They were “authorized” and “unauthorized”
orders. If I had been given an unauthorized order, I would
not have had obeyed it.

Likewise, hasn’t Sheriff Arpaio obeyed lawful laws? Indeed,
it isn’t always easy to do the correct thing. Only weak and
evil men cave-in. Some are for sale, Arpaio can’t be bribed,
threatened, or bought off. The founding Fathers would be
proud of him.

If Sheriff Joe had obeyed Obama’s orders he would not be in all this trouble. Lesson learned the hard way.
