“‘WE THE PEOPLE’ HAVE THE LAST WORD”

by LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.), TDOC #540003, WTSP

(Jul. 17, 2016) — [Editor’s Note: The following is a portion of a 12-page letter received on Monday, July 11 from Tennessee inmate Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III.  Fitzpatrick served 20 years in the U.S. Navy until his retirement on September 30, 1994 resulting from a politically-motivated court-martial, the official record of which maintains a forgery of Fitzpatrick’s signature in what is now a 26-year cover-up.

On March 17, 2009, Fitzpatrick filed a treason complaint with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee against Obama for having deployed U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL following a deadly shooting in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.  The troops were dispatched from Ft. Rucker under the immediate command of Gen. Martin Dempsey, who later became Obama’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, serving until his retirement last September.

In the fall of 2009, Fitzpatrick first took his treason complaint against Obama to the Monroe County, TN grand jury for its review, after which he discovered that Tennessee grand jury foremen are hand-picked by judges and serve at each jurist’s pleasure, sometimes for decades, a practice which Fitzpatrick has deemed treasonous as a Fifth-Amendment violation.

In regard to Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information and the FBI and Justice Department’s responses, Fitzpatrick wrote, “‘We the People’ have the last word in the body of a grand jury.”

On page 5, Fitzpatrick refers to his attempts to galvanize the Knoxville FBI to take action against judges known to be rigging Tennessee grand juries and trial juries for decades.  On page 7 of the letter (unpublished), Fitzpatrick wrote:

I was targeted by the Knoxville JTTF (Joint Terrorism Task Force) squad as a terrorist due to efforts to expose Tennessee’s judicially rigged jury system, most pronounced in the method to handpick county grand jury foremen.

Recall the three men admitted to me, on 10 March 2010 as I recall, they knew about the rigged juries.

The three “law enforcers” laughed at me!!

In August 2014, Fitzpatrick was sent to state prison for having attempted to gain an audience with the McMinn County grand jury on numerous occasions to advance evidence of local government corruption, including the grand jury foreman issue.

Fitzpatrick is now Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) inmate #540003 and has served nearly two years of his three-year sentence imposed by now-retired Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.

  1. What a powerful story,Mr. Fitzgerald. Stay strong! Come on America, we have to protect our soldiers, seems like the good guys always get in trouble for trying to stand up and tell the truth the foundations in which our very country was built on. #militarylivesmatter
