Cowards or Collaborators?

(Jun. 14, 2016) — It has been patently clear since January 20, 2009, that the Congress has neither the ability nor the courage to even once prepare and submit Articles of Impeachment against a president suspected of being unqualified, Anti-American and pathetically STUPID!

Barry Soetoro-Obama had a prime opportunity to turn 200 years of bad government upside-down and get this God-inspired Republic back on track. He had a compliant, collaborating Congress led by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and only talk and no action by the minority in either chamber.

Had Obama asked for a balanced budget, he would have gotten it.  Had he asked for term limits, he would have gotten it; repealing the XVIIth Amendment, the XVIth Amendment, abolishing the Department of Education, PACs and instituting a flat tax; all was there for the asking. But NO! Obama was all fired up to destroy the Big Satan, follow Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky’s “12 Rules for Radicals.” He showed his true “colors” by his obsequious bowing to heads of foreign nations.

When our four southern border states were invaded and virtually overrun by illegal aliens, he refused to send aid as required under Article 4, Section 4 of our Constitution. He and the contemptible Eric Holder screamed at then-Gov. Jan Brewer that her signing SB 1070 into law exceeded her authority under the constitution, yet Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, as any student or scholar should know, clearly gives the sovereign states just such authority. Obama and Holder sought injunctive relief via the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and invited other entities to follow suit. Many such as La Raza, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela and others did. The advice given to Gov. Brewer constituted criminal perjury, and their urging others to follow suit might well be construed as giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Next, Obama and Holder proceeded with “Operation Fast and Furious” which culminated in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December 2010. So what did Congress do? They held committee hearings, during one of which Eric Holder addressed Congressman Gohmert as “Buddy.” Holder was later declared to be in contempt of Congress and should have been impeached then and there, as should Obama.

In March 2011, Obama ordered air strikes on Libya without so much as a “May I.” Again a bald-faced lie, for he had no such authority. No retaliation or discipline from the Congress; grumbling from the Republican right, kudos and threats from the Democratic left.

On September 11, 2012, armed jihadists attacked the virtually undefended American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya; kidnapped, sodomized, tortured and murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens and killed Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. The administration’s response was, “It was a spontaneous response to a film disparaging Muhammad.” On orders from Obama, Clinton and others, Susan Rice, then our Ambassador to the UN, on the following Sunday went on five TV shows and perpetuated the lie about the film.

Obama, as our deficient commander-in-chief, failed to send aid to Benghazi, even though Naval Air support was within one or so hours flying out of Italian bases.

So I ask you:  Are all the members of Congress COWARDS, or are they COLLABORATORS? Barry Soetoro-Obama, leader of the Democrat Party, has committed treason on two separate occasions; perjury on at least once; accessory to murder at least once; dereliction of duty and numerous other offenses, and the congressional response was “Ho-Hum.” Obama MUST be impeached and/or tried by in a District Court. He poses a distinct, continuing and dangerous threat to the security of the United States. Conviction of treason demands the most extreme penalty: hanging by the neck until DEAD!
