Message to Every Member of the 114th Congress;
And to The Director of the United States Secret Service
And to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
And to the United States Attorneys for New Jersey, Washington, DC and Arizona
and to the New York Times, USA Today and other newspapers or broadcasters of information to the public at large.

As is noted just above, I am a retired United States Army officer of just under 42 years of honorable service beginning with World War II and continuing until January 20, 1985, my 60th birthday.
MESSAGE BEGINS:
I accuse each and every member of the Congresses serving during the tenure of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama of the felony known as Misprision. Specifically, the crime of Misprision is defined as:
“a. neglect or wrong performance of official duty b: concealment of treason or felony by one who is not a participant in the treason or felony c: seditious conduct against the government or the courts.”

A Statement of the crimes committed by Mr. Obama and members of his 44th Administration.
Mr. Obama, acting as the President of the United States, did, immediately after being inaugurated on January 20, 2009, issue an Executive Order sealing any and all official records pertaining to his life, education, travels, citizenship, etc.; leading his opposition to legitimately conclude that Mr. Obama was hiding facts pertinent to his personhood.
Members of the 111th Congress seated just days prior to Mr. Obama’s inauguration, failed miserably in any efforts they might have made to learn for certain whether or not Obama was indeed qualified to hold the Office of President. That question has yet to be resolved to the satisfaction of the American People.
Though Mr. Obama and his Attorney General conspired to commit numerous crimes, Perjury, Treason, and Accessory to Murder; I should like to describe the one act of Treason that is most blatant and deserving of Criminal Prosecution.
During late December 2012 an early 2013, this questionable President began the process of giving to the Islamic Government of Egypt 20 United States F-16 Fighter Jets, 200 Abrams Tanks and One Million dollars of unappropriated funds to assist in the maintenance of the 220 military vehicles. That singular act by Obama constituted Treason under Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution and a direct violation of Article 104 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), a capital offense with no Statute of Limitations. This action was well-covered by Fox News and by Judge Jeanine Pirro.
At that point there was no point in letting Obama continue his treasonous activity; the then Speaker of the House, John Boehner, was bound by oath to present Articles of Impeachment against Obama. He did not. Nor did a single member of the Congress take such action. As a matter of fact, there is no public record of a single member of the House or of the Senate taking any action to halt this obvious act of treason.
As a citizen, I have reported this to the now-departed Speaker, the remainder of the leadership of the House, to the Majority Leader of the Senate, to three United States Attorneys, Fishman of New Jersey, Phillips of Washington, D.C and Leonardo of Arizona.
Therefore, I, as a patriotic citizen, accuse every member of the last four Congresses and particularly the leadership, namely, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Kevin McCarthy, Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, Steve Scalise, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Charles Schumer, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. And, further I DEMAND that immediate action be initiated by the Department of Justice to initiate legal proceedings against Barack Obama or whatever his legal name may be, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, and John Kerry.
Mr. Obama must NOT be allowed to finish out his illegal tenure and simply retire to his multi-million-dollar mansion in Qatar. He must be tried either by a General Courts-Martial or a federal District Court and hopefully be made to pay dearly for his many crimes and for the death or injuries to the nearly 20,000 men and women under his inept, disastrous lack of intelligent leadership during his time in office.
In closing, I expect some commentary in response and a cogent response from the Director of the FBI, The United States Secret Service, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the leadership of each house of the 114th Congress.
