“AT THE TIPPING POINT OF ANARCHY”

Representative Collins:

LaVoy Finicum was assassinated in a fedgov ambush (first person eyewitness testimony) outside Burns, OR on the 26th of January.  Finicum was the spokesperson for the current iteration of the Sagebrush Rebellion which started around the turn of the last century.  The Sagebrush Rebellion is a western symptom of unconstitutional fedgov over reach.

The Fedgov out of control is evidenced in many unauthorized fedgov agencies, bureaus and actions, not the least of which is the BLM.   The judiciary has become corrupted.  Spooner (1808-1887) in a book of his writings published in 1992 identified this corruption.  The executive has been corrupted for many terms.

But the overriding issue with citizens is the abject lack of redress of grievances.  Where does one turn for redress?  Certainly not to their “elected” representatives who reply with word analysis software driven automatic responses.  Not to the grand juries which are closed to citizen input (my personal experience in north GA and east TN).  Our current executive is a narcissist, egomaniac and probably not even a US citizen and by his actions most definitely not an American.

The murders at Waco, the Bundy Standoff, The Madisonville Hoax and now the Refuge Occupation are glaring examples of this overreach and attempts at intimidation of the citizenry by a sheer show of force, and murder.  The final objective is control, of course, but the tipping point to reenactment of the Declaration of Independence will probably be reached with the initiation of firearms confiscation. This act is necessary as the final means of effecting this desired control.

I am a principal in an organization in Georgia made up predominantly of veterans.  I spend hours each day on websites and on phone calls putting out a message of restraint, patience, and adherence to the rule of law.  But go to your pocket constitution and check off all those, “He has. . . ” items in the Declaration of Independence that apply to us today.  How many do you find that don’t apply?  You will find that they all apply and veterans find no course for redress and this is why veterans and deer hunters are cocked in the pi****-off position.

Consider where we are in this, the 21st century.  Can you not see that we are advancing on the green at Lexington?  The tea has already been thrown into the harbor.  We are regressing!

As elected representatives you are in position to turn this around.  Return control of state issues to the states as required by the 10th amendment to the Bill of Rights.  Disband those dysfunctional organizations not authorized by the Constitution, e.g., BLM, EPA, DoE’s etc, etc.  Rein in the executive with your control of the budget. Act on the articles of impeachment that you have been given. Defend the 2nd Amendment to the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution as you swore to do when you took your oath of office.  Represent the citizens’ interests and not those of the K Street lobbyists.

America is at the tipping point of anarchy due to federal tyranny.  Anarchy will be your legacy if you do not stop the advance of fedgov control.

I hold no anticipation of a meaningful response from any of you.  However, I use this letter as an excuse for distribution to the north Georgia grassroots leadership, electronic newspapers, other news media and my personal mailing list.

For the Republic,

M. J. Blanchard

“When law ends, tyranny begins.” — John Locke.  The Second Treatise of Civil Government

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”  –  Samuel Adams
