AS CONGRESS CONTINUES FUNDING “REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT”

(Dec. 18, 2015) — Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, and other lawmakers have warned against passing the Omnibus Spending Bill that fails to limit the admission of refugees from the Middle East and Africa to the United States.
“Congress must cancel the President’s blank refugee check and put Congress back in charge of the program. We cannot allow the President to unilaterally decide how many refugees he wishes to admit, nor continue to force taxpayers to pick up the tab for the tens of billions of unpaid-for welfare and entitlement costs,” said Sen Sessions and Sen Richard Shelby (R-AL), the Chairman of the Commerce, Justice, and Science Appropriations subcommittee, said in a joint statement last week.
In an email to members of the media sent on Tuesday, an aide to Sen. Sessions provided the below-listed 30 examples of refugees and immigrants from Sudan, Kuwait, Egypt, Yemen, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Syria, Morocco, India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, and Ghana admitted to the US who were recently implicated in terrorist activities and arrested by the FBI. The FBI recently informed the Congress that they have opened 900+ terrorist- related cases in all 50 states, and that the Bureau is not adequately staffed to properly investigate and prevent ISIS terrorists from future murderous attacks on American citizens.
The below-listed 30 jihadists charged with “terrorism” are just a very small sampling of the hundreds of radicalized refugees who have been brought into the Republic by Obama over the last seven years. The threat is real, yet Speaker Ryan and Senate Majority Leader McConnell are jamming the 2009-page Omnibus Spending Bill through Congress with a provision that will fund 85,000 Muslim Refugees to enter and be resettled throughout the United States in 2016 at a cost of $1.6 billion. The funding will be used to “secretly” resettle those 85,000 Muslim Refugees as over 900,000 were secretly settled before them to various locations throughout the United States, without informing law enforcement officials and the elected leaders in the cities in 50 states where they are being placed.
The UN Refugee Resettlement Program has been driven by Obama for the last seven years; Ryan, McConnell, Pelosi, and Reid are working very closely with Obama to make it happen, even though many of the Middle East and African Muslim refugees are from jihadist hotbeds like Syria, Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan, and even though the Director of the FBI informed Congress that there is no way to determine if those refugees have terrorist ties.
Passage of the reckless $1.1 Trillion Omnibus Spending Bill demonstrates how completely out-of-touch House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader McConnell are with the threat American citizens feel from the influx of Muslim refugees from the Middle East and Africa, especially after the murder of 14 Americans and wounding of 22 others by Islamic terrorists in San Bernardino, CA. Ryan crafted this reckless piece of un-American legislation and passed it over the objection of hundreds of millions of American citizens.
Senator Jeff Sessions, who opposes the reckless un-American legislation, said “As feared, the effect (of the Omnibus Spending Bill) is to fund the president’s entire (Illegal) immigration agenda.”
There’s a reason that GOP voters are in “open rebellion… This legislation represents a further disenfranchisement of the American voter,” said Sessions.
Since 9/11, there have been more than 60 plotted attacks by Islamic terrorists on the United States that could have killed thousands of Americans. The FBI recently notified Congress that 250+ Middle East and African refugees were admitted as US Citizens through Obama’s fast-track citizenship program or are first-generation Americans of Middle East and African descent who have traveled to Iraq and Africa to participate in ISIS’s genocide of Syrian, African, and Assyrian Christians.
In a recent press release, Americans learned that 82 ISIS plots over the last two years have been foiled by the FBI, and the participants have been arrested for plotting to kill Americans, like the 14 Americans who were recently murdered by a female and male couple who were radical Islamic terrorist disciples of ISIS in San Bernardino, CA.
What will it take for the rank-and-file members of Congress to understand that American citizens feel seriously threatened by the wholesale secret resettlement of Muslim refugees from the Middle East and Africa by Obama in cities throughout the 50 states without determining if they have terrorist ties or informing elected state officials and law enforcement officials where they are being resettled for security reasons?
There must be a “pause in the migration of refugees” into the United States until the Director of the FBI and the Secretary of Homeland Security can guarantee that the refugees approved for admittance have no terrorist ties. The 30 listed terrorists brought into the United States by Obama, when added to the 1304 other terrorists listed above, are just the tip of the spear—there are no doubt hundreds of others, and now Ryan and McConnell have made it possible to fund the migration of 85,000 new Muslim refugees to enter the United States in 2016 with possible ISIS terrorists embedded within them.

More than 30 Immigrants Admitted to the U.S. Recently Implicated in Terrorism

In an email to reporters Tuesday, a Sen Sessions aide listed more than 30 examples of refugees and immigrants admitted to the U.S. who were recently implicated in terrorist activities.
Sen Sessions, the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, and other conservative lawmakers have warned against passing the Omnibus Spending Bill that does not place limitations on admissions — in particular refugee admission — to the U.S.
