The People of New York MUST UNITE and FIGHT the most corrupt government in history. As you know elected and appointed official are being arrested and convicted – need we mention Libous, Skelos and Silver? That is just the tip of the corruption that has destroyed NYS. What: On Friday, December 18th 2015 at 12:00 noon, veterans, property rights and grassroots advocates, property owners and taxpayers of Otsego County, New York will gather to hold a press conference and rally on the steps of Otsego County Board and Court building.
Objective: Otsego County Treasurer’s office and County Board members have NOT been following the County laws. We are asking ALL residents of Otsego County who want to know the truth to come to the press conference and rally on Friday, December 18th, 2015, at noon, at the Otsego County Board and Court Building, 197 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY.
Otsego County has been using aggressive foreclosure methods to steal properties from residents with the excuse they owe back taxes. These properties have been put onto the auction block and sold to the highest bidder. While some property owners may not be able to pay their back taxes, the County has been breaking their own laws by NOT accepting past due taxes from property owners prior to the auction date.
“New York State has been plagued by corrupt politicians for too long. These elected continue to assume their rights are more important than the rights of the citizens who elected them. We have proof that the elected officials on the County Board and in the County Treasurer’s office have broken the County laws and have committed fraud”, said Judy Pepenella, New York State Grassroots Activist.
“We are asking all residents and media to attend this press conference and rally. If you know anyone who has tried to pay their back taxes and were denied their rights to do so, please attend this event” said Pepenella.

I am a small business owner in Otsego County, NY and I have not received my USPS business mail, phone calls and some of my personal mail for many years since 2011. I feel a segment of the government is trying to impoverish me, steal my home, wreck my small businesses. I am 60 years old, mixed race female. Also feel the area is satanic in some areas–“The Daily Star” newspaper, “Daily Star” is a code name for lucifer.
I also noticed when the weather was extremely colder than usual, there was no energy abatement to homeowners. They keep trying to raise taxes without providing additional services or upgrading services. I need a lawyer.
