PERJURY, TREASON, AIDING THE ENEMY

I, Dr. Thomas E. Davis, of 326 Nantucket Lane, Monroe Twp, NJ, 08831, a Retired Army Colonel having served for nearly 42 years and a patriotic Citizen of these United States, insist that for the High Crimes and misdemeanors below listed, Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, be impeached by the United States House of Representatives immediately. I also concurrently remind each of you that for failing to report his crimes to a Judge or other Official or by failing to impeach you have, jointly and severally committed the crime of Misprision of Felony and/or Misprision of Treason.
Mr. Soetoro-Obama, acting as President of the United States did, in concert with the then Attorney General, Eric Holder on or about April 23, 2010 advise the Governor of Arizona that she was in direct conflict with federal law. This official advice from two purported legal scholars was false and thus constituted the crime of Perjury because Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 states, “No State shall …, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”
Few would argue that Arizona had NOT been invaded by illegal aliens and was in imminent danger as Barry Soetoro-Obama was in direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 which states, “The United States shall …protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
Soetoro-Obama and Holder continued and amplified upon an operation begun during the Administration of George W. Bush in which ‘straw-gun buyers’ walked illegal weapons via the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives offices in Phoenix, Arizona and a compliant Gun Dealer “allowed illegal gun sales, believed to be destined for Mexican drug cartels, in order to track the sellers and purchasers.” http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/27/world/americas/operation-fast-and-furious-fast-facts/index.html
An estimated 1400 guns failed to be tracked and one was recovered at the scene of the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on December 14, 2010.The act of giving aid to an enemy constitutes Treason inder Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. The Death of Agent Terry should at the very least lead to a charge of Accessory to Murder. Since the crimes were committed in the State of Arizona, both Soetoro and Holder should be tried in that State in accordance with Article III, Section 2, Clause 3.
I defer to Representative Gowdy regarding the Benghazi fiaso of September 11, 2012.
However, in early 2013, Soetoro Obama donates 20 F-16 Fighter Jets, 200 Abrams Fighting Tanks and $1 million to cover maintenance costs to the Muslim Brotherhood of Mohammad Morsi, President of Egypt. Unless the Congress appropriated funds for these purposes, Soetoro-Obama and any collaborators committed an act of Treason under Article III, Section 3 or giving aid and comfort to an enemy in violation of Article 104 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, in which case a General Courts-Martial is called for. NOTE: If Soetoro-Obama had a collaborator, It was likely Hillary Clinton who was still serving in the capacity of Secretary of State and/or Huma Abedin an employee of Secretary Clinton, having family ties to the Muslim Brothehood.
Lastly, Soetoro-Obama has admitted foreign nationals of unknown background into the United States without their having applied through the UNHCR as noted on the Department of State’s website which states explicitly, “The first step for most refugees is to register with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the country to which s/he has fled. UNHCR has the mandate to provide international protection to refugees. UNHCR determines if an individual qualifies as a refugee and, if so, works toward the best possible durable solution for each refugee: safe return to the home country, local integration, or third-country resettlement.”
Mr. Obama has apparently provided funds for the resettlement of refugees. From whose budget were these funds purloined? The Federal Refugee Act of 1980 is intolerably antiquated. Nobody could have anticipated in 1980 that we would be saddled with an obnoxious Chief Executive coinciding with an exacerbation of Muslim hatred, and the overt threats of Islamic jihadists threatening to kill all Americans and carrying out bombings on a larger scale that the Twin Towers and the Pentagon on 9/11.
Two immediate actions seem in order; First priority, Impeach Soetoro-Obama and Secondly, Repeal or Amend the Federal Refugee Act of 1980.
