Re; Your un-American and constitutionally unlawful approval of the transfer of American F-16s and Abrams Tanks to The Muslim Brotherhood.
Dear Senator:
The Oath you took as a United States Senator states substantially that you will protect and defend the Constitution of these United States. On or about February 1, 2013, you violated that oath and thereby aided and abetted Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama in his commission of an act of Treason under Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. That makes each of you accessories to the crime. To that end I have written a letter to director Comey of the Federal Bureau of Investigation demanding that Obama and his accomplices be brought to trial or before a General Courts-Martial for violation of Article 104 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
As a 91 year old retired Army Officer with nearly 42 years of service, I am damned well disgusted with the antics of the past three and the present 114th congress. You have done me and every honorable veteran a gross disservice and brought disgrace upon yourselves and the people you represent. Your stupidity and arrogance are at best distasteful, at worst deserving of the death Penalty.
Furthermore, every member of this 114th Congress is guilty of the Crime of Misprision of Felony which states and I quote, “18 U.S. Code § 2382 – Misprision of treason, Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.” https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2382#
I take note that some of you are members of the legal profession as are two current presidential candidates, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. No excuse, each of you should have checked the constitution before you ever signed such a damaging piece of Obama’s Islamist-favoring legislation.
I should like to suggest that all of you set the wheels in motion to depose Barry Soetoro before he goes off the deep end and gets a whole bunch of kind and too gentle Americans killed by the terrorists who are moving in, sword in hand to kill any and all Americans. It is in your power to make an impeachment stand and that is of the utmost urgency.

P.S. I have had the pleasure of two visits from the Secret Service just because I exercised my First Amendment Rights which I shall continue to do until I am no longer able. May God Bless America again, even though we have abandoned Him. Each of you needs to engage in some prolonged introspection. Tom Davis
