“A LONG AND ARDUOUS BATTLE”

by TPATH and the SAPPA Group

(Jun. 2, 2015) — Dear Friends and supporters,

The Brief which was filed in the Federal District Court in Trenton by Mr. Nicholas E. Purpura was not the culmination of the this effort.  Even though it represents several years and much expense in both time and money, that filing was just the beginning of a long and arduous battle as we confront and defeat ideological and conspiratorial infringements on our rights.

As many of you who have attended one of our many informational presentations over the past two years know, the founder of the SAPPA Group and author of the above referenced and truly astounding Brief  has never asked for financial support for any of our activities.  TPATH nor the SAPPA web pages followed that directive and also have not requested donations.  In fact www.tpath.org may be the only informational website on the world wide web which posts no ads.

Before you read any further or decide to click on the donate button, please understand that any donation you give will be a true donation.  There will be no tax deductions available since it’s not likely the government will help you pay to end their illegal activity.

The past expenses have been borne almost exclusively by Mr. Purpura.  And they are substantial. We did get some help from some supporters at the first statewide SAPPA Meeting in March as well as from a Patriot group located in Central Jersey.  We wish to thank those people.

COMPLETED EFFORTS AND EXPENSES

  1. During the past two years prepared and made copies of presentation documents.
  2. Travel to Informational Presentations, over 20 of them, which covered the entire state.
  3. Two years of research, writing and formulation of the SAPPA Documentation.
  4. Preparing, editing and proposing the Second Amendment Preservation and Protection Act.
  5. Preparing, editing and proposing the National Criminal Registry Act.
  6. Identifying officials, both elected and appointed who have been conspiring to destroy the 2nd Amendment.
  7. Preparing and sending registered letters to Governor Christie and over 35 others.
  8. Purchasing reams of letter quality paper, ink cartridges and a business grade high speed printer.
  9. Printed, bound and packaged 40 copies of the Brief and 19 Exhibits which totaled 70 pages each.
  10. Filled out the required Federal Applications and hand carried a bound and a scannable copy of the Brief to the Federal District Court in Trenton, NJ.
  11. Served Governor Christie and the Attorney General with a copy of the Brief at their appropriate offices in Trenton.
  12. Served over 30 legislative defendants with their copy of the Brief at their respective offices.
  13. Served by registered mail full copies of the Brief to several Judges and other officials.

WHAT REMAINS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED

  1. A reply to the District Court as the Defendants submit a defense or request to have the lawsuit expunged. (Mr. Purpura, having great experience in those fabrications and distortions they will be submitting, is well along in the reply preparations.)
  2. Nick will begin a new round of talks, interviews and presentations in an effort to publicize this effort.
  3. Mr. Purpura will be called to a Court hearing in Trenton where he will argue in support of the Brief and against the fabrications referenced above.
  4. The case will then be won and appealed or lost and appealed and then moved to the Third Federal Circuit.
  5. A new filing must then be written and filed with the Third Circuit and then another series of Court hearings will be scheduled.  These hearings will then be won, lost or appealed.
  6. A final Brief must then be authored, edited, bound and filed with the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC.
  7. A huge campaign of publicity will be mounted in an effort to pressure the Supreme Court to Docket and hear this case.  Since it involves RICO Statute violations as well as civil rights infringements Federal law requires it to be adjudicated.

Many of our supporters have done so much in a physical way to help this project.  We thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
