“HELD HOSTAGE”

by Sharon Rondeau

(May 20, 2015) — This writer will be a guest on American Liberty Live radio hosted by Jeffrey Sisk beginning at 9:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday evening.

The topic of discussion will be the unconstitutional courts operating in the state of Tennessee which have deprived an untold number of citizens due process under the state and U.S. Constitutions and the Bill of Rights.

The Post & Email has learned that tainted grand juries exist in other states such as Georgia.  In others, such as Connecticut, Washington and Michigan, grand juries are no longer used to determine the existence of probable cause before an individual is charged with an “infamous” crime in keeping with the Fifth Amendment.

For readers who are familiar with the story, oral argument was presented on Tuesday at a Knoxville appeals court on behalf of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.), who was sentenced to three years in state prison for “aggravated perjury” and “extortion” after bringing what he believed was compelling evidence showing judicial and prosecutorial corruption in the Tenth Judicial District to the McMinn County grand jury.  Instead of granting Fitzpatrick a hearing, a new foreman was hastily appointed by the criminal court judge and the grand jury indicted Fitzpatrick on four counts.

Many Tennesseans appear unaware of the corruption which has held their friends, neighbors and relatives hostage for approximately the last century, if not longer.

The show is streamed live on the Ustream.TV channel.  Live calls will be taken at 352-436-0010.
