THE FACTS SHOULD HOLD WEIGHT – REASONABLE DECISIONS MUST BE MADE ON THE FACTS
· An uniformed Legislator cannot make good decisions
· An uniformed Legislator cannot hold intelligent conversations or be qualified to make proper decisions.
· A legislator who does not pay attention to the people speaks with inaccurate uninformed information.
· An uniformed Legislator that refuses to face true facts is unfit for office
· Over the last 2 years, the Grassroots Coalition, with members from every district in NYS, has delivered reams of accurate, well-organized and highly-detailed information to you by every form of communication there is. You should be an expert or at least very well informed – BUT you are not.
· There is overwhelming evidence, scans of surveys, documented objections, lawsuits and court cases, scores of resolutions and millions of petitions indicating there is a necessity for FULL Repeal of the SAFE Act.
· There is not one shred of evidence, not one legitimate survey, not one indication whatsoever that justifies or validates any portion of the Safe Act.
· Conclusive evidence shows the Safe Act is unworkable and unenforceable.
· NO evidence has been demonstrated to the contrary.
