DOES GREG GUTFELD KNOW SOMETHING?

(Mar. 23, 2015) — In a Monday evening discussion of Sen. Ted Cruz’s earlier declaration that he will seek the 2016 presidential nomination, Fox News Channel‘s Greg Gutfeld of “The Five” asked the question of the other four co-anchors (paraphrased), “Aren’t we tired of having a president who was born outside the country?”
Gutfeld must have been referring to Barack Hussein Obama, who Gutfeld has identified in the past as having been born outside of the United States. To the public’s knowledge, no other president in American history preceding Obama has been born outside the country.
Obama claims he was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI, at Kapiolani Medical Center, a claim the hospital will not confirm.
After considerable doubt arose from the dearth of personal information Obama released during the 2008 presidential campaign, businessman and possible 2016 presidential contender Donald Trump in 2011 demanded that the White House release a more detailed birth certificate than the Certification of Live Birth posted by an unknown source at The Daily KOS on June 12, 2008.
Former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs claimed in May 2009 that the White House had released the “short-form” birth certificate, although no formal announcement had been made.
Several years ago on the Fox News Channel’s morning program Fox & Friends, Fr. Jonathan Morris stated that Obama was born in Kenya. Then-co-anchor Alisyn Camerota appeared shocked, quickly “correcting” Morris by saying, “Oh, but Obama was born here!”
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born citizen,” which most Americans understand to mean “born in the country.” Legal scholars disagree on whether or not a person born in the country to non-citizen parents is eligible for the presidency. Cruz was born in Canada to a Cuban-citizen father who later became a Canadian citizen, and a US-citizen mother.
One source reports that Cruz is “naturalized,” not “natural born.”
The subject of Obama’s eligibility has been off-limits for all major media since 2008 following MSNBC’s commentator Chris Matthews’s statements that Obama had “an Islamic background” and was “born in Indonesia” in December 2007.
The Post & Email has received an unconfirmed report that Cruz’s mother may also have became a Canadian citizen while the couple worked in the oil business in Alberta decades ago. Their son Ted was born on December 22, 1970 and in 2013 purported not to know that he was a Canadian citizen from birth. In June of last year, Cruz renounced that citizenship, presumably to run for the presidency.
On April 27, 2011, the White House posted what it claimed was a certified copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate held by the Hawaii Department of Health. However, within 24 hours, the image was denounced as a poor forgery by experts. On that day, NBC reporter Savannah Guthrie claimed that she received a certified copy containing a raised seal, although she was the sole reporter to do so.
In response to his reposting of Guthrie’s claim regarding the raised seal, last month, Zullo told 1776Channel‘s Alan Jones that the investigation had found no such imprint on the image published at whitehouse.gov representing Obama’s long-form birth certificate.
In September 2011, the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse began an investigation of the long-form birth certificate image at the request of Sheriff Joe Arpaio following concerns expressed by approximately 250 Tea Party members who had read the experts’ reports stating that the image was fraudulent.
Within several days, the posse became aware that the image was fraught with problems.
On March 1, 2012 posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio gave the first of two formal press conferences during which they explained how the team had concluded that the long-form birth certificate image, as well as Obama’s Selective Service registration form, are “computer-generated forgeries.”
The media has refused to investigate or to report widely on the conclusions of the only criminal investigation launched into the reportedly fraudulent documentation Obama has produced about his background.
The Fox News Channel has declined to air any part of the March 1, 2012 or July 17, 2012 press conferences. However, Zullo confirmed that the station’s Sean Hannity invited him on his program on the evening of March 1, 2012, only to have the invitation canceled on short notice by Hannity’s superior.
Carl Gallups, who has been close to the posse’s investigation for some time, commented on his radio show, “Freedom Friday,” last year that if claims that Obama was born in Kenya are proved true, an “illegal foreigner has his finger on the red button.”
Research into the reason for the inclusion of the “natural born Citizen” clause in Article II indicates that John Jay, who helped to write New York State’s Constitution and later became the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, believed that foreign influence should be precluded from the presidency. The term of art was reportedly incorporated into the Constitution without debate.
Several retired military commanders have suggested that Obama’s allegiance lies with The Muslim Brotherhood rather than the U.S. In an article from June 2014 titled “The Agenda an Enemy Would Devise,” former Pacific Fleet Commander Adm. James “Ace” Lyons wrote of the soaring national debt, weakening of the U.S.military, and unprecedented flow of illegal aliens over the southern border:
What’s happening to America’s standing in the world is not due to incompetence, as some have claimed. This is planned. We are witnessing the Obama administration’s embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood creed, which is to destroy America from within. Congress must be responsible to take back America. Nothing less is acceptable.
Aren’t we tired of having DNC Operatives illegally imprison Veterans to keep their mouths shut?
Aren’t we tired of DNC Operatives illegally blocking Criminal Presentments from the courts to protect themselves for the last 6 years?
Arent’ we tired of all the media refusing to cover DNC criminal activity while they build personal and corporate fortunes on beating around the bush?
Aren’t we tired of allowing Bari Malik Shabazz with 6 aliases/a false social security number/dual citizenship/falsified POTUS by Pelosi and Biden forcing Muslim religion and Sharia law on the U.S.
Aren’t we tired of a greedy DNC population that would allow/support a criminal organization to sabotage the U.S.?
Aren’t we tired of a population that in general doesn’t care about political Constitutional law-God-or anything that holds authority?
PERHAPS Mr. Cruz could be doing this to FORCE attention to the eligibility question. Should this be the case, my respect for him will be elevated another notch. Let us not find him guilty until we know for certain the basis for his announcement “beyond a reasonable doubt”.
Wish it were so but, as you say, all the facts are not in. So we can’t convict him, yet.
The one thing that makes me tend to side on a guilty conviction is one of timing. If one would be out to debunk the birth issue, one would think to do it at the beginning of Obama’s takeover and not at its end (if there is, indeed an “end”).
Okay, let’s give Cruz the benefit of the doubt.
It’s like interviewing the “man-on-the-street” in 1530. “Do you think the solar system is earth-centric or helio-centric?” At first, everyone answers “Earth centric, what do you think I am, nuts?” But after the facts start to trickle-in, people start to comprehend that, Hey!, the earth goes around the sun after all.
And then someone comes along, someone who, until now, hasn’t said a word about anything, including when LTC Terry Lakin’s Constitutional rights were publicly violated, and proclaims, on television, no less, that he sees the light; always knew Obama was a de facto; love those Birthers!
Okay, so Cruz is a Birther. That’s fine, but it’s a little too late.
I’m not buying it.
But I’ll keep an open mind.
It is incontrovertible that a Natural Born Citizen of the USA MUST be born of Parents who are themselves citizens and be born ON US Soil. NO ONE ELSE is eligible to be President. The circumstances AT BIRTH determines who is and who is not an NBC. Cruz is a Hypocrite. He preaches “respect for the constitution” but he flagrantly flouts that precious and distinguished document.
If Joan Rivers seemed to know “things” we can bet that they all know “something” which has not yet been publicly divulged.
Canada Free Press wrote years ago that big name(s) at FOX had been threatened and were in fear about “going there.”
Cowardice is no excuse for keeping such an issue silent. I have been threatened. That has not stopped me. It should not stop them.
