SAYS “SEVERAL NEWS ORGANIZATIONS” RECEIVED “CERTIFIED COPIES” OF OBAMA PURPORTED BIRTH RECORD

(Mar. 15, 2015) — [Editor’s Note: The following email exchange took place on Friday, March 13, 2015 between Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown and a constituent.
The only news organization which claims to have received a “certified copy” of the image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate is NBC News via reporter Savannah Guthrie. Following its public release, Guthrie waved a purported copy claiming that she “felt the raised seal,” apparently indicating its authenticity.
Obama stated at a press conference that morning that the image presented more information about his birth in Hawaii on August 4, 1961.
A lawyer working for the Associated Press told The Post & Email shortly after the image’s posting that it did not possess a copy of the birth certificate and that a FOIA request would have to be submitted in order for a news organization to obtain one.
On March 1, 2012, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse announced that its six-month criminal investigation of the birth certificate image had led them to the conclusion that probable cause existed that the image was fraudulent. A second press conference held on July 17, 2012 revealed that the standard of probable cause had been surpassed as a result of further investigation.
The posse also found Obama’s Selective Service registration form to be a “computer-generated forgery.” Congress, the courts, and the media have failed to investigate the matter despite repeated requests from constituents and the dissemination of Sheriff’s Kits produced by WheresObamasBirthCertificate to inform members of Congress, law enforcement and public of the forgeries through a recorded presentation given by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo.
Contrary to Guthrie’s claim, Zullo told an investigator that the posse’s probe revealed no “raised seal” on the birth certificate image. ” Upon examination there is no evidence of [sic] raised seal,” Zullo told 1776Channel last month.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who commissioned the posse to undertake its investigation, labeled the forgeries of Obama’s only proffered documentation a “national security” issue. On Saturday, newly-elected Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton was reported by The Hill as having said, referring to Obama’s negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program, “The gravest threat to our national security sits in the Oval Office.”]

There is hard evidence Obama’s birth certificate provided by the WH is a copy and paste job – a forgery. I’ve taken it apart myself. Obama is a fraud. Don’t ignore reality.
There are legitimate executive orders and there are illegitimate ones. Flaunting the law and Constitution with an executive order is not legitimate.

President Obama has provided several news organizations with certified copies of his original long-form birth certificate, showing he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. Hawaii became a state in 1959, and all individuals born in Hawaii after its admission are legitimate natural-born United States citizens. In addition, the Hawaii State Health Department has issued a public statement verifying the authenticity of President Obama’s birth certificate.

After efforts to pass important legislation were repeatedly blocked by the House of Representatives, President Obama announced that he would issue executive orders to address pressing issues to the fullest extent possible and, of course, within the limits of his powers as chief executive. These executive orders are aimed at putting Americans back to work and addressing other pressing issues like national disaster response, improving broadband access, and fighting human trafficking.
Some Ohioans have expressed concern that President Obama is overstepping his constitutional powers. Under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, the President has the authority to issue executive orders that have the full force and effect of law when based upon the appropriate presidential authority. George Washington issued the first executive order, and all but one president has issued an executive order during his time in office. As of February 2015, President Obama had issued 200 executive orders, 24 fewer than President George W. Bush, 76 fewer than President Clinton, and 11 fewer than President Reagan had issued at this point in their tenures.
While President Obama’s actions are constitutional and in line with precedent, I understand your concern that he is bypassing Congress. It is my hope that both sides can come together to allow up or down votes on pending bills so that executive orders are not necessary.

A “Natural-born Citizen” is “one born IN a country of Parents who are both citizens”. An NBC is one who has BOTH Jus Soli (being born “of the soil” of America) AND 100% Jus Sanquinis (Being born “of the Blood” of Americans. Obama is a usurper and a fraud,a traitor and a spy.
It should be noted that Guthrie’s first husband was Mark Orchard, producer and editor for Al Jazeera. She then married Michael Feldman, a former Al Gore aide who runs a business that ‘promotes strategic communication.’ Guthrie once worked for the law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld, whose senior counsel was Vernon Jordan, the grand-uncle of Obama’s closest advisor and the ‘de facto president,’ Valerie Jarrett.
