Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey has announced an essay contest in honor of the late Saudi Arabian monarch, King Abdullah, who died last Friday at the age of 90. Abdullah oversaw repression, beheadings, stonings, and violence against women and children during his reign.
