“NOW FOR THE ENFORCEMENT PART”

by United States Patriots Union (USPU), ©2014

(Dec. 5, 2014) — ALL MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS,

On December 4, 2014, The US House of Representatives passed H.R. 5759 in accordance with a legal brief issued by NALC on November 19, 2014.

H.R. 5759 is a House Action to block Obama’s Executive Action on Immigration. It is not being sent to the Senate or the Oval Office. It stands as-is because it is a House Resolution affirming and upholding already existing Constitutional authorities and U.S. Laws governing Immigration and Naturalization. No new laws are needed.

NOW FOR THE ENFORCEMENT PART – ACTION ITEM

NALC has prepared a letter for open use by US Citizens to be sent by YOU to your House Reps IMMEDIATELY.

GET LETTER TO THE HOUSE HERE

The letter proposes that the House place all Federal Agencies and Agents on notice regarding enforcement of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Laws, as follows:

TO ALL FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND AGENTS

TAKE NOTICE – Upon passage of and in accordance with H.R. 5759 of the 113th Congress dated December 4, 2014, – Any agency or agent who has taken an Oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution and uphold the laws of the United States, including but not limited to 8 U.S. Code, Chapter 12, Immigration and Naturalization, who, with or without malice, determines to act upon or follow any unconstitutional and/or illegal Executive Action or Executive Order issued by the Executive Branch, including but not limited to the Executive Action of Barack Obama regarding enforcement of our immigration and naturalization laws, shall be subject to immediate suspension without pay, pending arrest and prosecution under 5 U.S.C. 7311.

Use THIS LETTER to demand that your Representatives act to enforce H.R. 5759 immediately.

Opponents of the House Action are trying to limit the effectiveness of H.R. 5759 by calling it “symbolic” and “useless.” Resolutions often are exactly that, but not in this case.

Because H.R. 5759 is an affirmation of already existing laws and constitutional powers, the House Resolution is the appropriate measure so long as it is immediately enforced.

TAKE A MOMENT TO SEND A COPY OF THIS LETTER TO HOUSE REPS TODAY!

Thank you!

  1. How hypocrical can you get? Paul Broun was given the info, by me personally, on Obo that should have stopped Obo. I know of many others that have done likewise. Lets start with all members of Congress. Chambless and Isaksen were also provided with Obo fraud.

How about the Sherriffs around the country start making attests?
