DOES HE REALLY TAKE THE CONSTITUTION SERIOUSLY?

(Nov. 30, 2014) — The below listed article presents a viewpoint that the next two years under the Obama administration will be dangerous for the Republic that was established by the Founding Fathers. Will the leadership of the Republican Congress “finally” step to the plate and use the power of the purse to stop the repeated violation of Federal Laws and the US Constitution by Obama? The elected Combat Veterans For Congress listed in the attachment will step to the plate and encourage other elected members of Congress to join them in protecting and defending the US Constitution.

C’mon now, I getting tired of folks playing Obama’s hand for him. If Congress does everything under the shining sun to stop O’s actions and still does nothing to address the root issue of his ineligibility, then it will all be in vain. Wake up, will ya!

You are absolutely correct. They jaw a lot about Article I and how we have to get back to following the Constitution and totally neglect Article II, Section I, Clause 5 as if it does not exist. It is as much a part of the Constitution that must be followed as Article I.
Congress must immediately file impeachment charges against Obama and have a two count indictment. But, before taking up any Article I issues, Congress must take up Article II to determine if Obama is even a citizen. If he is not found to be a citizen, then Article I and Article II issues are moot and he must be removed and all his actions declared null and void. If they can squeeze a citizen out of his records, then take up the issue of A2S1C5.
It would be a slam dunk case.
