FUNDRAISING GIMMICK OR GENUINE FEAR?

(Nov. 23, 2014) — Prior to Obama’s announcement on Thursday night that he will change immigration policy “on his own,” an Alabama congressman stated that Obama could be imprisoned for five years for the actions he was about to take.

Rep. Mo Brooks‘s statement was widely reported by left-leaning media such as TPM, Slate, Mediaite, Opposing Views and OpEdNews.

In his comments, Brooks referred to both impeachment and the possible violation of a civil or criminal statute.  He was not specific at the time, explaining to a news anchor that “I don’t know what he’s going to do yet.”

Brooks was re-elected on November 4 to represent Alabama’s Fifth District.  He has taken a strong stance against illegal aliens prior to Obama’s anticipated proclamation.

As many as 20,000,000 people may be residing in the U.S. illegally now.

Last summer, in urging the Republican-controlled House of Representatives to pass an immigration bill as the U.S. Senate had in 2013, Obama stated that perhaps Republicans feared “new waves of immigrants.”  The bill passed by the Senate, S. 744, allowed for large numbers of foreigners to enter the country for the purpose of working in technical jobs and expanding the economy.  Speaker of the House John Boehner did not take up the measure, stating that the House would craft its own bill.  Ultimately, the House did not deliberate immigration prior to the midterm elections earlier this month.

Obama had previous said that he was “not a king” and was obligated to “carry out the law.”

Knowledgeable border security representatives had said publicly that the Senate bill placed “politics over public safety.”

Prior to the November 4 elections, Obama had predicted that “Republicans can’t survive politically unless they pass immigration reform.”  However, he said he would “hold off on any immigration policy changes until after the November midterm elections to avoid hurting vulnerable Democratic lawmakers who are fighting to keep control of the Senate” while accusing Republicans of politicizing the issue.

Obama wanted Congress to take into account “the nation’s changing demographics and the growing importance of the Latino vote.”  Some believe that Obama is purposely changing the demographics to benefit Democrats, as illegal immigrants, if known to unlawfully vote in U.S. elections, normally select Democrats.

A recent report showed that illegal aliens could have cast enough votes to place Obama in the White House in 2008.  The Obama campaign reportedly accepted money from overseas donors in both 2008 and 2012 in violation of federal election law.

Republicans won additional seats in the House of Representatives and enough seats for a majority in the Senate.  In addition, three traditionally Democrat-led states elected Republican governors:  Maryland, Massachusetts, and Illinois.

On Thursday, Obama declared that he possessed “the legal authority” to allow family members of DACA grantees to obtain work permits and a three-year reprieve from deportation proceedings.  “DACA” was Obama’s 2012 declaration, made without congressional approval, that illegal aliens under the age of 31 could remain in the country under certain conditions, a measure which he renewed this year “on his own.”

In explaining his actions, Obama said:

Even as we are a nation of immigrants, we’re also a nation of laws. Undocumented workers broke our immigration laws, and I believe that they must be held accountable, especially those who may be dangerous.

That’s why over the past six years deportations of criminals are up 80 percent, and that’s why we’re going to keep focusing enforcement resources on actual threats to our security. Felons, not families. Criminals, not children. Gang members, not a mom who’s working hard to provide for her kids. We’ll prioritize, just like law e enforcement does every day.

In a memorandum issued before the speech, Obama referred frequently to “everyone playing by the same set of rules,” which he has done before with regard to other issues.

“Now let’s be clear about what it isn’t. This deal does not apply to anyone who has come to this country recently. It does not apply to anyone who might come to America illegally in the future. It does not grant citizenship or the right to stay here permanently, or offer the same benefits that citizens receive. Only Congress can do that. All we’re saying is we’re not going to deport you,” Obama said.

New Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “policy” issued on the same day as Obama’s speech promise “greater transparency” in the reporting of statistics reflecting deportations.

In January 2009, Obama promised “an unprecedented level of openness in government,” but his regime has perpetrated corruption within the IRS, Department of Justice, DARPA, and the White House itself.

Citing “prosecutorial discretion,” the conducting of which allegedly was used to intimidate, harass and siphon out unwilling career employees at ICE, aliens found to be convicted of sexual abuse, DUI, “drug distribution or trafficking,” and who “have significantly abused the visa or visa waiver programs.”  Included in this category are those convicted of burglary and “unlawful possession or use of a firearm.”

The day following his address, Obama signed “two executive memorandums that will get the government started on its changes in enforcing immigration laws.”  The Las Vegas Sun reported that “Obama is expected to sign more memorandums of his executive actions in Las Vegas today. Many of these will go into effect in the spring.”

“The changes” were not voted on by Congress, the people’s federal representatives, and almost half of Americans opposed them prior to Obama’s speech, according to mainstream media polls.  On Thursday evening, Obama contended that “Most Americans support the types of reforms I’ve talked about tonight, but I understand with the disagreements held by many of you at home.”

“And to those members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: Pass a bill. I want to work with both parties to pass a more permanent legislative solution. And the day I sign that bill into law, the actions I take will no longer be necessary,” Obama added.

The law to which Rep. Brooks might have been referring is 8 U.S. Code §1324, which reads, in part:

Many of the aliens allowed to surge over the border last summer bore scabies, strep throat, and possibly the enterovirus which has killed 12 people thus far.  The enterovirus is related to hand, foot and mouth disease, which is also an enterovirus.

Somali immigrants have reportedly been flown into the country under Obama’s watch, legally or illegally.  The arrival of persons not lawfully admitted to the United States may be much higher than has been reported publicly.

Rather than formulating a plan for the leaders of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala to combat violence in their own countries, purportedly the reason for the mass migration of the tens of thousands of unaccompanied children earlier this year, the Obama regime has declared that the United States will begin accepting more of their citizens who qualify under new State Department rules, not voted on by Congress, as “refugees” or “parolees.”

The flow of unaccompanied illegal-alien children over the southern border this year was ten times what it was in 2011, according to Reuters, which some believe is attributable to Obama’s “policy problems and lax enforcement at the border” and “invitational posture for illegal immigrants.”

On Saturday, Obama’s political wing, Organizing for Action, issued an email offering congressional opponents of Obama’s executive actions the option to “Pass. A. Bill.“

A Saturday email generated by the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee bore the headline, “Impeachment?  Prison??? – Sign now, stand with President Obama.”

Obama insists that “immigration” will improve the ailing U.S. economy, but he has been known to lie, including about his “signature legislation,” Obamacare, about which he said, “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan.”

For his admissions that Obamacare was written and presented deceptively, “architect” Jonathan Gruber has been called to testify in front of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

In touting “immigration reform,” Obama has stressed that people from other countries will be brought in to utilize their “talent” in the United States and will “promote productivity and innovation, both directly and indirectly through positive spillover effects on American workers.”  Without any supporting links to external, non-partisan sources, Obama’s advisers, including Cecilia Munoz, who was once active in the National Council of La Raza (the Race), contend that “Comprehensive immigration reform will contribute to our housing market recovery and strengthen the technology, agriculture, and tourism industries, among others. In addition to the benefits described above – increasing total economic growth, boosting worker productivity, increasing innovation, and strengthening our fiscal health – the bipartisan Senate bill would bring specific benefits to a range of economic sectors.”

While in his speech Obama coined the mantra “felons, not families” to convince Americans and illegal immigrants that his regime will increase deportations of criminals, more than 36,000 illegal-alien convicted criminals were released to America’s streets last year.  Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who filed a lawsuit against the executive actions within two hours of Obama’s speech, contends that more than one-third of the alien criminals who have spent time in his jail and are then turned over to the Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) agency repeatedly return, some as many as ten times.

On December 10, sheriffs from around the country will meet with members of Congress to protest Obama’s executive actions on illegal aliens in the interests of national security and protecting their individual communities.

Illegal aliens have raped, killed, kidnapped, and assaulted Americans, including young children, Catholic nuns, veterans, average citizens, blacks, whites, Asians, and police officers.

“Millions of us, myself included, go back generations in this country, with ancestors who put in the painstaking work to become citizens. So we don’t like the notion anyone might get a free pass to American citizenship,” Obama said on Thursday.

What he did not say is that there is no evidence at all that he is an American citizen.

On March 1, 2012, Arpaio and the lead investigator of his Cold Case Posse held a press conference wherein they detailed the results of a six-month investigation which concluded that the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 is a “computer-generated forgery.”  The posse also scrutinized Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form and found it, too, to be fraudulent.

On the day the birth certificate image was posted, Obama held a brief press conference in which he claimed it to be an accurate representation of his original birth record from the state of Hawaii.

Lead investigator Mike Zullo has said that members of Congress have told him that they are aware of the forgeries but refuse to take action.  Instead, they have attempted to fight Obama on policy while at times mentioning impeachment as an option.

Zullo has also publicly reported that journalists showing an interest in the birth certificate issue have been threatened.  Last week, Judicial Watch revealed thousands of emails released by order of a federal judge from the Department of Justice which showed that then-CBS investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson was harassed and screamed at by members of Obama’s regime, including White House deputy press secretary Eric Schultz, who is still serving. Outgoing putative Attorney General Eric Holder is revealed as having received advice from a White House operative on how to lie to the press and Congress about his knowledge of the Fast & Furious operation, a gunrunning scheme which killed at least one Border Patrol agent and several hundred Mexicans.

The 2012 Obama campaign reportedly silenced the media when it intended to report on his illegal campaign donations from overseas.  In 2009, Obama’s then-communications director, Anita Dunn, boasted that the 2008 campaign had “controlled the media.”

Arpaio has stated in recent interviews that the forgery of a government document is a federal crime but that no one in the major media will report on the posse’s findings.  Have they, too, been “silenced?”

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.”  Many understand the term to mean “born in the country,” but historically, it meant “born in the country to parents who are citizens.”  When John Jay wrote his letter to George Washington on July 25, 1787 as the Constitution was being written, he urged Washington:

Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.

No hospital anywhere in the country or the world has claimed Obama’s birth.  In Articles of Impeachment drafted by the North American Law Center (NALC) last summer, Obama was named in the commission of “criminal identity fraud.”

Donald Trump, who demanded that Obama release his “long-form” birth certificate in 2011, said recently on national television that Obama’s real name is “Barry Seotoro.”

Last December, Tea Party Power Hour host Mark Gillar, who has been close to the Cold Case Posse’s investigation, produced a video stating that “people will be prosecuted” in regard to the forgers of Obama’s documentation.  A slightly updated version of the video depicts five people in silhouette, all with name tags, standing behind prison bars.  The characters whose faces are indiscernible bear tags which say, “SSS,” “HDOH,” “USPS,” and “Obots,” the last of which refers to sycophantic Obama supporters.  The one recognizable figure is Obama, whose name tag bears only a question mark.

Only 34 seconds in length, the video states, “Document fraud has been committed…” “We know who, we know how, we know when.”
