WHICH PRECLUDES “STRONG ALLEGIANCES TO A FOREIGN NATIONAL”

(Nov. 14, 2014) — Yahoo! News reported on Friday afternoon that during a press conference with “opposition” leader Aung San Suu Kyi, Obama opined that Myanmar’s preclusion of its president having familial ties to other nations “makes no sense.”
Myanmar, formerly Burma, has been embroiled in longstanding civil wars since 1948, with human rights violations documented by the United Nations.
Aung San Suu Kyi said before Obama’s arrival in the region that she wishes to change the provision of the nation’s constitution which currently bars her from running for president.
Prior to the press conference, Obama met with Suu Kyi “at her home,” to which the two retreated, arms around one another, afterward.
The constitution of Myanmar refers to the president as “Head of State.”
Obama is pictured in news reports in intimate situations with Suu Kyi, who is a widow. Her late husband held, and two sons hold, British citizenship.
USA Today reported that Obama and Suu Kyi “criticized the army-dictated constitution that bars Suu Kyi, the leader of the opposition National League for Democracy (NLD) — who was released four years ago after more than two decades of confinement — from running in that race,” meaning the presidential contest to be held next year. “The rule bars anyone with strong allegiances to a foreign national from running for the presidency,” reported USA Today.
In September 2012, Suu Kyi was presented with the Congressional Gold Medal, actually awarded in 2008, after spending 15 years imprisoned or under house arrest by the nation’s military government until 2010.
Obama is encouraging “change” to take place in Myanmar so that Suu Kyi can run for president. Two years ago, Hillary Clinton said that ” Myanmar now needs Mrs. Suu Kyi’s leadership.”
Suu Kyi represents the National League for Democracy Party. She is a 1991 recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, which Obama was also awarded in 2009.
Obama is believed by many to not meet presidential requirements in the what he says is his own country, the United States. Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief of the military be a “natural born Citizen.” Historically, the higher standard of “natural born” did not mean simply “born in the country;” rather, it involved the citizenship of the parents, particularly the father.
Obama claims that his father was a citizen of Great Britain, then Kenya, after that nation emerged independent of British rule in December 1963.
In 2008, Obama’s wife Michelle called Kenya Obama’s “home country.”
Despite thousands of American citizens having questioned Obama’s eligibility in 2008, he was swept into office on the mantra of “hope and change,” with lawmakers insisting in template-like letters that because Obama was born in Honolulu, HI, he was a “natural born Citizen.”
Constitutional scholars believe that the Founders wished to preclude any chance that the highest office in the land would be affected by foreign influence or allegiance.
After businessman Donald Trump called for Obama to release his “long-form” birth certificate early in 2011, hinting that he suspected something amiss, the White House published what it said was a scan of Obama’s original birth record on April 27 of that year. However, within 24 hours, it was denounced as a poor forgery, a fact that was confirmed by a law enforcement investigation conducted by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse.
No hospital has claimed Obama’s birth in Hawaii or anywhere else. On Monday, Trump told the co-anchors of a national morning program on air that Obama’s original name was “Barry Soetoro.”
The posse also examined Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form is a “computer-generated forgery.”
In 2008, Obama pledged to restrain himself from overreaching if he were elected to be the chief executive, but today, he is seeking to exempt millions of illegal aliens from routine deportation proceedings and has allowed tens of thousands of illegals to breach the southern border, possibly bringing in “deadly diseases.”
“I’m not a king,” Obama said in January of last year. “My job as the head of the executive branch ultimately is to carry out the law…we can’t simply ignore the law.”
The mainstream media has refused to report on the Cold Case Posse’s findings.
