Obama Says He’s Ready to Fight

FOR LIES?

(Nov. 10, 2014) — On the website “barackobama.com,” putative president Barack Hussein Obama is pictured with his fists up, as if confronting someone physically, with a pledge to “fight” for “progressive change.”

BarackObama.com, which redirects to “Organizing for Action,” offers to train individuals to become “community organizers,” in which Obama reportedly engaged in Chicago prior to the launch of his political career in 1995.  The site promotes Obama’s “signature” health care law, the Affordable Care Act, as having “changed the course of history in this country.”

OFA insists that repeal of the ACA, or Obamacare, would have “real, devastating consequences.”  “Say you’ll do your part for Obamacare,” an OFA page urges.

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case originating in Oklahoma which claims that the ACA authorized only individuals participating in state-run insurance exchanges to obtain subsidies when purchasing a health care plan.  However, people residing in states which did not establish insurance exchanges have applied for and received federal subsidies.

Obamacare has substantially increased the cost of prescription medicines, health care premiums, and plan deductibles for millions of Americans.  Rates are expected to increase further in 2015.

Obama’s supporters are clearly concerned about the additional scrutiny the law will receive by the Supreme Court.  In June 2012, the Court upheld the law as a tax even though it was not presented as such in oral argument or in the bill itself.  Many speculated that Chief Justice John Roberts had been blackmailed into voting in favor of the constitutionality of the law.

As reported by The Daily Caller on Monday, an individual involved in writing the bill, which many in Congress failed to read before its passage, admitted at an undisclosed time that the penalty levied against Americans who choose not to buy health insurance was not presented as a tax.  “Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber” said:

This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. Okay, so it’s written to do that.  In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in – you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed… Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical for the thing to pass… Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.

More than 5,000,000 people lost their health plans as a result of Obamacare, and some doctors and hospitals have closed their doors since its implementation.  Obama has made unilateral changes to the law by executive decree rather than congressional vote, as is required by Article I, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

On January 21, 2009, Obama declared that “transparency and the rule of law” were the “touchstone” of his presidency.  He promised that FOIA requests would be handled in such a way that “the spirit” of the law would be honored.  “I will also hold myself, as president, to a new standard of openness.  Going forward, any time the American people want to know something that I or a former president wants to withhold, we will have to consult with the attorney general and the White House counsel whose business it is to ensure compliance with the rule of law.  Information will not be withheld just because I say so,” Obama said.

Following months of pressure from businessman Donald Trump, in April 2011, the Obama White House released a forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate to the public, representing it as authentic and proof that he met the requirements of Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution to serve as president.

Obama’s Selective Service registration form was also discovered by graphics experts and later, criminal investigators, to be a “computer-generated forgery.”

A major announcement is expected in the near future from Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who launched a second criminal investigation following the discoveries by the Cold Case Posse associated with his office, which he tasked with the birth certificate investigation more than three years ago.  The information gathered by Arpaio and his investigators is said to be “gut-wrenching” by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo.

On March 1, 2012, Zullo and Apaio held a joint press conference detailing the posse’s findings of forgery and fraud in both of Obama’s proffered documents.  Zullo told The Post & Email in an interview in May of last year that the birth certificate forgery was created “with the intent to deceive.”

Under “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” OFA states that Obama’s plan to legalize illegal aliens presently in the country “requires that everyone play by the same rules, including passing a background check.”  However, Obama himself most likely cannot pass a criminal background check, and the FBI has refused to investigate his fraudulent documents.

An author of Articles of Impeachment naming Obama as having committed “criminal identity fraud” said that a former CIA agent told him in a face-to-face interview that “Barack Hussein Obama” is a manufactured identity adopted by the occupant of the White House at a specific time for a specific reason.

Supporters of “immigration reform” are referred to as the “OFA Dream Team.”

Regarding “climate change,” OFA claims that “Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree: Man-made climate change is a reality.”  However, that claim is disputed as having been “doctored” by the inclusion of some scientists’ conclusions on the rise in carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.

A list of proven lies uttered by Obama includes sources such as The Washington Post, NPR, National Review Online, Forbes, Politifact, and ABC News.  All major media have refused to broach the topic of Obama’s fraudulent documentation.

A message appearing on the OFA website dated November 10 posted in part on the site was sent in its complete form to subscribers highlighting the “fight” theme.  The full message reads:
