“THERAPY” COULD BE A MAJOR STEP FORWARD

Jeff Lichter is a resident of Maricopa County, AZ and a member of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party, which approached Sheriff Joe Arpaio more than three years ago to request a probe into the long-form birth certificate presented on the White House website purported to be Barack Hussein Obama’s from Honolulu, HI

(Oct. 26, 2014) — A friend of Tea Party and Obama eligibility activist Jeff Lichter has reported in two separate emails that Lichter’s condition has improved over the last several days.

Lichter suffered complications from surgery last month and was placed in a medically-induced coma.  Several days ago, the source reported that when a nurse asked Lichter to squeeze her hand, he was able to do so.

He is now reportedly going to be moved to a facility for “intensive therapy.”

Lichter is a member of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party, which approached Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to request an investigation into Obama’s long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website and said to be a forgery by several graphics experts.  In September 2011, Arpaio assigned five members of his Cold Case Posse to examine the birth certificate image, who found it to be fraught with problems after 72 hours.

On March 1, 2012, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio held a joint press conference during which they announced that the birth certificate image, intended to convince Americans that Obama was eligible to serve as president and run for re-election in 2012, is a “computer-generated forgery.”  The posse also studied the purported Selective Service registration form bearing Obama’s name which had been mailed by the Selective Service System to those requesting it through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and determined that it, too is a forgery.

Obama claims a birth in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961, but no hospital in Hawaii or anywhere else in the world has claimed his birth.  Some believe that Obama is using a false identity and Social Security number in addition to the fraudulent birth certificate and Selective Service form.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen.”  Some constitutional scholars maintain that a birth on U.S. soil is not enough to meet the requirement insisted upon by John Jay, who became the first chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1789.

Emmerich de Vattel’s “The Law of Nations,” believed to have been heavily relied upon by the Framers, states that “the natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.”

Lichter was one of several Arizona residents who flew to New York City in early April 2011 to meet with real estate developer Donald Trump, who had voiced concern over Obama’s then-refusal to release any documentation about himself to the public.  Lichter recalled to The Post & Email earlier this year that during the meeting, Trump had predicted that the White House would release a forgery in the near future.

Selective Service System Director Lawrence Romo did not respond to Arpaio’s request for an investigation other than to refer Arpaio to the FBI.

Arpaio holds Obama responsible for “crime and illegal immigration” into Arizona and the rest of the country.  Over the last year and in violation of federal law, the Obama regime has facilitated the arrival of approximately 90,000 illegal aliens from Central American countries who may have brought the enterovirus EV-D68 into the United States which has thus far killed six children and two adults.

Illegal aliens kill Americans each day in car accidents, by perpetrating violent crimes against them, and in kidnappings.  Last year, the Obama regime released more than 600 illegal aliens charged with violent crimes into the general population, reportedly lying and justifying the release of “individuals with more significant criminal histories” as “dictated by special circumstances.”

Arpaio has asked Congress to investigate the posse’s findings of fraud and forgery in Obama’s documentation without success.  No one in Congress has raised the question of Obama’s legitimacy or eligibility as a campaign issue, although former presidential candidate Mitt Romney alluded to it briefly in 2012.

The Post & Email and others continue to pray for Lichter’s full recovery.
